6. The portable toilet of claim 1, wherein the external receptacle is a urinal mounted to the exterior side of the at least one wall.
7. The portable toilet of claim 1, wherein the external receptacle is a recess formed in the exterior side of the at least one wall.
8. The portable toilet of claim 1, comprising at least two external receptacles on the exterior side of the at least one wall.
9. The portable toilet of claim 1, further comprising a privacy screen.
10. The portable toilet of claim 9, wherein the privacy screen is hinged.
11. The portable toilet of claim 1, wherein the external receptacle and the internal receptacle drain into a common waste storage tank.
11. The portable toilet of claim 1, wherein the external receptacle drains into an external waste storage tank and the internal receptacle drains into an internal waste storage tank.
12. The portable toilet of claim 1, in combination with at least one other portable toilet forming an array, the array defining a privacy area obscured from view, wherein the external receptacle is positioned in the privacy area.
13 A portable toilet apparatus comprising:
an enclosure formed of a front wall, a back wall, two side walls, a door, a roof and a floor, the enclosure bounding an interior space having an internal toilet therein;
a waste storage tank for collecting waste deposited in the interior toilet; and
an external urinal.
14. The portable toilet apparatus of claim 13, wherein the external urinal is on the back wall.
15. The portable toilet apparatus of claim 13, wherein the external urinal is on one of the side walls.
16. The portable toilet apparatus of claim 13, wherein the external urinal is a urinal mounted on the outside of one of the walls.
17. The portable toilet apparatus of claim 13, wherein the external urinal is a recess formed in one of the walls.
18. The portable toilet apparatus of claim 13, comprising at least two external urinals.
19. The portable toilet apparatus of claim 13, further comprising a privacy screen.
20. The portable toilet apparatus of claim 19, wherein the privacy screen is hinged.
21. The portable toilet apparatus of claim 13, wherein the external urinal drains into the waste storage tank.
22. The portable toilet apparatus of claim 13, wherein the external urinal drains into an external tank.
23. The portable toilet apparatus of claim 13, in combination with at least one other portable toilet forming an array, the array defining a privacy area obscured from view, wherein the external urinal is positioned in the privacy area.

A retrofit kit for adding an external urinal to a portable toilet, the retrofit kit comprising a receptacle for mounting to a wall of the portable toilet, at least one connector for attaching the receptacle to the wall of the portable toilet, and a conduit for draining the receptacle into a waste storage tank.

