1. A method of transmitting radio access capability for a mobile device in a first wireless communication system, the method comprising:
including capability information of the mobile device, corresponding to a second wireless communication system, in a radio resource message; and
sending the radio resource message to a network of the first wireless communication system;
wherein the capability information includes at least one of a parameter for an access stratum release, a category parameter, parameters of a packet data convergence protocol, parameters of a physical layer, radio frequency parameters and measurement parameters; and the radio resource message includes a protocol discriminator information element, a skip indicator information element, a classmark change message type information element related to the second wireless communication system, and a classmark information element related to the second wireless communication system, wherein the classmark information element includes the capability information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the classmark change message type information element has a predetermined value of \u201c01100110\u201d.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the first wireless communication system is a second generation, also called 2G, wireless communication system, and the second wireless communication system is an evolved third generation wireless communication system.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the capability information is interpretable by a radio resource control layer of the second wireless communication system.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the capability information includes a \u201cUE-EUTRA-Capability\u201d information element.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein sending the radio resource message to a network of the first wireless communication system comprises sending the radio resource message to the network through an early classmark sending procedure.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein sending the radio resource message to the network through an early classmark sending procedure comprises:
receiving a CLASSMARK ENQUIRY message of the early classmark sending procedure; and
sending the radio resource message to the network in respond to the CLASSMARK ENQUIRY message.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the CLASSMARK ENQUIRY message includes a Classmark Enquiry Mask information element whose fifth to seventh bits have a predetermined value of \u201c001\u201d or a predetermined value other than \u201c000\u201d and \u201c111\u201d.
9. The method of claim 1 further comprising re-sending the radio resource message to the network when capability of the mobile device corresponding to the second wireless communication system changes.
10. A communication device of a first wireless communication system for accurately transmitting radio access capability, the communication device comprising:
means for including the capability information in a radio resource message; and
means for sending the radio resource message to a network of the first wireless communication system;
wherein the capability information includes at least one of a parameter for an access stratum release, a category parameter, parameters of a packet data convergence protocol, parameters of a physical layer, radio frequency parameters and measurement parameters; and the radio resource message includes a protocol discriminator information element, a skip indicator information element, a classmark change message type information element related to the second wireless communication system, and a classmark information element related to the second wireless communication system, wherein the classmark information element includes the capability information.
11. The communication device of claim 10, wherein the classmark change message type information element has a predetermined value of \u201c01100110\u201d.
12. The communication device of claim 10, wherein the first wireless communication system is a second generation, also called 2G, wireless communication system, and the second wireless communication system is an evolved third generation wireless communication system.
13. The communication device of claim 10, wherein the capability information is interpretable by a radio resource control layer of the second wireless communication system.
14. The communication device of claim 10, wherein the capability information includes a \u201cUE-EUTRA-Capability\u201d information element.
15. The communication device of claim 10, wherein the means for sending the radio resource message to the network of the first wireless communication system sends the radio resource message to the network through an early classmark sending procedure.
16. The communication device of claim 15, wherein the means for sending the radio resource message to the network through an early classmark sending procedure receives a CLASSMARK ENQUIRY message of the early classmark sending procedure and sends the radio resource message to the network in respond to the CLASSMARK ENQUIRY message.
17. The communication device of claim 16, wherein the CLASSMARK ENQUIRY message includes a Classmark Enquiry Mask information element whose fifth to seventh bits have a predetermined value of \u201c001\u201d or a predetermined value other than \u201c000\u201d and \u201c111\u201d.
18. The communication device of claim 10 further comprising means for re-sending the radio resource message to the network when capability of the communication device corresponding to the second wireless communication system changes.

1. Apparatus for depositing andor dispensing at least banknotes of a first denomination and banknotes of a second denomination, said apparatus comprising at least an input andor output unit (22) to input the banknotes to be deposited (13) andor to output the banknotes (13) to be dispensed, a reading unit (26), with the aid of which at least the denomination of each banknote (13) to be deposited or dispensed can be ascertained, having at least one banknote acceptor (12a to 12d) to accept the banknotes (13), and having at least one transport unit (24) to transport banknotes (13) between the input andor output unit (22) and the banknote acceptor (12a to 12d), wherein the transport unit (24) takes only banknotes (13) of the first denomination and banknotes (13) of the second denomination to the banknote acceptor (12a to 12d).
