1. A method for detecting free fibre ends in a paper surface, the method comprising
illuminating a target sample surface, which comprises free fibre ends, from at least two directions one direction at a time, with at least one light source,
obtaining for each light source direction an original reflectance image for the target sample surface with an imaging device,
estimating a surface normal for each image pixel of the original reflectance image,
reconstructing a reconstructed reflectance image from the estimated surface normals, and
comparing the reconstructed reflectance image and the corresponding original reflectance image and constructing a difference image, where the differences represent shadow objects of the free fibre ends in a paper surface.
2. The method according to claim 1, characterised in reconstructing a plurality of reconstructed reflectance images from the estimated surface normals,
comparing each reconstructed reflectance image and the corresponding original reflectance image and constructing difference images, where the differences represent shadow objects of the free fibre ends in a paper surface, and
calculating an average value of the number of the shadow objects in the difference images.
3. The method according to claim 1, characterised in that the unit normal of the surface for each image pixel is estimated by minimizing the square of error with pseudoinverse as

compensating pixel intensity values by computing the distances between the each image pixel and the light source in order to obtain a matrix of pixel intensity compensation results, and
multiplying the original reflectance image pointwise with the matrix of pixel intensity compensation results and dividing the original reflectance image pointwise with a 2D polynomial.
7. The method according to claim 1, characterised in detecting the shadow objects in the difference image by using filtering andor processing methods which enforce the shadow objects of the free fibre ends in a paper surface.
8. The method according to claim 7, characterised in
computing a histogram which shows the distribution of pixel values of the filteredprocessed difference image in which the shadow objects are enforced,
setting a threshold limit to a desired value and obtaining a thresholded difference image,
removing circular objects from the thresholded difference image by using ellipse fitting algorithms, and
accepting from the thresholded difference image shadow objects whose length is larger than an acceptance limit, andor objects having eccentricity exceeding a predetermined value, andor objects which major axis deviates at the most 30 degrees, 45 degrees or 90 degrees from the direction of the light source.
9. The method according to claim 1, characterised in illuminating the target sample surface, which comprises free fibre ends, from at least 6, preferably at least 8, more preferably at least 10, even more preferably at least 12, directions.
10. The method according to claim 1, characterised in that the target sample is moving paper web and that the method is performed on-line.
11. The method according to claim 1, characterised in counting the number of shadow objects and changing process parameters according to the obtained result.
12. The method according to claim 1, characterised in
arranging a first linear polarizer in front of the imaging device and a second linear polarizer in front of the light source, the first and the second linear polarizer being at 90 degrees angle in relation to each other, and
keeping the orientation between the polarizers constant during the measurement.
13. An arrangement for detecting free fibre ends in paper, especially in tissue paper grades, the arrangement comprising
an imaging device such as a digital systems camera, arranged to a distance from the sample holder, for obtaining original reflectance images of a target sample surface,
at least two light sources, such as LED, attached around the imaging device, or one light source, which is attached to a supporting arm, which is arranged to rotate around the imaging device, the at least two light sources or the one light source being arranged to illuminate the target sample surface from at least two directions one direction at a time,
a data processing unit, which is arranged
to receive original reflectance images obtained for each light source direction from the imaging device,
to estimate a surface normal for each image pixel of the original reflectance image,
to reconstruct a reconstructed reflectance image from the estimated surface normals, and

to compare the reconstructed reflectance image and the corresponding original reflectance image and to construct a difference image, where the differences represent shadow objects of the free fibre ends in a paper surface.

