A solder alloy comprising 40 mass % or more but less than 85 mass % of Bi and 60 mass % or less of Sn and having an oxide layer thickness of 120 nm or less and a surface roughness (Ra) of 0.60 \u03bcm or less, wherein when an element or elements other than Bi and Sn are contained, content thereof is 5 mass % or less.

A solder alloy comprising Pb as a main component and at least one of Sn, Ag, Cu, In, Te, and P as a second element group and having an oxide layer thickness of 120 nm or less and a surface roughness (Ra) of 0.60 m or less, wherein a total amount of Pb and the second element group is 80 mass % or more.
6. A solder alloy comprising Sn as a main component and at least one of Ag, Sb, Cu, Ni, Ge, and P as a second element group and having an oxide layer thickness of 120 nm or less and a surface roughness (Ra) of 0.60 rm or less, wherein a total amount of Sn and the second element group is 80 mass % or more.
7. A solder alloy comprising Au as a main component and at least one of Ge, Sn, and Si as a second element group and having an oxide layer thickness of 120 nm or less and a surface roughness (Ra) of 0.60 \u03bcm or less, wherein a total amount of Au and the second element group is 90 mass % or more.
8. A solder alloy comprising 40 mass % or more of In and at least one of Ag, Sn, Cu, Zn, and P and having an oxide layer thickness of 120 nm or less and a surface roughness (Ra) of 0.60 \u03bcm or less.
9. A solder alloy comprising Zn and Sn in a total amount of 80 mass % or more but comprising no Al and having an oxide layer thickness of 120 nm or less and a surface roughness (Ra) of 0.60 \u03bcm or less.
10. An electronic device comprising an electronic component joined with the solder alloy according to claim 1.
11. An electronic device comprising an electronic component joined with the solder alloy according to claim 2.
12. An electronic device comprising an electronic component joined with the solder alloy according to claim 3.
13. An electronic device comprising an electronic component joined with the solder alloy according to claim 4.

1. An image reading device comprising:
a document sheet conveying portion configured to convey a document sheet;
an image reading portion fixed at a predetermined position on a route on which the document sheet is conveyed by the document sheet conveying portion, and configured to read an image from the document sheet;
a color reference plate disposed opposingly to the image reading portion and having a predetermined reference color at a part thereof opposing the image reading portion;
an oscillation portion capable of oscillating the color reference plate in one of or both a primary scanning direction and a secondary scanning direction; and
a color reference data setting portion configured to set, based on image data read from the color reference plate by the image reading portion when the color reference plate is being oscillated by the oscillation portion, color reference data to be used for shading correction executed on image data read from the document sheet by the image reading portion.
2. The image reading device according to claim 1, wherein the oscillation portion includes: an urging portion configured to urge the color reference plate in one direction; and a movement portion configured to intermittently move the color reference plate in a direction opposite of an urging direction of the color reference plate of the urging portion.
3. The image reading device according to claim 2, wherein:
the urging portion includes a spring configured to urge the color reference plate in one direction; and
the movement portion includes an eccentric cam capable of rotating while having an outer circumferential surface thereof in contact with the color reference plate.
4. The image reading device according to claim 3, wherein:
the document sheet conveying portion includes a conveying roller configured to convey a document sheet, and a drive motor configured to drive the conveying roller; and
the eccentric cam is rotated by a driving force of the drive motor.
5. The image reading device according to claim 3, wherein:
an attachment portion that includes a slide groove having a predetermined width and to which the color reference plate is attached is formed on the image reading device;
the color reference plate includes a protruding portion provided at an end part on a side of an urging direction by the spring, and an engagement portion that is fitted into the slide groove; and
the eccentric cam is configured to oscillate the color reference plate in a range movable within the slide groove of the engagement portion, by making contact with the protruding portion of the color reference plate urged in the urging direction by the spring, and rotating.
6. The image reading device according to claim 1, wherein:
the image reading portion is disposed in a unit case in which the document sheet conveying portion is housed; and
the color reference plate is disposed on a cover member that is openable and closable with respect to the unit case.
7. An image forming apparatus comprising:
the image reading device according to claim 1; and
an image forming portion configured to form an image based on image data read by the image reading device.
