1. A light assembly having an illumination pattern, said light assembly comprising:
an LED light source comprising a light emitting die in a first plane, an optical axis extending from said light emitting die and perpendicular to said first plane, said LED light source emitting light to one side of said first plane within a hemisphere centered on said optical axis, said hemisphere bisected by a second plane including said optical axis and perpendicular to said first plane;
a reflector asymmetrical with respect to said second plane, said reflector surrounding said LED light source and configured to reflect the light from said LED light source into a range of reflected trajectories with respect to said second plane, said reflector comprising a first reflector surface, a second reflector surface, and a pair of end reflector surfaces intersected by said second plane, said first reflector surface spaced from said second plane in a first direction, said second reflector surface spaced from said second plane in a second direction opposite said first direction, at least a portion of the range of reflected trajectories from said first reflector surface including trajectories which converge with and pass through said second plane, no portion of the range of reflected trajectories from said second reflector surface converges with or passes through said second plane, said end reflector surfaces connecting said first and second reflector surfaces; and
an optical element asymmetrical with respect to said second plane and located in the path of light emitted from said LED light source, said optical element closer to said first reflector surface than said second reflector surface, said optical element comprising a light entry surface and a light emission surface, said light entry and emission surfaces configured to refract light from said LED light source passing through said optical element into a range of refracted trajectories with respect to said second plane, at least a portion of which refracted trajectories converge with and pass through said second plane.
2. The light assembly of claim 1, wherein said optical element further comprises a first edge facing said second reflector surface, said first edge defined by a third plane canted with respect to said second plane at an acute angle, a gap defined between said optical element first edge and said second reflector surface allows light from said LED light source to exit the light assembly without redirection by either said second reflector surface or said optical element.
3. The light assembly of claim 1, wherein said LED light source is mounted to a PC board parallel to said first plane.
4. The light assembly of claim 3, wherein the optical element is attached to a connector arm having a first end connected to the optical element and a second end supporting the optical element and first end from behind the reflector surfaces.
5. The light assembly of claim 1, wherein said reflective surfaces define sidewalls having a generally parabolic shape, and wherein said sidewalls are bisected by a reflector axis intersecting with but canted at an acute angle \u03b8 relative to said optical axis.
6. The light assembly of claim 5, wherein \u03b8 is selected to provide a lighting effect which mimics mounting said LED light source on an angle selected from approximately 5\xb0 to approximately 15\xb0 with respect to said optical axis.
7. The light assembly of claim 1, wherein said LED light source comprises a plurality of light emitting dies arranged along a laterally extending axis perpendicular to said optical axes of said LED light sources.
8. The light assembly of claim 7, wherein each of said LED light sources comprises a pair of light emitting dies.
9. A high intensity light comprising:
a PC board;
a plurality of light assemblies, each individual light assembly having an LED light source mounted to said PC board said LED light source comprising a light emitting die and having an optical axis extending from said light emitting die and perpendicular to a first plane passing through said light emitting die and parallel to said PC board, a reflector defining an optical cavity having a reflective surface oriented to reflect light emitted by said LED light source incident to said reflective surface along a range of reflected angles, and an optical element assembly having an optical element disposed in the path of light emitted form said LED light source and spaced apart from said reflective surface and supported within said optical cavity by a connector arm at a connector arm first end, and wherein a connector arm second end is connected to said PC board at a point eccentric to said optical cavity and said optical axis and supports said optical element and first end from behind said reflector.
10. The light of claim 9, wherein each of said light emitting dies is arranged along a laterally extending axis perpendicular to and intersecting with said optical axes of said light emitting dies.
11. The light of claim 10, wherein each of said individual LED light sources comprises a plurality of light emitting dies.
12. The light of claim 11, wherein each of said individual LED light sources comprises a pair of light emitting dies.
13. The light of claim 9, wherein said lens and said reflector are configured to cooperatively refract and reflect light emitted from said LED light source above a reflector axis intersecting with and canted relative to a third plane containing said optical axis.
14. The light of claim 9, wherein said reflective surfaces define sidewalls having a generally parabolic shape, and wherein said sidewalls are bisected by a reflector axis intersecting with but canted at an angle 8 relative to said optical axis.
15. The light of claim 14, wherein \u03b8 is selected to provide a lighting effect which mimics mounting said LED light source on an angle selected from approximately 5\xb0 to approximately 15\xb0 with respect to the optical axis.
16. The light of claim 9, wherein optical element assembly complex comprises a plurality of said optical assemblies connected at said connector second end to a laterally extending base.
17. The light of claim 16, wherein a pair of cylindrical platforms project from each said connector arm, a fastener secures each of said optical assemblies to said PC board, and wherein said platforms are configured to secure the position of said optical element within the cavity.

