1. A vehicular passenger detection system, comprising:
a load detection device configured to detect a load that acts upon a seat that is installed upon a vehicle;
a passenger seating detection device configured to determine whether or not an occupant is seated upon the seat, in accordance with a result of a detection of the load detection device; and
a fault recording device configured to record information of a fault that has occurred upon either the load detection device or the passenger seating detection device;
wherein
the fault recording device includes a fault determination device configured to determine whether or not the information of the fault is information of a fault whereupon a repair is required.
2. The vehicular passenger detection system according to claim 1, wherein:
the fault determination device includes a fault recording unit configured to record a fault and a baseline value compensation recording unit configured to record information of a fault that relates to a repair.
3. The vehicular passenger detection system according to claim 2, wherein:
the fault recording unit includes a fault recording unit table configured to record information of a fault, such as a location or a description of the fault.
4. The vehicular passenger detection system according to claim 2, wherein the baseline value compensation recording unit includes a baseline value compensation recording unit table configured to record information of a fault that relates to a repair that is performed immediately prior to performing a compensation of a baseline value compensation of the load detection device when a maintenance or repair is performed, as information of a compensation thereof.

The claims below are in addition to those above.
All refrences to claim(s) which appear below refer to the numbering after this setence.

1. A floating bobber system for fishing which generates aquatic sounds, comprising:
a floating bobber body having a water-tight hollow body interior and configured to at least partially float when arranged within a body of water;
an electronic circuit arranged within said body interior of said floating bobber body, said electronic circuit comprising:
a controller having a memory having one or more aquatic sounds stored thereon, said controller being operationally coupled to:
a speaker for emitting said one or more aquatic sounds;
a power source for providing power to said controller;
activation means for activating emission of said aquatic sounds from said speaker; and
wherein said floating bobber body is configured to be coupled to a fishing line, and

further configured to be coupled to a fishing bait.
2. The floating bobber system of claim 1, where said activation means comprises a plurality of electrodes which become electrically coupled when said floating bobber is arranged within said body of water.
3. The floating bobber system of claim 1, further comprising control means for changing which of said one or more sounds is generated by said speaker, said control means being operationally coupled to said controller.
4. The floating bobber system of claim 3, wherein said control means comprises an electrode, and whereby activation of said electrode thereby changes which of said one or more sounds is generated by said speaker.
5. The floating bobber system of claim 1, wherein said controller is further operationally coupled to communication means for communicating with an external device.
6. The floating bobber system of claim 5, wherein said communication means is employed to download said one or more sounds to said memory.
7. The floating bobber system of claim 6, wherein said communication means is communicably coupled to a mobile device having an application running thereon which controls said download of said one or more sounds stored on said memory of said controller.
8. The floating bobber system of claim 1, wherein said controller is further operationally coupled to non-aqueous ambient condition monitoring means.
9. The floating bobber system of claim 1, wherein said controller is further operationally coupled to aqueous ambient condition monitoring means.
10. The floating bobber system of claim 1, wherein said fishing bait is a fishing lure having sound emitting means arranged therein for generating sounds which resemble the prey of a fish.
11. The floating bobber system of claim 1, wherein at least one of said one or more aquatic sounds resembles the prey of a fish.
