1. A quick disconnect valve assembly, comprising:
first and second valve elements that each include a housing defining a fluid passageway having a seat configured for sealing engagement with a respective plunger, the first and second valve elements further including respective resilient elements arranged so that when the first and second valve elements are engaged, each resilient element biases a respective plunger into engagement with the other plunger so that the plungers reside in an equilibrium position where the fluid passageways are in fluid communication with each other;
a coupling having first and second halves, the first housing being attached to the first half of the coupling, and the second half of the coupling being configured to releasably engage the second housing;
a breakaway collar that releasably joins the first and second halves of the coupling together; and
a handle at least indirectly attached to the coupling.
2. The quick disconnect valve assembly as recited in claim 1, wherein when the first and second valve elements are disengaged, each of the plungers is in scaling engagement with a respective seat such that fluid communication between the fluid passageways is substantially precluded.
3. The quick disconnect valve assembly as recited in claim 1, wherein each plunger includes a terminal portion having a geometry complementary with a terminal portion of the other plunger.
4. The quick disconnect valve assembly as recited in claim 1, wherein a terminal portion of one plunger is configured to be at least partially received within a terminal portion of the other plunger.
5. The quick disconnect valve assembly as recited in claim 1, wherein each plunger is arranged for reciprocal motion relative to the other.
6. The quick disconnect valve assembly as recited in claim 1, wherein at least one of the plungers includes a plunger shaft, at least part of which has a polygonal cross-section.
7. The quick disconnect valve assembly as recited in claim 1, wherein each one of the plungers includes a substantially conical face configured to engage a respective seat.
8. The quick disconnect valve assembly as recited in claim 1, wherein the plungers are interchangeable with each other.
9. The quick disconnect valve assembly as recited in claim 1, wherein scaling engagement of each plunger with a corresponding seat is facilitated by way of a respective sealing element arranged for contact with the plunger and with the seat.
10. The quick disconnect valve assembly as recited in claim 9, wherein each sealing element is carried by a respective plunger.
11. The quick disconnect valve assembly as recited in claim 1, wherein the first housing is at least partially received within the first half of the coupling.
12. The quick disconnect valve assembly as recited in claim 1, wherein the breakaway collar includes a sacrificial element configured and arranged to fail upon exertion of a force of predetermined magnitude upon the quick disconnect valve assembly.
13. The quick disconnect valve assembly as recited in claim 1, further comprising a sealing element interposed between the first and second halves of the coupling.
14. The quick disconnect valve assembly as recited in claim 1, further comprising a scaling element interposed between the first housing and the first half of the coupling.
15. The quick disconnect valve assembly as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
a first adapter attached to, and configured for fluid communication with, the first housing; and
a second adapter attached to, and configured for fluid communication with, the second housing.
16. The quick disconnect valve assembly as recited in claim 1, further comprising a shield substantially disposed about the breakaway collar.
17. The quick disconnect valve assembly as recited in claim 1, wherein the second half of the coupling comprises a plurality of guide pins, each of which is configured to be removably received in a corresponding groove defined by the second housing.
18. A quick disconnect valve assembly, comprising:
first and second valve elements configured to selectively engage each other, each valve element comprising:
a housing including a seat mid defining a fluid passageway;
a plunger disposed within the housing and arranged for motion relative to the seat, and the plunger being configured for selective engagement with the plunger of the other valve element;
a scaling element interposed between the plunger and seat; and
a resilient element, the resilient element being configured and arranged to bias the plunger into a sealing engagement with the seat when the first and second valve elements are disengaged from each other, and the resilient element cooperating with the plunger to bias the plunger of the other valve element off the seat of the other valve element when the first and second valve elements are engaged with each other;

