1. A keyboard module adapted to be used in an electronic device, the electronic device having a casing, the casing having a containing opening, the keyboard module contained in the containing opening and comprising:
a bottom plate disposed within the casing, and having a circuit disposed thereon or therebeneath;
at least one elastic component disposed on the bottom plate or the circuit;
a cover disposed movably up-and-down in the containing opening with respect to the casing and located above the bottom plate, wherein the cover has at least one opening respectively aligned to the elastic component; and
at least one key cap respectively disposed on the corresponding elastic component, wherein at least a portion of the key cap protrudes from the corresponding opening so as to be pushed by a user, and at least another portion of the key cap interferes with the corresponding opening so as to drive the key cap to resist elasticity of the elastic component and move to shorten a distance between the key cap and the bottom plate when the cover moves downward to the bottom plate.
2. The keyboard module as recited in claim 1, wherein the another portion of the key cap is a first flange.
3. The keyboard module as recited in claim 1, wherein each of the elastic components is a rubber dome.
4. The keyboard module as recited in claim 1 further comprising a plurality of scissors mechanisms respectively connected to the key caps and connected with the bottom plate.
5. The keyboard module as recited in claim 2, wherein the first flange appears to be in a ring-shaped and extends along a periphery of the key cap.
6. The keyboard module as recited in claim 2, wherein an inner edge of each of the openings has a second flange, and each of the first flanges is located between the corresponding second flange and the bottom plate, so as to timely interfere with the corresponding second flange to prevent the key cap from departing the opening.
7. The keyboard module as recited in claim 6, wherein the second flange appears to be in a ring-shaped and surrounds the key cap.
8. The keyboard module as recited in claim 1, wherein an edge of the cover has a stop portion, and the stop portion interferes with the containing opening of the casing to prevent the cover from departing the casing.
9. An electronic device comprising:
a first body having a casing, the casing having a containing opening;
a second body pivoted on the first body;
a keyboard module contained in the containing opening of the casing, comprising:
a bottom plate disposed within the casing and having a circuit disposed thereon or therebeneath;
at least one elastic component disposed on the bottom plate or the circuit;
a cover disposed movably up-and-down in the containing opening of the casing with respect to the casing and located above the bottom plate, wherein the cover has at least one opening respectively aligned to the elastic component; and
at least one key cap respectively disposed on the corresponding elastic component, wherein at least a portion of the key cap protrudes from the corresponding opening so as to be pushed by a user, and at least another portion of the key cap interferes with the corresponding opening; and

a driving member disposed on at least one of the first body and the second body, wherein the driving member is adapted to drive the cover to move from a first position towards the bottom plate to a second position, and drive the key cap to resist elasticity of the elastic component and move to shorten a distance between the key cap and the bottom plate.
10. The electronic device as recited in claim 9, wherein the another portion of the key cap is a first flange.
11. The electronic device as recited in claim 9, wherein each of the elastic components is a rubber dome.
12. The electronic device as recited in claim 9, wherein the keyboard module further comprises a plurality of scissors mechanisms respectively connected the key cap and connected with the bottom plate.
13. The electronic device as recited in claim 10, wherein the first flange appears to be in a ring-shaped and extends along a periphery of the key cap.
14. The electronic device as recited in claim 10, wherein an inner edge of each of the openings has a second flange, each of the first flanges is located between the corresponding second flange and the bottom plate, so as to timely interfere with the corresponding second flange to prevent the key cap from departing the opening.
15. The electronic device as recited in claim 14, wherein the second flange appears to be in a ring-shaped and surrounds the key cap.
16. The electronic device as recited in claim 9, wherein an edge of the cover has a stop portion, and the stop portion interferes with the containing opening of the casing to prevent the cover from departing the casing.
17. The electronic device as recited in claim 9, wherein the cover has a convex portion, the convex portion has an inclined surface, the driving member is a push button and slidably disposed on the casing, and the push button is configured to push the convex portion along the inclined surface, so as to drive the cover to move from the first position to the second position.
