1. A mixing syringe comprising:
a needle;
a housing defining a first chamber that includes a first component of a mixture therein, wherein the needle is attached to the housing, and wherein the housing comprises a valve configured to selectively seal a pathway between the first chamber and the needle;
a first plunger configured to slide within the housing, wherein the first plunger defines a second chamber that includes a second component of the mixture therein;
a seal separating the first component from the second component, wherein the seal is configured to seal a path between the first chamber and the second chamber; and
a second plunger configured to slide within the first plunger;
wherein the first plunger is configured to transfer the first component from the first chamber to the second chamber when the seal is open and the first plunger is displaced forwardly,
wherein the second plunger is configured to transfer the second component from the second chamber to the first chamber when the seal is open and the second plunger is displaced forwardly, and
wherein the valve is configured to seal the pathway between the first chamber and the needle to permit mixing of the first component and the second component and to be opened to permit the mixed first and second components to pass through the pathway.
2. The syringe of claim 1, wherein the seal comprises a pierceable seal.
3. The syringe of claim 1, wherein the seal comprises a second valve.
4. The syringe of claim 3, wherein the second valve comprises a valve element that is displaceable relative to the housing.
5. The syringe of claim 4, wherein the forward end of the housing defines a constricted portion for receiving a tip of the valve element.
6. The syringe of claim 1, wherein the valve comprises a valve element that is displaceable relative to a portion of the housing.
7. The syringe of claim 6, wherein the valve comprises a rotary valve.
8. The syringe of claim 1, wherein the seal is connected to the first plunger so that the seal is displaceable when the first plunger is displaced.
9. The syringe of claim 1, wherein the first plunger comprises a piston that is connected to the first plunger prior to use.
10. The syringe of claim 1, wherein the first plunger comprises a piston that defines the path between the first and second chambers.
11. The syringe of claim 1, wherein the first plunger comprises a plunger rod having a stem and a piston having a connector cooperable with the stem, and wherein the stem and the connector are operable to connect the piston to the plunger rod without unsealing the seal.
12. The syringe of claim 11, wherein the connector comprises a pocket cooperable with the stem.
13. The syringe of claim 1, wherein at least one of the first and second components comprises a fluid.
14. The syringe of claim 1, wherein one of the first and second components comprises a powder.
15. A mixing syringe comprising:
a needle;
a hollow housing attached to the needle, wherein the housing defines a first chamber that contains a first component of a medicine;
a second chamber at least partially within the housing that contains a second component of the medicine;
a plunger configured to slide within the housing;
a seal separating the first component from the second component; and
a valve operable to prevent movement of one or more of the first and second components from the first chamber through the needle when in a first orientation and to allow movement of one or more of the first and second components from the first chamber through the needle when in a second orientation,
wherein the plunger is configured to move the first component from the first chamber to the second chamber when the seal is open and when the plunger is displaced toward a forward end of the housing.
16. The syringe of claim 15, wherein the seal comprises a second valve having a valve element that is displaceable relative to the housing.
17. The syringe of claim 16, wherein the forward end of the housing defines a constricted portion for receiving a tip of the valve element.
18. The syringe of claim 15, wherein the valve comprises a valve element that is displaceable relative to a portion of the housing.
19. The syringe of claim 18, wherein the valve comprises a rotary valve.
20. The syringe of claim 15, wherein the seal is connected to the plunger so that the seal is displaceable when the plunger is displaced.
21. The syringe of claim 15, wherein displacement of the plunger is operable to open the seal to allow movement of one or more of the first and second components between the first chamber and the second chamber.
22. The syringe of claim 15, wherein the plunger comprises a piston that is connected to the plunger prior to use.
23. The syringe of claim 15, wherein the plunger comprises a piston and a path through the piston, wherein the seal seals the path through the piston.
24. The syringe of claim 15, wherein the plunger comprises a plunger rod having a stem and a piston having a connector cooperable with the stem, wherein the stem and the connector are operable to connect the piston to the plunger rod without unsealing the seal.

1. In a combination dryer and atomized medicinal liquid apparatus for feet comprising a housing formed of a top portion perpendicularly depending from four side walls and a base portion perpendicularly depending from said four side walls and which collectively form an internal cavity; two recessed footprints forming concavities in said top portion; plurality of air discharge outlets formed in said top portion for discharging a pressurized stream of warm air in conjunction with an atomized stream of antifungal or other medicinal liquid upward onto the sole area of the user’s feet; a series of air intake ports formed within said sidewalls and in fluid communication with said discharge outlets, said air intake ports capable of collecting ambient room air for subsequent discharge through the air discharge outlets; a motorized blower unit housed within said housing and in fluid communication with said intakes ports for air intake and in fluid communication with said discharge outlets for air discharge; electrical resistance heaters in thermal communication with said blower unit discharge for heating discharged air; and a pressurized canister of medicinal liquid located inside of a canister holder internal to said housing such that contents of said pressurized canister are released under the control of an electrically operated solenoid valve, where it travels through a section of tubing and is discharged through an atomizing nozzle, said atomizing nozzle thereby producing an atomized stream of medicinal liquid which is released at the end of a transfer tube and subsequently transferred into a chamber;
the improvement comprising a shoe and boot dryer attachment that sits atop said dryer and atomized medicinal liquid apparatus for feet and is held in place by frictional contact only, said shoe and boot dryer attachment covering all said air discharge outlets such that the entire air output flow of said dryer and atomized medicinal liquid apparatus for feet is routed through said shoe and boot dryer attachment.
2. The improvement of claim 1, wherein said attachment comprises an attachment base having an upper surface with downwardly depending walls, said walls and said upper surface channeling forced air upward through two vertically disposed drying tubes.
3. The improvement of claim 2, wherein each one of said tubes transfers air flow upwardly to a placed shoe or boot.
4. The improvement of claim 3, wherein each one of said tubes has a fixed end adjacent an attachment base and a free end with an opening for transferring air generated by said dryer and atomized medicinal liquid apparatus.
5. The improvement of claim 3, further comprising a support ring circumscribing said tubes, said support ring provided to assist in holding a shoe or boot in place and allowing efficient transfer of air to shoe or boot.
6. The improvement of claim 1, wherein the combination of said attachment and said dryer and atomized medicinal liquid apparatus for feet allows for drying of shoes or boots, thus extending the life of the shoe or boot, eliminating offensive odors and reducing the growth of fungus.