I claim:

1. An article of furniture in the form of a combination cabinet and folding bed comprising:
a cabinet having a front opening, spaced-apart vertical side walls, a top wall, a back wall and a front molding;
a front panel having a first end hingedly attached to said front molding such that said front panel is capable of rotation about an axis of rotation between a substantially vertical position wherein said front opening is covered and a substantially horizontal position;
one or more attachment strips removably secured to an inside surface of said front panel;
an articulate mattress assembly having a head frame, a foot frame and a hinge member, said head member having one or more brackets removably secured to said attachment strips, said hinge member rotatably secured at a first end to said head frame and rotatably secured to said foot frame at a second end such that said mattress assembly may be stored within said cabinet, said head frame, said foot frame and said hinge member capable of being folded upon each other in spaced relation to receive a mattress;
a middle support member rotatably secured to said hinge member for engaging the floor; and,
a foot support member rotatably secured to said foot frame for engaging the floor.
2. The article of claim 1, wherein said middle support member further comprises rubberized feet for minimizing slippage of said middle support member upon engaging the floor.
3. The article of claim 1, wherein said foot support member further comprises rubberized feet for minimizing slippage of said foot support member upon engaging the floor.
4. The article of claim 1, wherein said middle support member is attached to said hinge member using a slot and pin arrangement.
5. The article of claim 1, wherein said front panel is composed of plywood and further comprises an outside surface having pull knobs for facilitating movement of said front panel from a substantially vertical position to a substantially horizontal position.
6. The article of claim 1, wherein said head frame further comprises at least one retaining clip for releaseably engaging said foot frame.
7. The article of claim 1, wherein said foot frame further comprises a velcro strap capable of securing said foot support member to said mattress assembly.
8. The article of claim 1, wherein said inside surface of said front panel further comprises one or more assembly mounts for engaging said mattress assembly.
9. The article of claim 1, wherein said hinge member further comprises a handle member for providing additional rigidity to said hinge member and for grasping by the user.
10. The article of claim 1, wherein said attachment strips are mounted in a plane parallel to said axis of rotation of said front panel and span substantially the entire width of the inside surface of said front panel.
11. The article of claim 1, wherein said head frame, said foot frame and said hinge member further comprise cross members for providing additional stability and support.
12. The article of claim 1, wherein said mattress is between about 3 to about 4 in thickness.
13. A method of using an article of furniture having the form of a combination cabinet and folding bed comprising the following steps:
providing a cabinet having a front opening, spaced-apart vertical side walls, a top wall, a
back wall and a front molding;
a front panel having a first end thereof hingedly attached to said front molding such that said front panel is capable of rotation about an axis of rotation between a substantially vertical position wherein said front opening is covered and a substantially horizontal position;
one or more attachment strips removably secured to an inside surface of said front panel;
an articulate mattress assembly having a head frame, a foot frame and a hinge member, said head member having one or more brackets removably secured to said attachment strips, said hinge member rotatably secured at a first end to said head frame and rotatably secured to said foot frame at a second end such that said mattress assembly may be stored within said cabinet, said head frame, said foot frame and said hinge member capable of being folded upon each other in spaced relation to receive a mattress;
a middle support member rotatably secured to said hinged member for engaging the floor; and,
a foot support member rotatably secured to said foot frame for engaging the floor;

moving said front panel from a substantially vertical position to a substantially horizontal position;
rotating said middle support member from a stored and locked position to an open position;
locking said middle support member into an open position;
unsnapping said foot frame from at least one retaining clip attached to said head frame and
pivoting said foot frame from a collapsed position to an open position such that said foot support member is simultaneously rotated from a closed position to an open position.