1. A method for selecting trichogenic cells comprising assaying cells for expression of one or more biomarkers for trichogenicity; and selecting the cells having altered expression of the one or more biomarkers relative to a control.
2. The method of claim 1 wherein the one or more biomarkers are microRNA, mRNA, or protein.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein increased expression of the one or more biomarkers in the cells is indicative of trichogenicity, and the one or more biomarkers are encoded by a gene selected from the group consisting of hsa-miR-10b, hsa-miR-200c, hsa-miR-205, hsa-miR-10a and hsa-miR-382.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein increased expression of the one or more biomarkers in the cells is indicative of trichogenicity, and wherein one or more biomarkers are encoded by a gene selected from the group consisting of hsa-miR-200c, and hsa-miR-205.
5. The method of claim 1 further comprising the step of culturing the selected cells to increase the number of trichogenic cells.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the cells are assayed for expression of at least two biomarkers wherein increased expression of the at least two biomarkers is indicative of trichogenicity.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the cells are assayed for expression of at least three biomarkers wherein increased expression of the at least two biomarkers is indicative of trichogenicity.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein increased expression of the one or more biomarkers in the cells is indicative of trichogenicity, and wherein one or more biomarkers are encoded by a gene selected from the group consisting of hsa-miR-200a*, hsa-miR-200a, hsa-miR-141 and hsa-miR-182.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein increased expression of the one or more biomarkers in the cells is indicative of trichogenicity, and wherein the one or more biomarkers are encoded by a gene selected from the group consisting of DEPDC1, hFLEG1, ESM1, TOME-1 and THBD.

A method to identify a compound for enhancing the hair-inducing capability of cultured cells comprising assaying the level of the biomarkers of claim 1 in the cells in presence and absence of the putative compound and selecting a compound that increases expression of biomarkers that are upregulated in trichogenic cells compared to non-trichogenic cells.
15. A method to enhance the trichogenic property of cells comprising inserting one or more nucleic acids encoding a biomarker encoded by one or more of the genes selected from the group consisting of hsa-miR-200a*, hsa-miR-200a, hsa-miR-141, hsa-miR-200c, hsa-miR-205, DEPDC1, hFLEG1, ESM1, TOME-1 and THBD or a combination thereof into cells obtained from a subject and selecting cells having increased expression of the biomarkers.
16. A method to suppress trichogenicity of cells comprising inserting one or more inhibitory nucleic acids that bind to mRNA of a biomarker for trichogenicity into cells obtained from a subject, wherein the biomarker is up-regulated in trichogenic cells relative to non-trichogenic cells.

What is claimed is:

1. A broadhead having expanding blades, expanding upon striking and entering a target, including:
a) a longitudinally extending body having a forward, target penetrating end and a rearward end attachable to an arrow shaft;
b) a longitudinally extending passage through said body;
c) a pair of blade members having a forward end and a rear end, positioned in said body passage, each of said blades including:
1) a cutting surface directed outwardly of said body;
2) mass and weight reducing guiding means permitting longitudinal sliding movement within said passage;