2. Apparatus of claim 1, wherein the banknote acceptor (12a to 12d) comprises at least one memory element (32a to 32d) in which at least data are stored containing information about the denominations of all banknotes (13) accepted in the banknote acceptor (12a to 12d) and data are stored containing information about the sequence in which the banknotes (13) are disposed in the banknote acceptor (12a to 12d).
3. Apparatus of claim 2, wherein data are stored in the memory element (32a to 32d) of the banknote acceptor (12a to 12d) containing information about the number of the banknotes (13) accepted in the banknote acceptor (12a to 12d) andor data are stored containing information about the first denomination and about the second denomination of the banknotes (13) that can be accepted in the banknote acceptor (12a to 12d).
4. Apparatus of claim 1, wherein a first banknote acceptor (12b), a second banknote acceptor (12c) and at least a third banknote acceptor (12d) are provided, wherein the transport unit (24) takes only banknotes (13) of the first denomination to the first banknote acceptor (12b), only banknotes (13) of the second denomination and banknotes (13) of the third denomination to the second banknote acceptor (12c), and only banknotes (13) of the third denomination and only banknotes (13) of the fourth denomination to the third banknote acceptor (12d).
5. Apparatus of claim 1, wherein a first banknote acceptor (12b), a second banknote acceptor (12c), and at least a third banknote acceptor (12d) are provided, wherein the transport unit (24) takes only banknotes (13) of the first denomination and banknotes (13) of the second denomination to the first banknote acceptor (12b), only banknotes (13) of the second denomination and banknotes (13) of the third denomination to the second banknote acceptor (12c), and only banknotes (13) of the third denomination and banknotes (13) of the fourth denomination to the third banknote acceptor (12d).
6. Apparatus of claim 1, wherein each banknote acceptor (12a to 12d) comprises a first delimiting element and at least a second delimiting element with the aid of which the dimensions of a receiving area of each banknote acceptor (12a to 12d) can be adjusted such that only banknotes (13) of the respective preset denominations can be stacked in the banknote acceptors (12a to 12d).
7. Apparatus to deposit andor to dispense at least banknotes of a first denomination and banknotes of a second denomination, comprising at least one input andor output unit (22) to input the banknotes to be deposited (13) andor to output the banknotes (13) to be dispensed, a reading unit (26), with the aid of which at least the denomination of each banknote (13) to be deposited or dispensed can be ascertained, with at least one banknote acceptor (12a to 12d) for accepting the banknotes (13), and with at least one transport unit (24) for transporting banknotes (13) between the input andor output unit (22) and the banknote acceptor (12a to 12d),
8. Apparatus of claim 7, wherein at least two banknote acceptors (12a to 12d), preferably two or four banknote acceptors (12a to 12d), are provided and wherein each banknote acceptor (12a to 12d) encompasses a memory element.
9. Apparatus of claim 8, wherein the reading unit (26) comprises at least one sensor for verifying the genuineness of a supplied banknote (13), and wherein the reading unit (26) ascertains at least the denomination of the banknote (13), and wherein data containing information about the ascertained denomination of a deposited banknote (13) are stored in the memory element (32a to 32d) of the banknote acceptor (12a to 12d) in which the banknote deposited has been accepted.
10. Apparatus of claim 9, wherein a fourth banknote acceptor (12a) is provided for accepting banknotes (13) that are not intended for dispensing andor for accepting banknotes (13) that are prepared in the input-and-output unit (22) for dispensing to an operator but not removed by said operator.
11. Apparatus of claim 9, characterized by a fifth banknote acceptor for accepting banknotes (13) that were classified as possibly counterfeit when their genuineness was verified with the aid of the reading unit (26).
12. Apparatus of claim 7, further comprising an interim storage (30) for the temporary acceptance of banknotes (13), specifically for the temporary acceptance of banknotes (13) during the transaction of depositing andor dispensing banknotes (13).
13. Apparatus of claim 7, wherein a singulator and stacker (14a to 14d) for feeding banknotes (13) into the respective banknote acceptor (12a to 12d) or into the interim storage (30), andor for removing banknotes (13) from the respective banknote acceptor (12a to 12d) or from the interim storage (30), is allocated to each banknote acceptor (12a to 12d) andor to the interim storage (30), and wherein a diverter (16a to 16d) is allocated to each banknote acceptor (12a to 12d) andor to the interim storage (30) respectively, with the aid of which the banknotes (13) transported on a transport path (19) and to be transferred to the respective banknote acceptor (12a to 12d) or to the interim storage (30) are taken to the singulator and stacker (14a to 14d) allocated to the respective banknote acceptor (12a to 12d) or to the interim storage (30) and the banknotes (13) removed with the aid of a singulator and stacker (14a to 14d) from a banknote acceptor (12a to 12d) or the interim storage are transported away.