14. A method of storing an article of furniture having the form of a combination cabinet and folding bed comprising the following steps:
providing a cabinet having a front opening, spaced-apart vertical side walls, a top wall, a back wall and a front molding;
a front panel having a first end thereof hingedly attached to said front molding such that said front panel is capable of rotation about an axis of rotation between a substantially vertical position wherein said front opening is covered and a substantially horizontal position;
one or more attachment strips removably secured to an inside surface of said front panel;
an articulate mattress assembly having a head frame, a foot frame and a hinge member, said head member having one or more brackets removably secured to said attachment strips, said hinge member rotatably secured at a first end to said head frame and rotatably secured to said foot frame at a second end such that said mattress assembly may be stored within said cabinet, said head frame, said foot frame and said hinge member capable of being folded upon each other in spaced relation to receive a mattress;
a middle support member rotatably secured to said hinged member for engaging the floor; and,
a foot support member rotatably secured to said foot frame for engaging the floor; pivoting said foot frame from an open position to a collapsed position such that said foot support member is simultaneously rotated from an open position to a closed position;

snapping said foot frame into at least one retaining clip attached to said head frame such that said foot frame is secured in a collapsed position;
unlocking said middle support member into an open position;
rotating said middle support member from an open position to a closed position; and
moving said front panel from a substantially horizontal position to a substantially vertical position.
15. An article of furniture in the form of a combination cabinet and folding bed comprising:
a cabinet having a front opening, spaced-apart vertical side walls, a top wall, a back wall and a front molding;
a front panel having a first end hingedly attached to said front molding such that said front panel is capable of rotation about an axis of rotation between a substantially vertical position wherein said front opening is covered and a substantially horizontal position, said front panel composed of plywood having an outside surface having pull knobs for facilitating movement of said front panel;
one or more attachment strips removably secured to an inside surface of said front panel, said attachment strips mounted to said front panel in a plane parallel to said axis of rotation of said front panel and spanning substantially the entire width of said inside surface of said front panel;
an articulate mattress assembly having a head frame, a foot frame and a hinge member, said head member having one or more brackets removably secured to said attachment strips, said hinge member rotatably secured at a first end to said head frame and rotatably secured to said foot frame at a second end such that said mattress assembly may be stored within said cabinet, said head frame, said foot frame and said hinge member capable of being folded upon each other in spaced relation to receive a mattress;
a middle support member rotatably secured to said hinge member for engaging the floor, said middle support member having rubberized feet for minimizing slippage of said middle support member upon engaging the floor, said middle support member attached to said mattress assembly using a slot and pin arrangement;
a foot support member rotatably secured to said foot frame for engaging the floor, said foot support member having rubberized feet for minimizing slippage of said foot support member upon engaging the floor;
said foot frame comprising a velcro strap capable of securing said foot support member to said mattress assembly;
said inside surface of said front panel comprising one or more assembly mounts for engaging said mattress assembly; and,

a substrate including a thin film transistor region and a capacitor region, the thin film transistor region comprising a thin film transistor having a semiconductor layer, a gate electrode and source and drain electrodes, the capacitor region comprising a capacitor having first and second capacitor electrodes; and
an insulating layer formed on the substrate comprising:
a first portion of the insulating layer formed over the thin film transistor region insulating the gate electrode from the source and drain electrodes, and
a second portion of the insulating layer formed over the capacitor region used as a dielectric layer between the first capacitor electrode and the second capacitor electrode, the first portion of the insulating layer formed over the thin film transistor region is formed of at least double layers and the second portion of the insulating layer formed over the capacitor region used as a dielectric layer between the first capacitor electrode and the second capacitor electrode is formed of a single layer.
2. A flat panel display device, comprising:
a substrate comprising a thin film transistor region and a capacitor region;
a semiconductor layer formed on the thin film transistor region;
a gate insulating layer formed over a whole surface of the substrate and covering the semiconductor layer;
a gate electrode formed on the gate insulating layer over the thin film transistor region;
a first capacitor electrode formed on the gate insulating layer over the capacitor region;
an interlayer insulating layer formed over the whole surface of the substrate and covering the gate electrode and the first capacitor electrode, wherein a portion of the interlayer insulating layer formed over the thin film transistor region is formed of at least double layers and a portion of the interlayer insulating layer formed over the capacitor region is formed of single layer, the interlayer insulating layer having contact holes exposing end portions of the semiconductor layer;
source and drain electrodes formed on the interlayer insulating layer and contacting the end portions of the semiconductor layer through the contact holes, respectively; and
a second capacitor electrode formed on the interlayer insulating layer over the capacitor region and electrically connected to one of the source and drain electrodes.