18. The electronic device as recited in claim 17, wherein the push button is slidably disposed on the casing along a first direction, the cover is adapted to move towards the bottom plate along a second direction, and the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction.
19. The electronic device as recited in claim 9, wherein the driving member is a push button and slidably disposed on the casing, the push button has a convex portion, the convex portion has an inclined surface, the push button is configured to push the cove to move via the inclined surface, so as to drive the cover to move from the first position to the second position.
20. The electronic device as recited in claim 9, wherein the driving member is a bump and disposed at the second body, and when the second body is closed to the first body, the bump presses down the cover from the first position to the second position.
21. The electronic device as recited in claim 9, wherein the cover has a magnetic portion, the driving member is a magnetic member and disposed at the second body, when the second body is closed to the first body, the magnetic member is aligned to the magnetic portion, and a magnetic repulsion between the magnetic member and the magnetic portion presses down the cover from the first position to the second position.
22. The electronic device as recited in claim 9, wherein when the cover is located at the second position and the second body is closed to the first body, a display surface of the second body and each of the key caps have a spacing therebetween.
23. The electronic device as recited in claim 9, wherein when the driving member releases the cover, the cover is reset from the second position to the first position via elastic force of the elastic components.

1. A system for frame accurate insertion of a media segment into a broadcast signal, comprising:
a central insertion control unit, capable of inserting the media segment into a broadcast signal, that inserts a control signal related to the media segment and an information signal into the broadcast signal, the central insertion control unit being coupled to a central source broadcast equipment; and
a remote insertion control unit that controls the insertion of the media segment based on the control signal received from the central insertion control unit, the remote insertion control unit being coupled to a rebroadcasting equipment of a remote receiver, the remote receiver detecting the control signals and information signal in a received broadcast signal and broadcasting the media segment in response to the control signal;
wherein the control signal is inserted into the broadcast signal after confirmation is received that the media segment was transferred to and stored at a remote station and comprises:
a cue signal that transfers information about media segments; and
an action signal that triggers an insertion of the media segment.
2. The system of claim 1 wherein the central insertion control unit inserts the control signal into spare data capacity of the broadcast signal.
3. The system of claim 2 wherein the action signal references time.
4. The system of claim 2, the control signals further comprising:
a security code identifying the channel to be used by the broadcast signal.
5. The system of claim 4, the control signals further comprising:
a package identifier used to identify the proper receipt of the control signal by the remote insertion control unit.
6. The system of claim 5, the control signals further comprising:
an encryption key used to decipher the media segments.
7. The system of claim 5 wherein the central insertion control unit comprises:
storage media for storing control information as well as media segment information and logging information;
a processor for controlling and monitoring the insertion and being coupled to the storage media;
an encoder for encoding control signals and information signals into a broadcast signal, the encoder being coupled to the processor; and
a data communications unit for external communication and serial interface for connection to external devices, the data communications unit and the serial interface being coupled to the processor.
8. The system of claim 7 further comprising:
a first remote control unit coupled to the central insertion control unit for remotely controlling and communicating with the central insertion control unit;
a second remote control unit coupled to the remote insertion control unit for remotely controlling and communicating with the remote insertion control unit; wherein communication with the first remote control unit and the central insertion control unit is devised to be performable by telecommunications lines.
9. The system of claim 5 wherein the remote insertion control unit comprises:
a processor;
storage media for storing media segment and being coupled to the processor;
a player for playing stored media segment and being coupled to the processor and the storage media;
a broadcast signal switch for switching between broadcasting received broadcast signals and media segment being played by the player, the media segment being input into the switch as broadcast signals;
an insertion control unit being coupled to and devised for controlling the switch, the insertion control unit having an input for receiving the video signal portion of a broadcast video signal, from which a control signal is extractable;
a computer interface being connectable to the processor;
a data broadcast transceiver being coupled to the computer interface; and
an audio-video changeover for switching from a received broadcast signal output to an insertion signal output from the player, the audio-video changeover being coupled to the computer interface.