a coupling having first and second halves, the first housing being at least partially received within the first half of the coupling, and the second half of the coupling configured to releasably engage the second housing;
a breakaway collar that releasably joins the first and second halves of the coupling together; and
a handle at least indirectly attached to the coupling.
19. The quick disconnect valve assembly as recited in claim 18, wherein a terminal portion of one plunger is configured to be at least partially received within a terminal portion of the other plunger.
20. The quick disconnect valve assembly as recited in claim 18, wherein each plunger includes a plunger shaft, at least part of which has a polygonal cross-section.
21. The quick disconnect valve assembly as recited in claim 18, wherein each of the plungers includes a substantially conical face configured to engage a respective seat.
22. The quick disconnect valve assembly as recited in claim 18, wherein the plungers are interchangeable with each other.
23. The quick disconnect valve assembly as recited in claim 18, wherein sealing engagement of each plunger with a corresponding seat is facilitated by way of a respective sealing element arranged for contact with the plunger and with the seat.
24. The quick disconnect valve assembly as recited in claim 23, wherein each scaling element comprises an O-ring carried by a respective plunger.
25. The quick disconnect valve assembly as recited in claim 18, wherein the breakaway collar includes a sacrificial element configured and arranged to fail upon exertion of a force of predetermined magnitude upon the quick disconnect valve assembly.
26. The quick disconnect valve assembly as recited in claim 18, further comprising a scaling element interposed between the first and second halves of the coupling.
27. The quick disconnect valve assembly as recited in claim 18, further comprising a sealing element interposed between the first housing and the first half of the coupling.
28. The quick disconnect valve assembly as recited in claim 18, further comprising:
a first adapter attached to, and configured for fluid communication with, the first housing; and
a second adapter attached to, and configured for fluid communication with, the second housing.
29. The quick disconnect valve assembly as recited in claim 18, further comprising a shield substantially disposed about the breakaway collar.
30. The quick disconnect valve assembly as recited in claim 18, wherein the second half of the coupling comprises a plurality of guide pins, each of which is configured to be removably received in a corresponding groove defined by the second housing.

A garment hanger having at least one arm connected to a suspension portion, the garment hanger comprising a first moulded portion, forming a first proportion of the at least one arm and the suspension portion, mated and joined to at least a second moulded portion, forming a remaining second proportion of the at least one arm and suspension portion, to form a hollow, enclosed monocoque structure without internal strengthening ribs in which a majority of stresses to which the garment hanger is subject are carried by an outer skin of the garment hanger, wherein, in use, the first moulded portion is an upper portion of the garment hanger and at least one of the portions of the at least a second moulded portion is a lower portion of the garment hanger.
34. A garment hanger as claimed in claim 33, wherein the first proportion is substantially a half.
35. A garment hanger as claimed in claim 33, wherein the first portion is welded to at least one of the portions of the at least a second portion.
36. A garment hanger as claimed in claim 33, wherein the first portion is joined to at least one of the portions of the at least a second portion by adhesive.

44. A garment hanger as claimed in claim 38, wherein an upper face of the bar means is substantially convex and a lower face is substantially planar.
45. A garment hanger as claimed in claim 33, comprising two opposed arms and loop engaging means for supporting a garment from a loop thereby.
46. A garment hanger as claimed in claim 45, wherein the loop engaging means comprise a respective loop engaging means in a respective cavity in each of the opposed arms.
47. A garment hanger as claimed in claim 45, comprising bar means, wherein the loop engaging means comprise a respective loop engaging means in respective cavities in the bar means proximate respective opposed ends of the bar means.

50. A garment hanger as claimed in claim 33, comprising engagement means for engaging suspension means of a further garment hanger for suspending the further garment hanger from the engagement means.
51. A garment hanger as claimed in claim 50, wherein the engagement means are located in the suspension portion.

53. A method of manufacturing a garment hanger having at least one arm connected to a suspension portion, comprising the steps of:
a. moulding an upper first portion of the garment hanger comprising a first proportion of the at least one arm and suspension portion;
b. moulding at least a second lower portion of the garment hanger comprising a remaining second proportion of the at least one arm and suspension portion; and
c. joining the upper first portion to the at least a second lower portion to form a hollow enclosed monocoque structure without internal strengthening ribs in which a majority of stresses to which the garment hanger is subject are carried by an outer skin of the garment hanger.
54. A method as claimed in claim 53, wherein the first proportion is substantially one half.
55. A method as claimed in claims 53, wherein the step of joining the upper first portion to at least a second lower portion includes at least one of adhering, welding or connecting with cooperating clip means located on the upper first portion and on at least one portion of the at least a second lower portion.
56. A method as claimed in claim 53, wherein the garment hanger has two opposed arms, comprising the further steps of:
a. providing apertures proximate outer extremities of the arms;
b. providing bar means; and
c. inserting the bar means through the apertures such that when the upper first portion is joined to the at least a second lower portion opposed ends of the bar means are located within the garment hanger.
57. A method as claimed in claim 56, wherein the step of providing bar means comprises extruding a bar.
58. A method as claimed in claim 57, wherein the step of extruding the bar includes co-extruding a non-slip coating on the bar.
59. A method as claimed in claim 53, wherein the step of moulding at least a second lower portion comprises moulding loop engaging means in the at least a second lower portion.
60. A method as claimed in claim 53, wherein the step of moulding at least a second lower portion comprises moulding engagement means in the at least a second lower portion for engaging suspension means of a further garment hanger for suspending the further garment hanger from the garment hanger.
61. A method as claimed in claim 60, wherein the step of moulding engagement means comprises moulding engagement means in the suspension portion.