3. A method of manufacturing a flat panel display device, comprising:
providing a substrate, the substrate comprising a thin film transistor region and a capacitor region;
forming a semiconductor layer over the thin film transistor region;
forming a gate insulating layer over a whole surface of the substrate to cover the semiconductor layer;
forming a gate electrode and a first capacitor electrode on the gate insulating layer, the gate electrode formed over the thin film transistor region, the first capacitor electrode formed over the capacitor region;
forming an interlayer insulating layer as at least double layers over a whole surface of the substrate to cover the gate electrode and the first capacitor electrode; and
etching the interlayer insulating layer using a half-tone mask, a portion of the interlayer insulating layer over the thin film transistor region being etched to expose end portions of the semiconductor layer and a portion of the interlayer insulating layer over the capacitor region being etched by a predetermined thickness to remove a upper layer of the interlayer insulating layer.
4. A method of manufacturing a flat panel display device, comprising:
providing a substrate, the substrate including a thin film transistor region and a capacitor region;
forming a semiconductor layer over the thin film transistor region of the substrate;
forming a gate insulating layer over the whole surface of the substrate to cover the semiconductor layer;
forming a gate electrode and a first capacitor electrode on the gate insulating layer, the gate electrode formed over the thin film transistor region, the first capacitor electrode formed over the capacitor region;
forming an interlayer insulating layer as at least double layers over the whole surface of the substrate to cover the gate electrode and the first capacitor electrode; and
etching the interlayer insulating layer using a half-tone mask, a portion of the interlayer insulating layer over the thin film transistor region etched to expose both end portions of the semiconductor layer, a portion of the interlayer insulating layer over the capacitor region etched by a predetermined thickness to remove a upper layer of the double layer.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the etching of the exposed portion of the interlayer insulating layer over the capacitor region is performed using a recipe having an etching selectivity to the semiconductor layer.
6. A flat panel display device, comprising:
a substrate comprising a thin film transistor region and a capacitor region;
a thin film transistor formed over the thin film transistor region and comprising a semiconductor layer, a gate electrode, source and drain electrodes, and an interlayer insulating layer formed on the whole substrate; and

a capacitor comprising first and second capacitor electrodes, the first capacitor electrode having step portions,
wherein the portion of the interlayer insulating layer formed over the thin film transistor region is formed of at least double layers and the portion of the interlayer insulating layer formed over the capacitor region used as a dielectric layer between the first capacitor electrode and the second capacitor electrode is formed of a single layer.
7. The device of claim 6, wherein the step portions of the first capacitor electrode are grooves formed in a striped pattern.
8. The device of claim 6, wherein each step portion of the first capacitor electrode is in the form of a cavity.
9. The device of claim 7, wherein the grooves have a rectangular cross-section, a triangle cross-section, a trapezoid cross-section, or a wave-shaped cross-section.
10. The device of claim 8, wherein the the cavities have a rectangular cross-section, a triangle cross-section, a trapezoid cross-section, or a wave-shaped cross-section.
11. A flat panel display device, comprising:
a substrate comprising a thin film transistor region and a capacitor region;
a semiconductor layer formed on the thin film transistor region;
a gate insulating layer formed over a whole surface of the substrate and covering the semiconductor layer;
a gate electrode formed on the gate insulating layer over the thin film transistor region;
a first capacitor electrode formed on the gate insulation layer over the capacitor region of the substrate and having step portions;
an interlayer insulating layer formed over the whole surface of the substrate and covering the gate electrode and the first capacitor electrode and having contact holes;
source and drain electrodes formed on the interlayer insulating layer and contacting the end portions of the semiconductor layer through the contact holes, respectively; and
a second capacitor electrode formed on the interlayer insulating layer over the capacitor region and electrically connected to one of the source and drain electrodes, wherein the portion of the interlayer insulating layer formed over the thin film transistor region is formed of at least double layers and the portion of the interlayer insulating layer formed over the capacitor region used as a dielectric layer between the first capacitor electrode and the second capacitor electrode is formed of a single layer.
