1. A dirt moving apparatus comprising:
a handle assembly affixed to a blade assembly;
a blade removeably coupled to said blade assembly;
a basket removably coupled to said blade assembly; and
two adjustable height wheel assemblies coupled to said basket.
2. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said handle assembly is generally cylindrical and comprises a handle having an outer surface coupled to an inner surface of a band proximate a center of said handle, a first shaft perpendicularly coupled to an outer surface of said band, a second shaft having a first end and an opposing second end wherein said first end is coupled to said first shaft at an opposing end to said band and at a forty-five degree angle from said first shaft, a body having a first end and a second end wherein said first end of said body is coupled to said second end of said second shaft, an arm having opposing first and second ends and a forty-five degree bend in said arm wherein said second end of said body is coupled to said first end of said arm, and a swivel joint extending from said arm and coupled to said second end of said arm.
3. The apparatus of claim 2 wherein said swivel joint and said arm are rotatably coupled.
4. The apparatus of claim 2 wherein the shape of said handle is selected from the group consisting of a U-shape, a T-shape, and a V-shape.
5. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said blade assembly comprises a first leg and a second leg, wherein said first leg and said second leg each have a first end and an opposing second end, wherein said second ends are coupled to an attachment plate and a pivot plate, wherein said attachment plate and said pivot plate define a first aperture and a second aperture therethrough for receiving a first fastener and a second fastener proximate a center of an edge of said attachment plate and said pivot plate, and wherein said attachment plate is generally parallel to and coupled to said pivot plate generally by said first and second fasteners.
6. The apparatus of claim 5 wherein said second ends of said first leg and said second leg are wider than said first ends of said first leg and said second leg.
7. The apparatus of claim 5 wherein said fasteners are selected from the group consisting of a bolt, a lug, a latch, a pin and a key.
8. The apparatus of claim 5 wherein said pivot plate defines at least two additional apertures therethrough for receiving said second fastener, wherein said additional apertures are located on either side of said second aperture at said edge of said pivot plate.
9. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said blade is concave.
10. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said blade has teeth extending downwardly from a bottom edge of said blade.
11. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said basket has an open box configuration and comprises a front wall, an opposing rear wall, a right wall, an opposing left wall, and a bottom wall.
12. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said adjustable height wheel assembly comprises a wheel and an adjustable U-joint wherein said U-joint includes a first leg and a second leg extending perpendicularly from a bar at opposing ends of said bar, an appendage coupled to and extending from said first leg and defining an aperture therethrough for receiving a rotatable fastener wherein said fastener is coupled to said wheel and further wherein said second leg is coupled to said basket and further wherein said U-joint is adjustable.
13. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said handle assembly, said blade assembly, and said basket are each made from a material selected from the group consisting of metal, steel, aluminum, alloy, wood plastic, composite laminate, fiberglass, and graphite.
14. The apparatus of claim 1 further comprising an arm coupled to and extending from said basket, wherein a second blade assembly is coupled to said arm and further wherein said blade is removably coupled to said second blade assembly.
15. The apparatus of claim 14 wherein said blade assembly comprises a first leg and a second leg, wherein said first leg and said second leg each have a first end and an opposing second end, wherein said second ends are coupled to an attachment plate and a pivot plate, wherein said attachment plate and said pivot plate define a first aperture and a second aperture therethrough for receiving a first fastener and a second fastener proximate a center of an edge of said attachment plate and said pivot plate, and wherein said attachment plate is generally parallel to and coupled to said pivot plate generally by said first and second fasteners.
16. A dirt moving apparatus comprising:
a generally cylindrical handle assembly, including a handle wherein an outer surface of said handle is coupled to an inner surface of a band proximate a center of said handle, a first shaft perpendicularly coupled to an outer surface of said band, a second shaft having a first end and an opposing second end wherein said first end is coupled to said first shaft at an opposing end to said band and at a forty-five degree angle from said first shaft, a body having a first end and a second end wherein said first end of said body is coupled to said second end of said second shaft, an arm having opposing first and second ends and a forty-five degree bend in said arm wherein said second end of said body is coupled to said first end of said arm, and a swivel joint rotatably coupled to and extending from said second end of said arm;
a blade assembly including a first leg and a second leg wherein said first leg and said second leg each have a first end and an opposing second end, wherein said second ends are coupled to an attachment plate and a pivot plate, wherein said attachment plate and said pivot plate define a first aperture and a second aperture therethrough for receiving a first fastener and a second fastener proximate a center of an edge of said attachment plate and said pivot plate, wherein said attachment plate and said pivot plate are generally parallel and are affixed by said first fastener and said second fastener, and further wherein said first ends of said first leg and said second leg are affixed to said arm of said handle assembly;
a blade removably coupled to a bottom face of said pivot plate;
a basket having an open box configuration including a front wall, an opposing rear wall, a right wall, an opposing left wall, and a bottom wall;
a support system having a first beam, a second beam, and a third beam, wherein said first beam and said third beam are coupled to said swivel joint and extend downward at a forty-five degree angle from said member, wherein said first and said third beam form a ninety-degree angle from each other, wherein said second beam is coupled to said first beam and said third beam and is generally parallel to said member, and wherein said second beam is coupled at an opposing end of said member to an outer wall of said rear wall of said basket; and
two adjustable height wheel assemblies, said each wheel assembly having a wheel, an adjustable U-joint wherein said U-joint includes a first leg and a second leg extending perpendicularly from a bar at opposing ends of said bar, an appendage coupled to and extending from said first leg and defining an aperture therethrough for receiving a rotatable fastener wherein said fastener is coupled to said wheel, and wherein said second leg of one wheel assembly is coupled to said right wall of said basket and said second leg of said other wheel assembly is coupled to said left wall of said basket and further wherein said U-joint is adjustable.
