1. Method of providing a combination of video data (37) and metadata (34), including:
obtaining a sequence (23) of images captured by a video camera (5);
extracting at least one signal (24) from the sequence (23) of images, wherein each extracted signal (24) characterizes local temporal variations in at least one of light intensity and color;
applying at least one video compression technique on image data of images from the sequence (23) to obtain compressed video data (37),
wherein the at least one extracted signal (24) is extracted from images in a state prior to the application of the at least one compression technique to image data from those images; and
providing the compressed video data (37) with metadata (34) for characterizing at least one process in a subject represented in at least part of the images,
which process causes local temporal variations in at least one of color and intensity of light captured from the subject,
wherein the metadata (34) is at least based on at least one of the extracted signals (24).
2. Method according to claim 1, including adapting the application of the at least one compression technique in dependence on an outcome of an analysis of data at least based on obtained parts of at least one of the at least one extracted signal (24).
3. Method according to claim 1, including, whilst obtaining the sequence (23) of images, causing adjustments of parameters of a process of capturing the images using at least one camera (5) in dependence on an outcome of an analysis of data at least based on obtained parts of at least one of the extracted signals (24).
4. Method according to claim 1, wherein the method is carried out by a processing system (9,11) included in a camera (5).
5. Method according to claim 1, wherein the metadata (34) includes at least one signal (24) characterizing local temporal variations in at least one of light intensity and color in the sequence (23) of images.
6. System for providing a combination of video data and metadata (34), including
at least an interface to a camera (5) for capturing a sequence (23) of images;
a video data processing system (9,11), configured to:
apply at least one video compression technique on image data of images from the sequence (23) to obtain compressed video data (37),
extract at least one signal (24) from the sequence (23) of images, each extracted signal (24) characterizing local temporal variations in at least one of light intensity and color and
to generate metadata (34) for characterizing at least one process in at least one subject represented in at least part of the images,
wherein the at least one extracted signal (24) is extracted from images in a state prior to the application of the at least one compression technique to image data from those images and wherein the metadata (34) characterizes processes causing local temporal variations in at least one of color and intensity of light captured from the subject and the metadata (34) are at least based on at least one of the extracted signals (24); and
an output interface (6) for providing the compressed video data (37) with the metadata (34).

Signal including a combination of compressed video and metadata (34), wherein the compressed video (37) is obtainable by applying at least one video compression technique on image data of images from a sequence (23) of images and the metadata (34) includes at least one signal (24) characterizing local temporal variations in at least one of light intensity and color in the sequence (23) of images.

Method of processing a signal according to claim 8, including calculating at least one value of a parameter characterizing at least one process in a subject represented in at least part of the sequence (23) of images, which process causes local temporal variations in at least one of color and intensity of light captured from the subject, using as input at least one of the signals (24) characterizing local temporal variations in at least one of light intensity and color in the sequence (23) of images.
11. System for processing a signal including a combination of compressed video (37) and metadata (34), including:
an interface (14) for obtaining a signal according to claim 8 and
a data processing system (15,16) for calculating at least one value of a parameter characterizing at least one process in a subject represented in at least part of the sequence (23) of images, which process causes local temporal variations in at least one of color and intensity of light captured from the subject, using as input at least one of the signals (24) characterizing local temporal variations in at least one of light intensity and color in the sequence (23) of images.
12. Computer program including a set of instructions capable, when incorporated in a machine-readable medium, of causing a system having information processing capabilities to perform a method according to claim 1.

What is claimed is:
1. A spray pump apparatus for use in spraying fluids comprising:
an outer housing;
a pump assembly in mechanical communication with said outer housing for developing a pressure within said outer housing; and
an integral bladder assembly mounted within said outer housing and comprising an integrally formed combination of a flexible bladder, a hose and a nozzle, wherein said flexible bladder is subjected to said pressure developed by said pump assembly for expelling a fluid contained within said flexible bladder, and wherein said integral bladder assembly is installed in and removed from said outer housing as said integrally formed combination.
2. The spray pump apparatus of claim 1 wherein said flexible bladder further includes a fill port for inserting a fluid into said flexible bladder.
3. The spray pump apparatus of claim 1 wherein said flexible bladder further includes a tethered cap for sealing said flexible bladder.
4. The spray pump apparatus of claim 1 further including a flexible perforated standpipe positioned within said flexible bladder for facilitating the flow of said fluid.
5. The spray pump apparatus of claim 1 wherein said integrally formed combination of said integral bladder assembly further includes a feed-through device for circuiting said hose out of said outer housing.
6. The spray pump apparatus of claim 5 further including a retainer clip for securing said feed-through device in position in said outer housing.
7. The spray pump apparatus of claim 1 further including a hanger mounting bracket for supporting said flexible bladder within said outer housing.
8. The spray pump apparatus of claim 1 further including a pressure relief valve mounted within said outer housing for relieving pressure within said outer housing.
9. The spray pump apparatus of claim 1 wherein said flexible bladder further includes a hanger eyelet for suspending said flexible bladder within said outer housing.
10. A spray pump apparatus for use in spraying fluids comprising:
an outer housing having a top portion coupled to a bottom portion;
a pump assembly in mechanical communication with said top portion for developing a pressure within said outer housing; and
an integral bladder assembly mounted within said outer housing and comprising an integrally formed combination of a flexible bladder, a hose and a nozzle, wherein said flexible bladder is subjected to said pressure developed by said pump assembly for expelling a fluid contained within said flexible bladder, and wherein said integral bladder assembly is installed in and removed from said outer housing as said integrally formed combination.
11. The spray pump apparatus of claim 10 wherein said top portion and said bottom portion of said outer housing each include a flange surface in combination with a seal for maintaining said pressure developed within said outer housing.
12. The spray pump apparatus of claim 10 wherein said top portion is coupled to said bottom portion with a V-band coupling.
13. The spray pump apparatus of claim 10 wherein said flexible bladder further includes a fill port and a tethered cap for inserting a fluid into and for sealing said flexible bladder.
14. The spray pump apparatus of claim 10 further including a flexible perforated standpipe positioned within said flexible bladder for facilitating the flow of said fluid.
15. The spray pump apparatus of claim 10 further including a hanger mounting bracket for supporting said flexible bladder within said outer housing.
16. A spray pump apparatus for use in spraying fluids comprising:
an outer housing of unitary construction having a threaded top portal;
a pump assembly in mechanical communication with said threaded top portal for developing a pressure within said outer housing; and
an integral bladder assembly mounted within said outer housing and comprising an integrally formed combination of a flexible bladder, a hose and a nozzle, wherein said flexible bladder is subjected to said pressure developed by said pump assembly for expelling a fluid contained within said flexible bladder, and wherein said integral bladder assembly is installed in and removed from said outer housing as said integrally formed combination.
17. The spray pump apparatus of claim 16 further including a threaded closure for sealing said threaded top portal.
18. The spray pump apparatus of claim 16 wherein said flexible bladder further includes a fill port and a tethered cap for inserting a fluid into and for sealing said flexible bladder.
19. The spray pump apparatus of claim 16 further including a flexible perforated standpipe positioned within said flexible bladder for facilitating the flow of said fluid.
20. The spray pump apparatus of claim 16 further including a hanger mounting bracket for supporting said flexible bladder within said outer housing.