14. Apparatus of claim 7 further comprising a control unit (28) with the aid of which the data stored on the memory element (32a to 32d) of each banknote acceptor (12a to 12d) can be read out and with the aid of which data can be written on the memory elements (32a to 32d) of the banknote acceptors (12a to 12d).
15. Apparatus of claim 13 further comprising a control unit (28) with the aid of which the data stored on the memory element (32a to 32d) of each banknote acceptor (12a to 12d) can be read out, and with the aid of which data can be written to the memory elements (32a to 32d) of the banknote acceptors (12s to 12d), and with the aid of which the singulator and stacker (14a to 14d) andor the diverters (16a to 16d) can be actuated at least as a function of one part of the data read out from the memory elements (32a to 32d) of the banknote acceptors (12a to 12d).
16. Method for handling at least banknotes of a first denomination and banknotes of a second denomination, in which during a deposit transaction the banknotes (13) to be deposited are deposited by way of an input-and-output unit (22), the genuineness of the deposited banknotes (13) is verified with the aid of a reading unit (26) and the denomination of the banknotes (13) deposited is ascertained, and in which the banknotes (13) deposited are taken to banknote acceptors (12a to 12d), comprising at least one memory element (32a to 32d) for each banknote acceptor (12a to 12d) in which at least data are stored with information about the denomination ascertained by the reading unit (26) of all banknotes (13) in the respective banknote acceptor (12a to 12d) and data are stored with information about the sequence in which the banknotes (13) are disposed in the banknote acceptor (12a to 12d), andor in a dispensing transaction banknotes (13) to be dispensed are removed from at least one banknote acceptor (12a to 12d) and dispensed as a bundle to an operator with the aid of the input-and-output unit (22), wherein the removal of banknotes (13) to be dispensed from the banknote acceptors (12a to 12d) is determined at least as a function of the data stored on the memory elements (32a to 32d) with information about the denominations of all banknotes accepted in the respective banknote acceptor (12a to 12d) (13), and with information about the sequence in which the banknotes (13) are disposed in the banknote acceptors (12a to 12d).
17. Method of claim 16, wherein banknotes of a maximum of two different denominations are accepted in each banknote acceptor (12a to 12d).
18. Method of claim 16, wherein the denomination of each banknote (13) to be dispensed is ascertained at each withdrawal with the aid of the reading unit (26) and this ascertained denomination is compared with a target denomination ascertained with the aid of the data stored on the memory element (32a to 32d) of the banknote acceptor (12b to 12d) from which the banknote (13) to be dispensed was removed, and wherein the banknote (13) is only dispensed if the ascertained denomination and the target denomination are identical.
19. Method of claim 16, wherein, as part of the dispensing transaction, banknotes (13) that are not to be dispensed and that are disposed in a banknote acceptor (12a to 12d) in front of a banknote (13) to be dispensed in the sequence in which the banknotes (13) have to be removed from the bank acceptor (12a to 12d), are transported into interim storage (30), the banknote to be dispensed (13) is removed, and the banknotes (13) transported into interim storage are then transported into the banknote acceptor (12a to 12d).
20. Method of claim 16, wherein banknotes (13) to be taken to the banknote acceptors (12a to 12d) are assigned to the individual banknote acceptors (12a to 12d) at least as a function of the respective denomination of the banknote (13) to be taken, of the predetermined denominations of banknotes (13) assigned to each banknote acceptor (12a to 12d) that can be accepted in the banknote acceptor (12a to 12d), of the denominations of the banknotes (13) already accepted in the respective banknote acceptors (12a to 12d) andor the sequence in which the banknotes (13) are disposed in the banknote acceptors (12a to 12d), and wherein the banknotes (13) are taken to the respectively assigned banknote acceptor (12a to 12d).
21. Method of claim 16, wherein it is established as part of the dispensing transaction which banknotes (13) are to be taken from the banknote acceptor (12a to 12d) before the first banknote (13) of the bundle is removed from one of the banknote acceptors (12a to 12d).
22. Method of claim 21, wherein at least two banknotes (13) from the bundle to be dispensed that are located in different banknote acceptors (12a to 12d) are removed simultaneously from the banknote acceptors (12a to 12d).