an acceleration module to measure acceleration of a body part of a user and generate acceleration measurement values;
a storage to store a first threshold value and a second threshold value; and
a data processor to compare acceleration measurement data with the first and second threshold values and generate a signal if at least two oscillations are detected in which each oscillation includes a first acceleration in a first direction having an amplitude greater than the first threshold followed by a second acceleration in a second direction having an amplitude greater than the second threshold.
2. The apparatus of claim 1 in which the signal comprises a message indicating a likelihood of a seizure.
3. The apparatus of claim 1 in which the time interval between the first and second accelerations is greater than a predetermined amount of time.
4. The apparatus of claim 3, comprising a user interface to allow a user to adjust the value of the predetermined amount of time.
5. The apparatus of claim 1, comprising a location sensor, and the signal includes location information provided by the location sensor.
6. The apparatus of claim 5 in which the location sensor comprises a global positioning system (GPS) receiver.
7. The apparatus of claim 1 in which the first direction is opposite to the second direction.
8. The apparatus of claim 1, comprising a user interface to allow a user to adjust the first and second threshold values.
9. The apparatus of claim 1 in which the data processor generates the signal only if at least n oscillations are detected, n being an integer configurable by a user.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, comprising a user interface to allow a user to configure the value of n.
11. The apparatus of claim 1, comprising an alarm that is activated by the data processor after detecting the at least two oscillations.
12. The apparatus of claim 11 in which after detecting the at least two oscillations, the data processor waits for a predetermined amount of time before generating the signal.
13. The apparatus of claim 12 comprising a mechanism to allow a user to prevent the signal from being generated after the alarm is activated.
14. The apparatus of claim 11 in which the alarm comprises at least one of a buzzer or vibrator alarm.
15. A system comprising:
an acceleration module to measure acceleration of a body part of a user and output acceleration measurement values; and
a phone that communicates wirelessly with the acceleration module, the phone comprising
a storage to store a first threshold value and a second threshold value; and
a data processor to compare the acceleration measurement values with the first and second threshold values and generate a message if at least two oscillations are detected in which each oscillation includes a first acceleration in a first direction having an amplitude greater than the first threshold followed by a second acceleration in a second direction having an amplitude greater than the second threshold.
16. The system of claim 15 in which the phone comprises a location sensor, and the message includes location information provided by the location sensor.
17. The system of claim 15 in which the phone comprises an app that when executed causes the data processor to compare the acceleration measurement values with the first and second threshold values and generate the message if at least two oscillations are detected.
18. The system of claim 15 in which the signal comprises a message indicating a likelihood of a seizure.
19. An apparatus comprising:
an acceleration module to measure acceleration of a body part of a user and generate acceleration measurement values;
a storage to store a first threshold value and a second threshold value; and
a data processor to compare acceleration measurement data with the first and second threshold values and generate a message indicating a likelihood of a seizure if a predetermined relationship between the acceleration measurement data and the first and second threshold values is satisfied.
20. The apparatus of claim 19 in which the predetermined relationship indicates detection of at least two oscillations, each oscillation including a first acceleration in a first direction having an amplitude greater than the first threshold followed by a second acceleration in a second direction having an amplitude greater than the second threshold.
21. The apparatus of claim 20 in which the time interval between the first and second accelerations is greater than a predetermined amount of time.
22. A method comprising:
measuring acceleration of a body part of a user and generating acceleration measurement values;
comparing the acceleration measurement values with a first threshold value and a second threshold value; and
generating a signal if at least two oscillations are detected in which each oscillation includes a first acceleration in a first direction having an amplitude greater than the first threshold followed by a second acceleration in a second direction having an amplitude greater than the second threshold.
23. The method of claim 22 in which generating a signal comprises generating a message indicating a likelihood of a seizure.
24. The method of claim 22 in which the time interval between the first and second accelerations is greater than a predetermined amount of time.
25. The method of claim 22, comprising generating location information, and generating a signal comprises generating a signal that includes the location information.
26. The method of claim 25 in which generating location information comprises generating location information based on global positioning system (GPS) signals.
27. The method of claim 22 in which the first direction is opposite to the second direction.
28. The method of claim 22 in which generating a signal comprises generating a signal only if at least n oscillations are detected, n being an integer configurable by a user.
29. The method of claim 22, comprising activating an alarm after detecting the at least two oscillations.
30. The method of claim 29, comprising, after detecting the at least two oscillations, waiting for a predetermined amount of time before generating the signal.
31. The method of claim 30, comprising providing a mechanism to enable a user to prevent the signal from being generated after the alarm is activated.
32. The method of claim 22 in which measuring acceleration of a body part comprises measuring acceleration of at least one of a wrist or a waist.
33. A method comprising:
measure acceleration of a body part using an accelerometer attached to the body part, and outputting acceleration measurement values;
transmitting the acceleration measurement values wirelessly to a phone;
at the phone, comparing measured acceleration data with a first threshold value and a second threshold value; and
at the phone, generating a message if at least two oscillations are detected in which each oscillation includes a first acceleration in a first direction having an amplitude greater than the first threshold followed by a second acceleration in a second direction having an amplitude greater than the second threshold, the time interval between the first and second accelerations being greater than a predetermined amount of time.
34. The method of claim 33, comprising generating location information using a location sensor, wherein generating a message comprises generating a message that includes the location information.
35. The method of claim 33, comprising executing an app at the phone to cause the phone to compare the measured acceleration data and to generate the message if at least two oscillations are detected.
36. The method of claim 33 in which the message indicates a likelihood of a seizure.
37. A method comprising:
measuring acceleration of a body part of a user and generating acceleration measurement values;
comparing the acceleration measurement values with a first threshold value and a second threshold value; and
generating a message indicating a likelihood of a seizure if a predetermined relationship between the acceleration measurement data and the first and second threshold values is satisfied.