10. The system of claim 9 further comprising:
a first remote control unit coupled to the central insertion control unit for remotely controlling and communicating with the central insertion control unit;
a second remote control unit coupled to the remote insertion control unit for remotely controlling and communicating with the remote control unit; wherein communication with the first and second remote control units and the insertion control units is performed by telecommunications lines.
11. The system of claim 10 wherein the action signal triggers an insertion of the media segment based on the content of the media segment.
12. The system of claim 10 wherein the action signal triggers an insertion of the media segment based on the context of the media segment.
13. The system of claim 5 wherein the context of the media segment is conveyed to the remote insertion control unit via a feedback channel from an end receiver of the broadcast channel.
14. The system of claim 10, wherein the action signal triggers an insertion of the media segment in response to central playing schedule information.
15. The system of claim 14, wherein the remote insertion control unit is coupled to remote storage media for storing media segments, play lists, log files and status information.
16. The system of claim 15, wherein the central insertion control unit and a remote insertion control unit are connectable into a network by the telecommunications lines.

a first refrigerator unit having a first storage compartment, a second storage compartment and a machine compartment,
the first storage compartment delimited by a front surface, a back surface, a left side surface, a right side surface, a bottom surface and a first upper door,

a first control panel on the front surface, a hinge attached to the first upper door and the back surface, the first upper door rotatable on the hinge such that the first upper door can be opened and closed vertically, and a deodorizer and a lamp fixed to an inner surface of the first upper door and facing inwardly to the first storage compartment,
the second storage compartment positioned vertically below the first storage compartment, the second storage compartment being a drawer which slides horizontally forwards and backwards, and the machine compartment having an open recess in a rear surface of the second storage compartment;

an accessory storage compartment fixed horizontally adjacent the first storage compartment, the accessory storage compartment having a second upper door hinged on a back surface of the accessory storage compartment, the second upper door being rotatable on the hinge such that the second upper door can be opened and closed vertically;
a second refrigerator unit connected horizontally adjacent to the first refrigerator unit, the second refrigerator unit having a third storage compartment and a fourth storage compartment,
the third storage compartment positioned vertically below the accessory storage compartment, the third storage compartment having racks therein, the third storage compartment having an upper surface, a lower surface, a left side surface and a right side surface, a first front side door being hinged to the left side surface, the first front side door being rotatable on the hinge such that the first front side door can be opened and closed horizontally, and a second control unit fixed to the lower surface of the first front side door,
the fourth storage compartment being a drawer positioned below the third storage compartment, the drawer slides horizontally forwards and backwards,

a sliding rail unit comprising a fixed rail unit, mounted to an inner casing of the second storage compartment, and a movable rail unit movably mounted to the fixed rail unit and operated in conjunction with the fourth storage compartment; and
a lockingunlocking unit for locking and unlocking the movable rail unit in forward and rearward direction.
2. The food refrigerator as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:
a bracket for coupling the first refrigerator unit and the second refrigerator unit to each other.
3. The food refrigerator as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bracket is placed between the first refrigerator unit and the second refrigerator unit such that the bracket extends from a front to a back of the refrigerator units,
wherein a front end of the bracket is connected to the first refrigerator unit and a rear end of the bracket is connected to the second refrigerator unit.
4. The food refrigerator as claimed in claim 3, wherein the bracket is provided with a first locking hole in the front end thereof and a second locking hole in the rear end thereof, the second locking hole being longitudinally formed in a direction from the front to the back of the refrigerator units.
5. The food refrigerator as claimed in claim 2, wherein the machine compartment has a machine compartment bracket installed in the machine compartment and provided with a locking part on an edge thereof through bending, and wherein the locking part of the machine compartment bracket is connected to the second refrigerator unit.
