1. A golf ball comprising:
a core;
a cover disposed about the core, consisting essentially of:
an inner cover layer formed from a first composition having a first hardness, a first thickness of about 0.01 inches to about 0.25 inches, and a first flexural modulus;
an outer cover layer disposed on the inner cover formed from a second composition having a second hardness, a second thickness, and a second flexural modulus, wherein the second hardness differs from the first hardness by about 5 points or less, wherein the second thickness is less than the first thickness and from about 0.005 inches to about 0.1 inches, and wherein the second flexural modulus is less than the first flexural modulus.
2. The golf ball of claim 1, wherein the first flexural modulus differs from the second flexural modulus by about 5,000 psi or less.
3. The golf ball of claim 1, wherein the first flexural modulus differs from the second flexural modulus by about 1,000 psi to about 2,500 psi or less.
4. The golf ball of claim 1, wherein the first composition is different than the second composition.
5. The golf ball of claim 4, wherein the first composition comprises a metallocene-catalyzed polymer, a partially neutralized ionomer, a fully neutralized ionomer, or thermoplastic polyester and the second composition comprises a polyurethane, polyurea, silicone, or epoxy.
6. The golf ball of claim 4, wherein the second composition comprises a filler selected from the group consisting of precipitated hydrated silica, clay, talc, asbestos, glass fibers, aramid fibers, mica, calcium metasilicate, barium sulfate, zinc sulfide, lithopone, silicates, silicon carbide, diatomaceous earth, polyvinyl chloride, carbonates, metals, metal alloys, metal oxides, particulate carbonaceous materials, micro balloons, fly ash, and combinations thereof.
7. The golf ball of claim 1, wherein the first and second compositions are substantially similar.
8. The golf ball of claim 1, wherein the second hardness differs from the first hardness by about 3 points or less.
9. The golf ball of claim 1, wherein the second hardness is from about 35 to about 65 Shore D.

1. A formulation comprising: at least one hydrophilic polymer, at least one desquamatory agent and alpha hydroxyl acid.
2. The formulation of claim 1 wherein said hydrophilic polymer is selected from a group consisting essentially of polyglutamic acid (PGA), crosslinked polyglutamic acid, crosslinked hyaluronic acid, cross-linked poly lactic acid, and combination and mixtures thereof.
3. The formulation of claim 1 wherein said desquamatory agent is selected from a group consisting essentially of N-acetyl glucosamine (NAG), glucosamine, glucosamine hydrochloride and combination and mixtures thereof.
4. The formulation of claim 1 wherein said alpha hydroxyl acid is mandelic acid.
5. The formulation of claim 1 further comprising water.
6. The formulation of claim 1 wherein said formulation can be used as a product selected from a group consisting of skin care products, cosmetics, cosmeceuticals, pharmaceuticals and nutriceuticals.
7. The formulation of claim 1 wherein said formulation can be combined with other components and ingredients to form a product selected from a group consisting of skin care products, cosmetics, cosmeceuticals, pharmaceuticals and nutriceuticals.
8. The formulation of claim 1 further comprising an activator selected from a group consisting essentially of Water, Glycerin, Glycols, Polyols, Polyglutamic Acid, Hyaluronic Acid, and combination and mixtures thereof.
9. The formulation of claim 1 further comprising preservatives, flavoring and coloring agents.
10. The formulation of claim 1 wherein said hydrophilic polymer has increased molecular weight.
11. The formulation of claim 1 wherein said hydrophilic polymer is cross-linked.
12. The formulation of claim 1 wherein said alpha hydroxyl acid has increased molecular weight.
13. A composition comprising polyglutamic acid, mandelic acid and N-acytel glucosamine.
14. The composition of claim 13 wherein said polyglutamic acid has increased molecular weight.
15. The composition of claim 13 wherein said polyglutamic acid is cross-linked.
16. The composition of claim 13 wherein said alpha hydroxyl acid has increased molecular weight.
17. The composition of claim 13 further comprising water.
18. The composition of claim 13 wherein said composition can be used as a product selected from a group consisting of skin care products, cosmetics, cosmeceuticals, pharmaceuticals and nutriceuticals.
19. The composition of claim 1 wherein said composition can be combined with other components and ingredients to form a product selected from a group consisting of skin care products, cosmetics, cosmeceuticals, pharmaceuticals and nutriceuticals.
20. The composition of claim 13 further comprising an activator selected from a group consisting essentially of Water, Glycerin, Glycols, Polyols, Polyglutamic Acid, Hyaluronic Acid, and combination and mixtures thereof.
21. The composition of claim 13 further comprising preservatives, flavoring and coloring agents.
22. A formulation manufactured by a process comprising:
providing at least one hydrophilic polymer, at least one desquamatory agent and alpha hydroxyl acid;
increasing the molecular weight of said hydrophilic polymer;
crosslinking said hydrophilic polymer;
increasing the molecular weight of said alpha hydroxyl acid; and
admixing said hydrophilic polymer, said desquamatory agent and said alpha hydroxyl acid to make a formulation.
23. The process of claim 22 further comprising admixing water.
24. The process of claim 22 wherein said hydrophilic polymer is selected from a group consisting essentially of polyglutamic acid (PGA), crosslinked polyglutamic acid, crosslinked hyaluronic acid, cross-linked poly lactic acid, and combination and mixtures thereof.
25. The process of claim 22 wherein said desquamatory agent is selected from a group consisting essentially of N-acetyl glucosamine (NAG), glucosamine, glucosamine hydrochloride and combination and mixtures thereof.
26. The process of claim 22 wherein said alpha hydroxyl acid is mandelic acid.
27. The process of claim 22 wherein said hydrophilic polymer is from about .05% to about .3%, said desquamatory agent is from about .05% to about 40% and said alpha hydroxyl acid is from about .05% to about 30% of the formulation.
28. The process of claim 22 wherein said formulation can be used as a product selected from a group consisting of skin care products, cosmetics, cosmeceuticals, pharmaceuticals and nutriceuticals.
29. The process of claim 22 wherein said formulation is designed to be combined with other components and ingredients to form a product selected from a group consisting of skin care products, cosmetics, cosmeceuticals, pharmaceuticals and nutriceuticals.
30. The process of claim 22 further comprising admixing at least one activator selected from a group consisting essentially of Water, Glycerin, Glycols, Polyols, Polyglutamic Acid, Hyaluronic Acid, and combination and mixtures thereof.
31. The process of claim 22 further comprising admixing preservatives, flavoring and coloring agents.