d) blade holding means for retaining said blades within said body passage while permitting rearward movement thereof; and,
e) said guiding means and said blade holding means permitting longitudinal movement of said blades within said body passage while allowing said rear end of said blades to move radially outward of said body passage to a radially expanded position.
2. A broadhead having expanding blades as set forth in claim 1 and said forward end of said blades having a portion thereof arranged outwardly of said body, to abut with a target and moving said blades rearwardly as the broadhead penetrates a target.
3. The broadhead as set forth in claim 1 wherein said guiding means includes a slot formed in said blade.
4. The broadhead as set forth in claim 3 wherein said blade holding means is positioned within said body passage and within said blade slot.
5. The broadhead as set forth in claim 1 and said blades including a camming surface opposite said cutting surface and means for camming said rear ends of said blades outwardly, said blade being cammed outwardly from said body and said body passage as the same is moved rearwardly by contacting a target.
6. The broadhead as set forth in claim 5 and said camming means arranged in said body passage.
7. The broadhead as set forth in claim 5 and a notch provided in said camming surface, arranged to engage said camming means when said blades are in an inflight position.
8. The broadhead as set forth in claim 5 and means for retaining said blades in their inflight position.
9. The broadhead as set forth in claim 1 and means for holding said blades in their radially expanded position.
10. A broadhead having expanding blades, expanding upon striking and entering a target, including:
a) a longitudinally extending body having a forward, target penetrating end and a rearward end attachable to an arrow shaft;
b) at least one longitudinally extending groove formed in said body;
c) a blade, having a forward end and a rear end, positioned in said body groove, said blade including:
1) a cutting surface directed outwardly of said body,
2) mass reducing guiding means permitting longitudinal movement of said blade within said groove;

d) blade holding means for retaining said blade within said body groove while permitting rearward movement thereof, and,
e) said guiding means and said blade holding means permitting longitudinal movement of said blade within said body groove while allowing said rear end of said blade to move radially outward of said body groove to a radially expanded position.
11. A broadhead having expanding blades as set forth in claim 10 wherein;
a) said body is provided with at least a pair arcuately spaced grooves; and,
b) each of said grooves is provided with a blade.
12. A broadhead having expanding blades as set forth in claim 10 wherein;
a) said body is provided with a plurality of arcuately spaced grooves; and,
b) each of said grooves is provided with a blade.
13. A broadhead having expanding blades as set forth in claim 10 wherein said guiding means includes a slot formed in said blade.
14. A broadhead having expanding blades as set forth in claim 13 wherein said blade holding means is associated with said slot.
15. A broadhead having expanding blades as set forth in claim 13 and said blade slot being arcuately shaped to shift said rear end of said blade outwardly to an expanded, cutting position, as the same is shifted longitudinally within said slot.
16. A broadhead having expanding blades as set forth in claim 10 and means for holding said blades in a closed inflight position.
17. A broadhead having expanding blades as set forth in claim 10 and means for holding said blades in expanded position.

1. A cambering vehicle for human propelled transport comprising:
an elongate front column having a longitudinal axis;
first and second pivot axles at said front column;
a first trailing arm pivotally attached to said first pivot axle;
a second trailing arm pivotally attached to said second pivot axle; and,
first and second rear wheels associated with said first and second trailing arms;
wherein said first and said second pivot axles are inclined from an imaginary line perpendicular to said longitudinal axis of said front column.
2. The cambering vehicle of claim 1, wherein said inclination is downward.
3. The cambering vehicle of claim 1, wherein said front column further comprises an internal steering stem with a front fork, said front fork having a front wheel rotatably engaged thereto, and wherein said internal steering stem may rotate within said front column turning said front wheel to steer said cambering vehicle.
4. The cambering vehicle of claim 3, further comprising a handle in communication with said steering stem, said handle adapted so as to selectively rotate said internal steering stem within said front column.
5. The cambering vehicle of claim 1, further comprising a braking mechanism for retarding rotation of one or both of said first and second rear wheels.
6. The cambering vehicle of claim 4, further comprising a braking system, said braking system comprising a hand-actuated lever mounted upon said handle, a braking mechanism adjacent said first rear wheel, and a cable connecting said braking mechanism to said hand-actuated lever, wherein actuation of said hand-actuated lever pulls said cable forcing said braking mechanism against said first wheel with sufficient friction to retard rotation of said first rear wheel.
7. The cambering vehicle of claim 1, further comprising a crossbar linking said first trailing arm to said second trailing arm.
8. The cambering vehicle of claim 7, wherein said crossbar comprises a first end pivotally secured to one of said first and said second trailing arms with a first pin.
9. The cambering vehicle of claim 8, wherein said first pin is selectively removable.
10. The cambering vehicle of claim 9, further comprising a cover assembly engaged with said crossbar and adapted to protect said first pin from being decoupled from said crossbar when in a first position.
11. The cambering vehicle of claim 10, wherein said cover assembly is rotatably engaged to said crossbar.
