1. A computer-implemented method comprising:
at a server system having memory and one or more processors:
receiving a telephone call from a mobile device, wherein the mobile device is operable on a wireless network and has both voice capability and data capability;
establishing a voice connection between the server system and the mobile device;
returning a voice response to a user of the mobile device through the voice connection, wherein the voice response includes a plurality of voice options for the user of the mobile device to choose;
receiving a user selection of one of the plurality of voice options; and
in response to the user-selected voice option, returning a data response to the user of the mobile device through a data connection between the server system and the mobile device.
2. The computer-implemented method of claim 1, wherein the data response causes the mobile device to display an alert that prompts the user of the mobile device to launch an application program on the mobile device.
3. The computer-implemented method of claim 2, wherein the alert is in one format selected from the group consisting of a short messaging service (SMS) message and a multimedia messaging service (MMS) message.
4. The computer-implemented method of claim 2, wherein the application program is one selected from a group consisting of a web browser application and a mobile application exclusively associated with the destination.
5. The computer-implemented method of claim 2, wherein the voice connection between the server system and the mobile device is terminated after the application program is launched on the mobile device.
6. The computer-implemented method of claim 2, wherein the voice connection between the server system and the mobile device is maintained after the application program is launched on the mobile device.
7. The computer-implemented method of claim 1, wherein the telephone call is initiated by a telephony control system that is communicatively coupled to the mobile device in response to a signal from the mobile device, the signal including a set of numeric digits identifying a destination telephone number, and the telephony control system is responsible for forwarding the voice response from the server system to the mobile device.
8. The computer-implemented method of claim 1, wherein the voice response from the server system is configured to be played to the user of the mobile device through the voice connection.
9. The computer-implemented method of claim 8, further comprising:
receiving a second signal from the mobile device through the voice connection, the second signal including the user-selected voice option;
determining a digital content associated with the second signal;
preparing the data response based on the digital content; and
sending the data response to the mobile device through the data connection.
10. The computer-implemented method of claim 9, wherein the digital content includes a web page.
11. The computer-implemented method of claim 9, wherein the digital content is associated with a hyperlink and the data response includes the hyperlink.
12. A computer-implemented method comprising:
at a mobile device having memory, one or more processors, and a display:
receiving a telephone number from a user;
establishing a voice connection with a destination identified by the telephone number;
playing a voice response provided by the destination through the voice connection, wherein the voice response includes a plurality of voice options for the user to choose;
receiving a user selection of one of the plurality of voice options;
sending the user-selected voice option to the destination through the voice connection;
receiving a data response from the destination through a data connection between the mobile device and the destination, wherein the data response is associated with the user-selected voice option; and
displaying an alert associated with the data response on the display, wherein the alert prompts the user to launch an application program on the mobile device.
13. The computer-implemented method of claim 12, further comprising:
in response to a user action on the alert:
launching the application program on the mobile device, wherein the application program is configured to provide the user access to the destination through the data connection; and
terminating the voice connection with the destination.
14. The computer-implemented method of claim 13, wherein the application program is configured to perform one or more operations associated with a commercial transaction between the user and the destination according to instructions provided the user.
15. The computer-implemented method of claim 13, wherein the application program is one selected from a group consisting of a web browser and a dedicated mobile application.
16. The computer-implemented method of claim 13, wherein a telephony control system is configured to establish the voice connection between the mobile device and the destination after the telephony control system receives a signal from the mobile device that includes the telephone number and the telephony control system forwards the voice response from the destination back to the mobile device.
17. The computer-implemented method of claim 12, further comprising:
in response to a user action on the alert:
launching the application program on the mobile device, wherein the application program is configured to provide the user access to the destination through the data connection with the destination while maintaining the voice connection with the destination.
18. The computer-implemented method of claim 12, wherein the alert is in one format selected from the group consisting of a short messaging service (SMS) message and a multimedia messaging service (MMS) message.
19. A computer-implemented method comprising:
at a server system having memory and one or more processors:
receiving a signal including a set of numeric digits identifying a destination telephone number from a mobile device, wherein the mobile device is operable on a wireless network and has both voice capability and data capability;
after receiving the signal, establishing a voice connection between the mobile device and a destination identified by the destination telephone number;
receiving a data message from the destination, wherein the data message is provided by the destination in response to a user instruction from the mobile device through the voice connection; and
forwarding the data message to the mobile device in a format consistent with the mobile device’s data capability, wherein the data message includes a link to an application program running on the mobile device.
20. The computer-implemented method of claim 19, wherein the data message causes the mobile device to display an alert that prompts the user of the mobile device to launch the application program on the mobile device.
21. The computer-implemented method of claim 20, wherein the alert is in one format selected from the group consisting of a short messaging service (SMS) message and a multimedia messaging service (MMS) message.
22. The computer-implemented method of claim 20, wherein the application program is one selected from a group consisting of a web browser and a dedicated mobile application.
23. The computer-implemented method of claim 19, wherein the set of numeric digits is a sequence of numeric digits in a standard telephone number format.
24. The computer-implemented method of claim 19, wherein the server system includes a telephony control system for establishing the voice connection between the mobile device and the destination.
25. The computer-implemented method of claim 19, further comprising:
before receiving the data message from the destination:
forwarding a voice response to the user of the mobile device through the voice connection, wherein the voice response includes a plurality of voice options for the user of the mobile device to choose; and
forwarding a second signal from the mobile device to the destination through the voice connection, the second signal including a user-selected voice option, wherein the data message is a response prepared by the destination based on the user-selected voice option.
26. The computer-implemented method of claim 19, wherein the voice connection between the server system and the mobile device is terminated after the application program is launched on the mobile device.
27. The computer-implemented method of claim 19, wherein the voice connection between the server system and the mobile device is maintained after the application program is launched on the mobile device.

