1. A method for heating a sample, said method comprising:
providing a heating apparatus which includes a waveguide, an applicator, and a deflector positioned in said waveguide to form a resonant cavity with the sample and said applicator;
inserting the sample in the applicator;
generating electromagnetic radiation at a first output power level; and
rotating the deflector for adjusting coupling factors between the waveguide and the resonant cavity, wherein rotating the deflector includes:
performing at least once one of the following:
positioning the deflector in a first position and measuring a first power of electromagnetic radiation reflected from the applicator, the reflected radiation corresponding to said first position of the deflector,
rotating the deflector to a second position that is different from the first position and measuring a second power of electromagnetic radiation reflected from the applicator, the reflected radiation corresponding to said second position of the deflector; and
determining a preferred position of the deflector based on the amount of power reflected from the waveguide applicator in at least the first and second positions.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the sample has a first temperature T1, the method further comprising:
heating the sample to obtain a second temperature T2, wherein T2>T1; and
rotating the deflector to adjust the coupling factor between the waveguide and the resonant cavity in response to a variation in a dielectric properties \u2208sample of the sample.
3. The method according to claim 1, further comprising:
providing a first storing means;
storing information relating to the first position in the storing means and storing a measured first power in relation thereto; and
storing information relating to the second position in the storing means and storing a measured second power in relation thereto.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein determining the preferred position of the deflector further comprises processing the stored first and second measured powers for determining the preferred position of the deflector corresponding to a local or an absolute minimum in the measured power or to a predetermined ratio of the measured power to the first output power level.
5. The method according to claim 1, further comprising positioning the deflector in a preferred position.
6. The method according to claim 1, further comprising positioning the deflector in a preferred position and generating electromagnetic radiation at a second output power level which is larger than the first output power level.
7. The method according to claim 3, further comprising determining a relative permittivity measurement of the sample by comparing the stored measured powers with corresponding stored measured powers from a different sample.
8. The method according to claim 3, further comprising determining an indication of a chemical composition of the sample by comparing the stored measured powers with corresponding stored measured powers from a sample of known chemical composition.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the sample comprises at least one reactant for performing a chemical reaction.

performing a chemical reaction with the at least one reactant; and
determining a degree of reaction for the chemical reaction using an indication of chemical composition of the sample.

1. A stepless unidirectional rotation device, comprising:
a housing having a receiving room;
a connecting component comprising a shaft, one end of the shaft being extended out of the receiving room;

a turntable assembly disposed in the receiving room and set around the shaft, the turntable assembly comprising a rotating disc capable of rotating around the shaft, and a washer formed above the rotating disc and capable of moving together with the shaft, the rotating disc comprising a flat surface and a first oblique surface for combining with the washer;
a switching mechanism disposed at a side of the rotating disc and connected with the rotating disc;
a suppressing component disposed in the receiving room and set around the shaft, the suppressing component being capable of rotating relative to the shaft; and
an upper roller bearing sandwiched between the washer and the suppressing component, the upper roller bearing being configured for rolling contacting with the suppressing component.
2. The rotation device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the shaft comprises a square post and a column extending from the square post, the connecting component comprises a lower washer having a square hole for mating with the square post.
3. The rotation device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first angle defined by the flat surface and the first oblique surface is in a range from about 15 degrees to about 19 degrees.
4. The rotation device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first angle is about 17 degrees.

1. A method for identifying unauthorized encrypted communications, the method comprising:
a computer detecting an encrypted communication; **
the computer determining a source and destination of the encrypted communication;
the computer comparing the source of the detected encrypted communication to a predetermined list of applications authorized to send encrypted communications to the computer and the destination of the detected encrypted communication to a predetermined list of destinations authorized for encrypted communications, and
if the source of the detected encrypted communication is on the predetermined list of authorized applications and the destination of the detected encrypted communication is on the predetermined list of destinations authorized for encrypted communications, the computer allowing the detected encrypted communication to proceed, and
if the source of the detected encrypted communication is not on the predetermined list of authorized applications, the computer determining if the detected encrypted communication was sent from an application that is on a network trusted by the computer, and, if so, the computer adding the application on the trusted network to the predetermined list of applications authorized to send encrypted communications; and