The method of claim 37 in which the predetermined relationship indicates detection of at least two oscillations, each oscillation including a first acceleration in a first direction having an amplitude greater than the first threshold followed by a second acceleration in a second direction having an amplitude greater than the second threshold.
39. A computer-readable medium storing an app comprising instructions that when executed on a mobile device causes the mobile device to perform:
receiving acceleration measurement values; and
comparing the acceleration measurement values with first and second threshold values and generate a message if at least two oscillations are detected in which each oscillation includes a first acceleration in a first direction having an amplitude greater than the first threshold followed by a second acceleration in a second direction having an amplitude greater than the second threshold, the time interval between the first and second accelerations being greater than a predetermined amount of time.
40. The computer-readable medium of claim 39 in which the message indicates a likelihood of a seizure.

1. A mobile communication method, comprising:
a step A of releasing, by a first gateway device, a first bearer for a mobile station and transmitting downlink data notification for notifying a downlink data signal addressed to the mobile station, to a mobility management node, the downlink data signal being buffered, if an error indication signal is received from a radio base station in a state in which the first bearer is set between the first gateway device and the radio base station and a second bearer for the mobile station is set between the first gateway device and a second gateway device;
a step B of transmitting, by the mobility management node, a paging signal to the mobile station; and
a step C of starting, by the mobility management node, a procedure for releasing the second bearer when no response to the paging signal is received from the mobile station in a predetermined period.
2. The mobile communication method according to claim 1, wherein, in the step C, when it is determined that the second bearer is a bearer through which a service is provided based on time charging, the mobility management node further starts the procedure for releasing the second bearer.
3. The mobile communication method according to claim 1, wherein, in the step C, when it is determined that a predetermined QCI is assigned to the second bearer, the mobility management node further starts the procedure for releasing the second bearer.
4. The mobile communication method according to claim 1, wherein, in the step C, when the second bearer is a GBR bearer, the mobility management node further starts the procedure for releasing the second bearer.
5. The mobile communication method according to claim 2, wherein, in the step C, when it is determined that predetermined information is included in the downlink data notification, the mobility management node further starts the procedure for releasing the second bearer.

A mobility management node, wherein the mobility management node is configured to transmit a paging signal to a mobile station when a first gateway device receives an error indication signal from a radio base station, releases a first bearer for a mobile station, and transmits downlink data notification for notifying a downlink data signal addressed to the mobile station to a mobility management node, the downlink data signal being buffered, in a state in which the first bearer is set between the first gateway device and the radio base station and a second bearer for the mobile station is set between the first gateway device and a second gateway device, and
configured to start a procedure for releasing the second bearer when no response to the paging signal is received from the mobile station in a predetermined period.
7. The mobility management node according to claim 6, wherein, when it is determined that the second bearer is a bearer through which a service is provided based on time charging, the mobility management node is configured to further start the procedure for releasing the second bearer.
8. The mobility management node according to claim 6, wherein, when it is determined that a predetermined QCI is assigned to the second bearer, the mobility management node is configured to further start the procedure for releasing the second bearer.

a step A of releasing, by a first gateway device, a first bearer for a mobile station and transmitting downlink data notification for notifying a downlink data signal addressed to the mobile station to a packet exchanger, the downlink data signal being buffered, if an error indication signal is received from a radio network controller in a state in which the first bearer is set between the first gateway device and the radio network controller and a second bearer for the mobile station is set between the first gateway device and a second gateway device;
a step B of transmitting, by the packet exchanger, a paging signal to the mobile station; and
a step C of starting, by the packet exchanger, a procedure for releasing the second bearer when no response to the paging signal is received from the mobile station in a predetermined period.
12. The mobile communication method according to claim 11, wherein, in the step C, when it is determined that the second bearer is a bearer through which a service is provided based on time charging, the packet exchanger further starts the procedure for releasing the second bearer.
13. The mobile communication method according to claim 11, wherein, in the step C, when it is determined that a predetermined QCI is assigned to the second bearer, the packet exchanger further starts the procedure for releasing the second bearer.

configured to start a procedure for releasing the second bearer when no response to the paging signal is received from the mobile station in a predetermined period.
17. The packet exchanger according to claim 16, wherein, when it is determined that the second bearer is a bearer through which a service is provided based on time charging, the packet exchanger is configured to further start the procedure for releasing the second bearer.
18. The packet exchanger according to claim 16, wherein, when it is determined that a predetermined QCI is assigned to the second bearer, the packet exchanger is configured to further start the procedure for releasing the second bearer.