1. A method for Random Access (RA) in a communication system, the method comprising:
receiving RA preambles from a plurality of terminals; and transmitting an RA response message to the plurality of terminals, wherein the RA response message includes:
common information for the plurality of terminals wherein the common information comprises overload condition information with respect to the RA of the plurality of terminals;
a plurality of RA preamble indicators respectively indicating each RA preamble from each terminal; and
a plurality of RA responses respectively corresponding to each terminal, wherein the common information including the overload condition information in the RA response message is distinct from the plurality of RA preamble indicators and the plurality of RA responses, and the RA response message further includes an information discrimination field indicating that the overload condition information is included;
wherein the overload condition information includes a back off time information for the plurality of the terminals.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein each RA response comprises uplink timing information, uplink allocation information, and temporary terminal identifier.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the uplink allocation information indicates uplink resource to be used on the uplink transmission and further indicates modulation and coding scheme for the uplink resource.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the RA response message includes:
the common information comprising the overload condition information;
first RA preamble indicator corresponding to a first terminal among the terminals;
second RA preamble indicator corresponding to a second terminal among the terminals;
first RA response corresponding to the first terminal; and
second RA response corresponding to the second terminal.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the first RA response comprises first uplink timing information, first uplink allocation information, and first temporary terminal identifier corresponding to the first terminal and the second RA response comprises second uplink timing information, second uplink allocation information, and second temporary terminal identifier corresponding to the second terminal.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the RA response message further includes preamble existence field indicating if additional RA preamble indicator exists or not.
7. A method for Random Access (RA) of a first terminal in a communication system, the method comprising:
transmitting an RA preamble to a base station; and
receiving an RA response message from the base station, wherein the RA response message includes: common information for the first terminal and second terminals attempting RA to the base station wherein the common information comprises overload condition information with respect to the RA of the first terminal and the second terminals;
first RA preamble indicator corresponding to the first terminal; a plurality of RA preamble indicators respectively corresponding to the second terminals;
first RA response corresponding to the first terminal; and a plurality of RA responses respectively corresponding to the second terminals, wherein the common information including the overload condition information in the RA response message is distinct from the plurality of RA preamble indicators and the plurality of RA responses, and the RA response message further includes an information discrimination field indicating that the overload condition information is included;
wherein the overload condition information includes a back off time information for the first terminal and the second terminals.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the first RA response comprises uplink timing information, uplink allocation information, and temporary terminal identifier for the first terminal.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the uplink allocation information indicates uplink resource to be used on the uplink transmission and further indicates modulation and coding scheme for the uplink resource.

Having a geographic location information, at least one demand parameter and a demand area definition parameter derived from a multiplicity of demand client computers;
storing said geographic location information, said demand parameters and said demand area definition parameter on a host server;
having a geographic location information, at least one supply parameter and a supply area definition parameter derived from a multiplicity of supply client computers;
storing said geographic location information, said supply parameters and said supply area definition parameter on a host server;
searching matching supply parameters fulfilling said demand parameter within said demand area and delivering said supply parameters with optional location information, optional additional information and a contact means for each demand client computer by said host server;
searching matching demand parameters fulfilling said supply parameter within said supply area and delivering said demand parameters with optional location information optional additional information and a contact means for each supply client computer by said host server;
2. A computer assisted method of claim 1 wherein said geographic location information is constantly changing and derived from a GPS system.
3. A computer-assisted method of claim 2 wherein map coordinates, based on said continuously changing geographic information is calculated on said host server.