12. The device of claim 11, wherein the first capacitor electrode comprises a plurality of grooves formed in a striped pattern or a plurality of cavities.
13. The device of claim 12, wherein each groove or cavity has a rectangular cross-section, a triangle cross-section, trapezoid cross-section, or a wave-shaped cross-section.
14. A method of manufacturing a flat panel display device, comprising:
providing a substrate, the substrate having a thin film transistor region and a capacitor region;
forming a semiconductor layer over the thin film transistor region forming a gate insulating layer over the whole surface of the substrate to cover the semiconductor layer;
depositing a metal layer on the gate insulating layer;
etching the metal layer using a half-tone mask to form a gate electrode over the thin film transistor region and to form a first capacitor electrode having step portions; and
forming an interlayer insulating layer over a whole surface of the substrate to cover the gate electrode and the first capacitor electrode, wherein the portion of the interlayer insulating layer formed over the thin film transistor region is formed of at least double layers and the portion of the interlayer insulating layer formed over the capacitor region used as a dielectric layer between the first capacitor electrode and the second capacitor electrode is formed of a single layer.
15. The method of claim 14, wherein the step portions of the first capacitor electrode comprise grooves formed in a striped pattern or a plurality of cavities.
16. The device of claim 15, wherein each groove or cavity has a rectangular cross-section, a triangle cross-section, trapezoid cross-section, or a wave-shaped cross-section.
17. A method of manufacturing a flat panel display device, comprising:
providing a substrate, the substrate comprising a thin film transistor region and a capacitor region;
forming a semiconductor layer over the thin film transistor region of the substrate;
forming a gate insulating layer over a whole surface of the substrate to cover the semiconductor layer;
depositing a metal layer on the gate insulating layer;
coating a photoresist on the metal layer;
patterning the photoresist using a half-tone mask to form first and second photoresist patterns, the first photoresist pattern formed over the thin film transistor region and exposing a portion of the gate insulating layer, the second photoresist pattern formed over the capacitor region and having step portions;
etching the metal layer using the first and second photoresist patterns to form a gate electrode;
ashing the photoresist patterns to expose a portion of the metal layer over the capacitor region;
etching the exposed portion of the metal layer over the capacitor region using a remaining portion of the photoresist patterns to form a first capacitor electrode having step portions;
forming an interlayer insulating layer as at least double layers over the whole surface of the substrate and covering the gate electrode and the first capacitor electrode; and
etching the interlayer insulating layer using a half-tone mask, a portion of the interlayer insulating layer over the thin film transistor region etched to expose both end portions of the semiconductor layer, a portion of the interlayer insulating layer over the capacitor region etched by a predetermined thickness to remove a upper layer of the double layer.
18. The method of claim 17, wherein the etching of the metal layer is performed using a recipe having an excellent etching selectivity to the gate insulating layer.
19. A flat panel display device, comprising:
a substrate;
a thin film transistor having source, drain and gate electrodes formed on the substrate;
a capacitor having first and second electrodes formed on the substrate, the second capacitor electrode commonly connected with the source electrode;
an insulating layer comprising:
a first portion which insulates the gate electrode from the source and drain electrodes, and
a second portion which is interposed between the first and second capacitor electrodes to form a dielectric for the capacitor, wherein the first portion of the insulating layer is formed of at least double layers and the second portion of the insulating layer is formed of a single layer.
20. The flat panel display device of claim 19, wherein the first and second electrodes of the capacitor and the dielectric have a non-planar shape.
