1. A medicament for the prevention or treatment of fibrosis involving extracellular matrix dysbolism having a chymase inhibitor as an effective ingredient.
2. A medicament for prevention or treatment according to claim 1, wherein the fibrosis involving extracellular matrix dysbolism is at least one disease selected from the group comprised of scleroderma, pulmonary fibrosis, benign prostatomegaly, myocardial fibrogenesis following myocardial infarction, myocardial fibrosis, musculoskeletal fibrosis, post-surgical adhesion, hypertropic scars and keloids, cirrhosis, hepatic fibrosis, renal fibrosis, fibrous vascular disorders, and complications of diabetes such as retinitis due to fibrous microvasculitis, neurosis, nephropathy, and peripheral arteritis or a condition related to the same.
3. A pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of fibrosis involving extracellular matrix dysbolism containing an amount of a chymase inhibitor for alleviating extracellular matrix dysbolism and a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle.
4. A pharmaceutical composition according to claim 3, wherein the fibrosis involving extracellular matrix dysbolism is at least one disease selected from the group comprised of scleroderma, pulmonary fibrosis, benign prostatomegaly, myocardial fibrogenesis following myocardial infarction, myocardial fibrosis, musculoskeletal fibrosis, post-surgical adhesion, hypertropic scars and keloids, cirrhosis, hepatic fibrosis, renal fibrosis, fibrous vascular disorders, and complications of diabetes such as retinitis due to fibrous microvasculitis, neurosis, nephropathy, and peripheral arteritis or a condition related to the same.
5. A medicament for alleviating extracellular matrix dysbolism having a chymase inhibitor as an effective ingredient.
6. A medicament for the prevention or treatment as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the chymase inhibitor is a quinazoline derivative having the following formula (I) and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:

1. A method for a hospitality entity to communicate goods and services to a guest based on events occurring at a facility of the hospitality entity, the method comprising:
receiving from a guest an opt-in decision to participate in a program of the hospitality entity that offers goods and services to the guest through SMS texts transmitted to a mobile phone of the guest;
associating an unique identifier with the mobile phone of the guest, the unique identifier comprising a plurality of alpha-numeric characters;
recognizing a first event, the first event is checking-in at the facility of the hospitality entity by the guest;
transmitting a first executable offer to the mobile phone through a first SMS text sent to the mobile phone, the first executable offer based on the first event and comprising a discount for at least a good or service provided by the hospitality entity, the first SMS text comprising the unique identifier;
determining that the first executable offer has been accepted by the guest by recognizing the unique identifier prior to conveyance of the good or service of the first executable offer to the guest, the acceptance of the first executable offer representing a second event;
transmitting a second executable offer to the mobile phone through a second SMS text sent to the mobile phone, the second SMS text comprising the unique identifier, the second executable offer transmitted subsequent to a time period associated with the second event, a content of the second executable offer based on at least the acceptance of the first executable offer and at least one of a time of day, a current date, a current local climate, a current entertainment event, and a current activity of the guest.
2. The method according to claim 1 wherein the first executable offer is a coupon for a discount at a restaurant located on the facility of the hospitality entity.
3. The method according to claim 1 wherein the current entertainment event is a concert being held at the facility of the hospitality entity in the near future and the second executable offer is a free ticket to the concert.
4. The method according to claim 1 further comprising a third event which is a time delay in being seated at a restaurant located on the facility of the hospitality entity, and a third executable offer which is a coupon for a free drink at a bar located in proximity to the restaurant.