means for,grouping a set of messages from the messages having the word or phrase in a common_thread;

the message center functionality being distributed across the user device and a service provider and accessible by a user at the user device.
82. The system according to claim 81, wherein the summary includes one or more identifiers summarizing the missed calls.

105. A machine readable storage medium having stored thereon instructions which when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform a method of providing information associated with messages or missed calls to a subscriber at a user device, the method comprising:
detecting missed calls from received calls which are received at the user device but not answered;
generating a review of the missed calls and messages based on a customizable rule set;
providing the review by grouping the received calls into multiple threads;
wherein providing the review includes providing to the subscriber random access to one of the groups;
wherein grouping the received calls into the multiple threads includes:
searching the text for at least one word;
grouping the received calls based on whether the text was found;
wherein, the text is user-defined;
presenting, in a message center via the user device, the set of messages having the text as being in a common thread,
providing in the message center, a command option;
wherein, the command option includes at least one of a drill down command, a return call command, and an add to personal address book command;
the message center functionality being distributed across the user device and a service provider.
106. The method according to claim 105, further comprising,:
determining whether each of the monitored calls is from a caller identity associated with a personal address book related to the subscriber,
wherein grouping the monitored calls includes grouping the monitored calls by caller identity.
107. The method according to claim 105, wherein grouping the monitored calls is a function of whether the caller identity is one of a user-defined group.
108. The method according to claim 105, wherein generating the review includes: sorting calls in each group of callers in an order.
109. The method according to claim 108, wherein the order is based on at least one of time, urgency, a number of calls made by a caller identity, and whether the monitored call is associated with a personal address book of the subscriber.
110. The method according to claim 105, where generating the review includes providing a time of at least one of the monitored calls.
111. The method according to claim 110, wherein the time is an elapsed time since the monitored call.
112. The method according to claim 110, wherein the time is an approximate time of call.
113. The method according to claim 105, wherein providing the review further includes providing the subscriber with command options.

119. A system for providing information associated with messages or missed calls from received calls to a phone, the system comprising:
means for detecting missed calls which are received at the phone but not answered;
means for determining whether each missed call is associated with a message;
means for generating a summary of the missed calls or messages;
means for searching the messages for a word or phrase and grouping a set of messages from the messages having the word or phrase in a common thread;
wherein, the word or phrase is user-defined;
means for providing the summary to the subscriber at the phone;
wherein, the set of messages having the word or phrase are presented in a message center via the phone as being in the common thread,
wherein, a command option is provided in the message center;
wherein, the command option includes at least one of a drill down command, a return call command, and an add to personal address book command.
120. The system according to claim 119, further comprising, means for, the review to the subscriber upon the subscriber accessing a message center.
121. The system according to claim 119, further comprising, means for dividing the monitored calls into two or more groups.
122. The system according to claim 121, further comprising, providing to the subscriber random access to one of the groups.
123. The system according to claim 121, wherein at least one of the monitored calls is from a caller identity associated with at least one of a personal address book related to the subscriber and a caller ID associated with the monitored call.
124. The system according to claim 123, wherein at least one group of calls is from a single caller identity associated with a plurality of monitored calls from at least two different phone numbers.
125. The system according to claim 121, wherein the groups are a function of whether the caller identity is one of a user-defined group.
126. The system according to claim 121, wherein the calls in each group are sorted in an order.
127. The system according to claim 126, wherein the order is based on at least one of time, or urgency.
128. The system according to claim 119, where the review includes a time of at least one of the monitored calls.