the computer subsequently receiving another encrypted communication from the application on the trusted network, and in response, the computer determining that a source of the other encrypted communication is the application on the trusted network and that the application on the trusted network is on the predetermined list of authorized applications, and, in response, if the destination of the other encrypted communication is on the predetermined list of destinations authorized for encrypted communications the computer allowing the other encrypted communication to proceed.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein if the source of the detected encrypted communication is not on the predetermined list of authorized applications, further comprising the step of blocking, by the computer, the detected encrypted communication.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the source of the detected encrypted communication is on the predetermined list of authorized applications and the destination of the detected encrypted communication is on the predetermined list of destinations authorized for encrypted communications, and, in response, further comprising the step of processing, by the computer, the detected encrypted communication.
4. The method of claim 2 further comprising identifying, by the computer, the source of the detected encrypted communication as at least one of malware and an unauthorized software deployment if the source of the detected encrypted communication is not on the predetermined list of authorized applications.
5. The method of claim 4 further comprising:
sending, by the computer, an identification of the detected encrypted communication as an unauthorized encrypted communication to a user; and
receiving an instruction from the user to one of:
add an unauthorized application from which the detected encrypted communication was sent to the predetermined list of applications authorized to send encrypted communications and allow the detected encrypted communication; and
block the unauthorized encrypted communication.
6. A computer system for identifying unauthorized encrypted communications, the computer system comprising:
a computer-readable tangible storage device, a memory, and a central processing unit;
first program instructions to detect an encrypted communication;
second program instructions to determine a source and destination of the encrypted communication;
third program instructions to compare the source of the encrypted communication to a predetermined list of applications authorized to send encrypted communications and the destination of the detected encrypted communication to a predetermined list of destinations authorized for encrypted communications, and if the source of the detected encrypted communication is on the predetermined list of authorized applications and the destination of the detected encrypted communication is on the predetermined list of destinations authorized for encrypted communications, allow the detected encrypted communication to proceed, and if the source of the detected encrypted communication is not on the predetermined list of authorized applications, determine if the detected encrypted communication was sent from an application that is on a network trusted by the computer system, and if so, add the application on the trusted network to the list of applications authorized to send encrypted communications; and
fourth program instructions to subsequently receive another encrypted communication from the application on the trusted network, and in response, determine that a source of the other encrypted communication is the application on the trusted network and that the application on the trusted network is on the predetermined list of authorized applications, and in response, if the destination of the other encrypted communication is on the predetermined list of destinations authorized for encrypted communications allow the other encrypted communication to proceed, wherein the first program instructions, the second program instructions, the third program instructions, and the fourth program instructions are stored in the computer-readable tangible storage device for execution by the central processing unit via the memory.
7. The computer system of claim 6, wherein if the source of the detected encrypted communication is not on the predetermined list of authorized applications, further comprising fifth program instructions to block the detected encrypted communication, wherein the fifth program instructions are stored in the computer-readable tangible storage device for execution by the central processing unit via the memory.

The computer system of claim 6, wherein the source of the detected encrypted communication is on the predetermined list of authorized applications and the destination of the detected encrypted communication is on the predetermined list of destinations authorized for encrypted communications, and in response, further comprising sixth program instructions to:
process the detected encrypted communication, wherein the sixth program instructions are stored in the computer-readable tangible storage device for execution by the central processing unit via the memory.
9. The computer system of claim 6 further comprising seventh program instructions to receive the predetermined list of applications authorized to send encrypted communications and store the list of applications authorized to send the encrypted communications,
wherein the seventh program instructions are stored in the computer-readable tangible storage device for execution by the central processing unit via the memory.
10. A computer program product comprising a computer-readable tangible storage device having readable program code embodied in the computer-readable tangible storage device, the computer program product includes at least one component operable to:
receive a predetermined list of applications authorized to send encrypted communications;
detect an encrypted communication;
determine a source of the encrypted communication and a destination for the encrypted communication;
compare the source of the detected encrypted communication to the predetermined list of applications authorized to send the encrypted communications and the destination of the detected encrypted communication to a predetermined list of destinations authorized for encrypted communications, and if the source of the detected encrypted communication is on the predetermined list of authorized applications and the destination of the detected encrypted communication is on the predetermined list of destinations authorized for encrypted communications, allow the detected encrypted communication to proceed, and if the source of the detected encrypted communication is not on the predetermined list of authorized applications, determine if the detected encrypted communication was sent from an application that is on a network that is trusted, and if so, add the application on the trusted network to the predetermined list of applications authorized to send encrypted communications; and
subsequently receive another encrypted communication from the application on the trusted network, and in response, determine that the source of the other encrypted communication is the application on the trusted network and that the application on the trusted network is on the predetermined list of authorized applications, and in response, if the destination of the other encrypted communication is on the predetermined list of destinations authorized for encrypted communications allow the other encrypted communication to proceed.
11. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the computer comparing the destination to a predetermined list of destinations that are not authorized for encrypted communications, and if the destination of the detected encrypted communication is on the predetermined list of destinations that are not authorized for encrypted communications the computer blocking the detected encrypted communication.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the predetermined list of destinations that are not authorized for encrypted communications include one of destinations in a foreign country that is not authorized for encrypted communications and destinations of an internet service provider that is not authorized for encrypted communications.
13. The method of claim 11, wherein the predetermined list of destinations that are not authorized for encrypted communications include unauthorized peer-to-peer network destinations.