17. The apparatus of claim 16 wherein said fasteners are selected from the group consisting of a bolt, a lug, a latch, a pin and a key.
18. The apparatus of claim 16 wherein said pivot plate defines at least two additional apertures therethrough for receiving said second fastener, wherein said additional apertures are located on either side of said second aperture at said edge of said pivot plate.
19. The apparatus of claim 16 wherein said blade has teeth extending downwardly from a bottom edge of said blade.
20. The apparatus of claim 16 wherein said handle assembly, said blade assembly, said support system, and said basket are each made of a material selected from the group consisting of metal, steel, aluminum, alloy, wood plastic, composite laminate, fiberglass, and graphite.

1. A pharmaceutical product comprising
a) an admixture of 3-fluoro-7-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)phenoxathiin 10,10-dioxide; and
b) a stabilizer, wherein the ratio of a) to b) is from about 2:3 to about 1:10.
2. The pharmaceutical product of claim 1, wherein the 3-fluoro-7-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)phenoxathiin 10,10-dioxide and stabilizer are a solid-form unilamellar matrix.
3. The pharmaceutical product of claim 1, wherein no more than 10 percent of the total 3-fluoro-7-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)phenoxathiin 10,10-dioxide changes morphology when the pharmaceutical product is stored for 40 days at 40\xb0 C. under 75% relative humidity.
4. The pharmaceutical product of claim 1, wherein no more than about 10 percent of the total 3-fluoro-7-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)phenoxathiin 10,10-dioxide is in crystalline form.
5. The pharmaceutical product of claim 1, wherein the admixture comprises up to 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35% or 40% 3-fluoro-7-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)phenoxathiin 10,10-dioxide.
6. The pharmaceutical product of claim 1, wherein the product comprises
a core which comprises active ingredient or ingredients; and
an enteric coating surrounding the core.
7. The pharmaceutical product of claim 1, wherein the product provides plasma levels of phenoxathiin-based MAO-A inhibitor ranging from about 40 ngml to about 80 ngml.
8. The pharmaceutical product of claim 1, wherein the stabilizer is a copolymer of vinylpyrrolidone and vinyl acetate, poly(vinylpyrrolidone), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose acetate succinate, hydrogenated phosphatidylcholine, a copolymer of methacrylic acid and ethyl acrylate, or a mixture thereof.
9. A process for making a pharmaceutical product of 3-fluoro-7-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)phenoxathiin 10,10-dioxide, comprising the steps of:
i) dissolving about 2 parts by weight or less of 3-fluoro-7-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)phenoxathiin 10,10-dioxide and about 3 parts by weight of a stabilizer in an organic solvent; and
ii) removing the organic solvent.
10. The process of claim 9, further comprising the steps of:
iii) adding an aqueous liquid to the product of step ii) and mixing the resultant suspension; and
iv) when step iii) is performed, subsequently removing the aqueous liquid.
11. The process of claim 9, wherein the 3-fluoro-7-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)phenoxathiin 10,10-dioxide in step (i) is Form A.
12. A pharmaceutical product comprising
an admixture of 3-fluoro-7-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)phenoxathiin 10,10-dioxide as an active ingredient;
a stabilizer; and
at least one excipient, wherein the ratio of 3-fluoro-7-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)phenoxathiin 10,10-dioxide to a total at the least one excipient is from about 1:1 to about 1:4.
13. The pharmaceutical product of claim 12, wherein the ratio of 3-fluoro-7-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)phenoxathiin 10,10-dioxide to a total at the least one excipient ranges from about 1:2 to about 1:3.
14. A solid-form unilamellar matrix comprising
an admixture of 3-fluoro-7-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)phenoxathiin 10,10-dioxide as an active ingredient; and
a stabilizer.
15. A method of inhibiting monoamine oxidase-A (MAO-A) in a mammal identified as being in need of inhibition of MAO-A comprising
administering a therapeutically effective amount of the pharmaceutical product of claim 1.
16. A method of treating or preventing a psychiatric disorder or psychiatric disease comprising
administering a therapeutically effective amount of the pharmaceutical product of claim 1.
17. The method of claim 16, wherein the psychiatric disorder or psychiatric disease is selected from the group consisting of major depressive disorder, dysthymia, childhood depression, atypical depression, bipolar disorder, mania and hypomania, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, attention deficit disorder, panic disorder, anergic depression, and treatment-resistant depression.