1. A method of removing unwanted moving objects from a still image comprising the steps of:
a) providing a series of digital images representing the still image, each digital image having a plurality of pixels;
b) selecting a pixel location in the series of digital images;
c) creating a set of pixel colors corresponding to the colors of the selected pixel location in each of the series of digital images;
d) computing relationship parameters in a color space from each pixel color to every other pixel color within the set of pixel colors;
e) selecting the final pixel color from the set of pixel colors using the relationship parameters;
f) setting the color of the current pixel location in a final image to the selected final pixel color;
g) checking for any remaining unselected pixel locations, and returning to step b) if any remain; and
h) storing the completed final image in a memory, wherein the above steps a)-h) are performed by a digital camera.
2. The method recited in claim 1, further comprising the step of:
i) aligning said series of digital images prior to selecting said pixel location.

wherein said relationship parameters are the distance between the pixel colors in a color space.

a camera body;
a memory configured to store a series of digital images representing a still image, each digital image having a plurality of pixels; and
a processor within said body, electrically coupled to said memory, configured to:
receive said series of digital images for processing;
select a pixel location in said series of digital images;
create a set of pixel colors corresponding to the colors of said selected pixel location in each of said series of digital images;
compute relationship parameters in a color space from each pixel color to every other pixel color within said set of pixel colors;
select a final pixel color from said set of pixel colors using said relationship parameters;
set the color of the current pixel location in a final image to said selected final pixel color;
check for any remaining unprocessed pixel locations, and select another pixel location if any remain; and
store the completed final image in said memory.
12. The digital camera recited in claim 11,
wherein said processor is also configured to align said series of digital images prior to processing.
13. The digital camera recited in claim 11,
wherein said relationship parameters are the distance between said pixel colors in a color space.

1. An apparatus for killing and removing ticks from the skin of mammals which comprises:
a) an aerosol canister;
b) a fluorinated hydrocarbon environmentally safe refrigerant carried within the aerosol canister;
c) means for dispensing the environmentally safe refrigerant from the aerosol canister directly onto a tick to immobilize and kill the tick;
d) means for safely removing the dead tick from the skin of a mammal, and
e) wherein the dispensed refrigerant makes contact with the tick only and the flow of the refrigerant is halted automatically.
2. The apparatus as recited in claim 1, wherein the fluorinated hydrocarbon environmentally safe refrigerant comprises the 2,3,3,3-Tetrafluoropropene (HFO-1234yf), which is a fluorinated hydrocarbon with the formula CH2\u2550CFCF3 that instantly kills the tick by lowering the body temperature of the tick to below thirty two degrees Fahrenheit.
3. The apparatus as recited in claim 1, wherein the dispensing means comprises:
a) a non-continuous spray valve on the top of aerosol canister; and
b) an applicator tube extending from the top of the aerosol canister, whereby when a flared beam of aerosols is placed against the tick on the skin, the spray valve will be manually pressed by a person to precisely release a specific amount of the refrigerant in the flared beam of aerosols onto the tick to kill the tick.
4. The apparatus as recited in claim 1, wherein the safely removing means comprises a pair of tweezers with two loops in which a person will manually remove the dead tick from the skin of the mammal.
5. The apparatus as recited in claim 4, wherein the tweezers can be made of metal.
6. The apparatus as recited in claim 4, wherein the tweezers can be made of plastic.
7. The apparatus as recited in claim 1, wherein the aerosol canister measures approximately four and nine sixteenth inches in length by one inch in width across the bottom base.
8. The apparatus as recited in claim 1, wherein the dispensed refrigerant is about two to four milligrams in each spray.
9. The apparatus as recited in claim 7, wherein the canister be made of metal.
10. The apparatus as recited in claim 7, wherein the canister can be made of plastic.