6. The food refrigerator as claimed in claim 5, wherein the locking part of the machine compartment is bent in each of four directions.
7. The food refrigerator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lockingunlocking unit comprises:
a protrusion operated in conjunction with the movable rail unit;
a locking lever having a locking slot for locking the protrusion during rearward movement of the protrusion;
an elastic member for elastically biasing the locking lever rearwards; and
an unlocked state retaining unit for retaining an unlocked state of the protrusion by rotating the locking lever during forward movement of the protrusion.
8. The food refrigerator as claimed in claim 7, wherein the unlocked state retaining unit comprises:
a housing having a fixed bracket unit for holding a first end of the elastic member;
a movable bracket unit holding a second end of the elastic member and being movable forwards and rearwards;
a guide groove longitudinally formed along the housing;
a stop groove formed in a front end of the guide groove such that the stop groove is inclined rearwards;
a hinge shaft provided on the locking lever and rotatably coupled to the movable bracket unit; and
a stop protrusion provided on the locking lever so as to slide along both the guide groove and the stop groove.
9. The food refrigerator as claimed in claim 8, wherein the elastic member is a coil spring, in which a diameter of a part, which is a small diameter part, near each end of the coil spring is less than that of a remaining part, which is a large diameter part, of the end, and each of the fixed bracket unit and the movable bracket unit includes a small diameter groove for seating the small diameter part of the coil spring therein, and a large diameter groove, which communicates with the small diameter groove and seats the large diameter part of the coil spring therein.
10. The food refrigerator as claimed in claim 9, wherein the large diameter groove is provided with upper stoppers for holding an upper portion of the large diameter part of the coil spring.
11. The food refrigerator as claimed in claim 10, wherein the sliding rail unit is provided with a mounting bracket, which holds the fixed rail unit and is mounted to the inner casing of each of the drawer-type storage compartments,
wherein the mounting bracket is provided with a mounting plate to be mounted to the housing,
wherein the mounting plate includes a locking protrusion formed by cutting a cantilever strap from the mounting plate and by bending the cantilever strap into an L shape, and
wherein the housing is provided with a locking piece to be engaged with the locking protrusion.
12. The food refrigerator as claimed in claim 7, further comprising:
a damper for reducing a rearward moving speed of the locking lever, which is moved by a restoring force of the elastic member.
13. The food refrigerator as claimed in claim 12, wherein the movable rail unit is provided with a movable bracket, on which the protrusion is mounted, and wherein the movable bracket is provided with a support plate for supporting the second storage compartment and the fourth storage compartment.
14. The food refrigerator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the door of the second storage compartment has a double door structure comprising a tilting door unit, placed at a front location and tilted forwards around a hinge part provided on a lower end thereof, and a support door unit, placed at a rear location and covered with the tilting door unit,
wherein a tilting unit is provided between the tilting door unit and the support door unit for executing a tilting motion, so that, when an upper portion of the door is pushed with a hand, part of the upper portion of the door is tilted forwards by operation of the tilting unit, thus exposing a handle grip, which was previously hidden, outside.
15. The food refrigerator as claimed in claim 14, wherein the hinge part comprises a hinge for coupling the tilting door unit and the support door unit to each other, and the tilting unit comprises a one-touch latch, provided on the support door unit, and a locker provided on the tilting door unit so as to be engaged with the latch.
16. The food refrigerator as claimed in claim 15, wherein the support door unit is provided on an upper end thereof with a plurality of stoppers so as to prevent an upper end of the tilting door unit from being excessively separated from the upper end of the support door unit when the tilting door unit is tilted forwards relative to the support door unit.

1. A plastic glazing system having weatherable coating for automotive windows, the system comprising:
a transparent plastic substrate comprising an inner surface and an outer surface;
a first weathering layer disposed on the outer surface of the substrate, the weathering layer comprises one of a polyurethane and a polyurethane-acrylate, the first weathering layer having a predetermined glass transition temperature; and
a first abrasion-resistant layer disposed on the first weathering layer, the first abrasion-resistant layer being compatible with the one of a polyurethane and a polyurethane-acrylate.
2. The system of claim 1 wherein the first abrasion-resistant layer is compatible with the one of the polyurethane and the polyurethane-acrylate to affect a Taber abrasion performance of the system of between about 1 and 5 percent delta haze.
3. The system of claim 1 wherein the Taber abrasion performance of the system is about 2 percent delta haze.
4. The system of claim 1 wherein the weathering layer is coated by dual cure coating and has a glass transition temperature of greater than about 60 degrees Celsius.
5. The system of claim 1 wherein the weathering layer comprises a mixture of resins whose sum of WTg ratios is less than about 0.002985.
6. The system of claim 1 further comprising:
a second weathering layer deposited on the inner surface; and
a second abrasion-resistant layer deposited on the second weathering layer.
7. The system of claim 6 wherein the second abrasion-resistant layer deposited on the second weathering layer is substantially similar to the first abrasion-resistant layer deposited on the first weathering layer.
8. The system of claim 1 wherein the polyurethane includes one of 1K and 2K polyurethane systems.
9. The system of claim 1 wherein the weathering layer comprises an ultraviolet absorbing molecule for absorption of UV radiation.
10. The system of claim 1 wherein the transparent plastic substrate comprises one of a polycarbonate resin, acrylic resin, polyacrylate resin, polyester resin, polysulfone resin, and copolymers or mixtures thereof.
11. The system of claim 1 wherein the first abrasion resistant layer applied on the first weathering layer comprises aluminum oxide, barium fluoride, boron nitride, hafnium oxide, lanthanum fluoride, magnesium fluoride, magnesium oxide, scandium oxide, silicon monoxide, silicon dioxide, silicon nitride, silicon oxy-nitride, silicon oxy-carbide, hydrogenated silicono oxy-carbide, silicon carbide, tantalum oxide, titanium oxide, tin oxide, indium tin oxide, yttrium oxide, zinc oxide, zinc selenide, zinc sulfide, zirconium oxide, or zirconium titanate, or a mixture thereof.
12. The system of claim 1 wherein the first weathering layer comprises an organic compound and the first abrasion-resistant layer comprises an inorganic compound, the first weathering layer being compatible with the first abrasion-resistant layer.
13. The system of claim 12 wherein the first abrasion-resistant layer adheres to the first weathering layer.
14. A method of making a plastic glazing system, the method comprising:
applying a first weathering layer on a transparent plastic substrate, the first weathering layer comprising one of a polyurethane and a polyurethane-acrylate, the first weathering layer having a predetermined glass transition temperature; and
applying a first abrasion-resistant layer disposed on the first weathering layer, the first abrasion-resistant layer being compatible with the one of a polyurethane and a polyurethane-acrylate.
15. The method of claim 14 further comprising:
applying a second weathering layer on the transparent plastic substrate opposite the first weathering layer;
applying a second abrasion-resistant layer on the second weathering layer; and
drying the first and second weathering layers at between about 90 and 100\xb0 C. for at least about 30 minutes.
16. The method of claim 14 wherein the first abrasion-resistant layer is compatible with the one of the polyurethane and the polyurethane-acrylate to affect a Taber abrasion performance of the system of between about 1 and 5 percent delta haze.
17. The method of claim 14 wherein the Taber abrasion performance of the system is about 2 percent delta haze.
18. The method of claim 15 wherein the first and second weathering layer have a glass transition temperature of greater than about 60 degrees Celsius.
19. The method of claim 14 wherein the weathering layer comprises a mixture of resins whose sum of WTg ratios is less than about 0.002985.
20. The method of claim 14 wherein the polyurethane includes one of 1K and 2 K polyurethane systems.