21. A method of manufacturing a flat panel display device on a substrate, the method comprising:
forming a semiconductor layer over a first portion of the substrate;
forming a first insulating layer over the semiconductor layer and the substrate;
forming a gate electrode over a portion of the semiconductor layer and a first capacitor electrode over a second portion of the substrate;
forming a second insulating layer at least double layers over the gate electrode and the first capacitor electrode;
etching an area of the second insulating over the first capacitor electrode to form single layer, an area of the second insulating area over the gate electrode to form at least double layers and an area over the source and drain electrodes to expose the source and drain electrodes; and
forming a second capacitor electrode over the area of the second insulating layer having the first thickness.
22. The method of claim 21, further comprising:
etching the first capacitor electrode to form a non-planar surface on which the second insulating layer is formed.
23. The method of claim 22, wherein the etching of the first capacitor electrode comprises:
coating the first capacitor electrode with a photoresist material;
exposing the photoresist material to light using a mask which partially transmits incident light in a first plurality of areas and does not transmit light in a second plurality of areas;
etching the exposed area using a dry etching process wherein a hard baking condition of a hard baking process is controlled during the etching.
24. The method of claim 22, wherein the etching of the first capacitor electrode comprises:
coating the first capacitor electrode with a photoresist material;
exposing the photoresist material to light using a mask which partially transmits incident light in a first plurality of areas and does not transmit light in a second plurality of areas;
etching the exposed area using a wet etching process wherein a bias condition is controlled during the etching.

1. A system for implementing a sliding input of a text based upon an on-screen soft keyboard on an electronic equipment, characterized in that, said system comprises:
a memory device configured to store ideal sliding trajectory features for words; and a processor coupled to the memory device, the processor being configured to:
record user-sliding trajectories and convert the recorded user-sliding trajectories into a user-sliding trajectory feature set to be processed;
filter in the memory device and originally choose the words, wherein each of the originally chosen words has similar ideal sliding trajectory features with the user-sliding trajectory feature set;
calculate a similarity between the ideal sliding trajectory features of each originally chosen word and said user-sliding trajectory features set according to key points on said trajectory, characterized in that, calculating said similarity including the following steps: calculating a rough similarity between the ideal sliding trajectory features of each originally chosen word and said user-sliding trajectory features set; calculating an accurate similarity between the ideal sliding trajectory features of each word obtained from the rough similarity calculation result and said user-sliding trajectory features set; wherein calculating said accurate similarity including calculating an accurate linear matching distance between the ideal sliding trajectory feature of each word obtained from the rough similarity calculation result and said user-sliding trajectory feature set;

obtain candidate words according to the similarity, wherein the ideal sliding trajectory of each candidate word contains at least one of the key points or at least one of the surrounding points of at least one of the key points on said user-sliding trajectory;
display said candidate words.
2. The system according to claim 1, characterized in that, said processor is further configured to:
calculate a rough matching degree between words stored in said memory device according to the ideal sliding trajectory features and said user-sliding trajectory features set.
3. The system according to claim 2, characterized in that, said processor is further configured to calculate the rough match degree by the following steps:
obtaining a corresponding character string set according to the key point sequence on said user-sliding trajectory;
inquiring in the memory device according to said character string set;
fetching out probabilities of all the inquired-out strings and obtain words corresponding to individual probability;
calculating a rough matching degree between those words and said user-sliding trajectory feature set.
4. The system according to claim 2, characterized in that, said processor is further configured to apply an incremental calculation method or a prefix matching method to calculate the rough match degree.
5. The system according to claim 1, characterized in that, said ideal sliding trajectory features for words are stored in a way of inverted index, wherein said inverted index includes a mapping from a key point to a word node, and said word node includes a word identification and the probability that said key point appears in the ideal sliding trajectory of said word.
6. The system according to claim 5, characterized in that, said inverted index includes Bi-grams inverted index.
7. The system according to claim 1, characterized in that,
said sliding trajectory features include sliding trajectory lengths of words and an word key point sequence, wherein said ideal word key point sequence is an ordered combination of key points on the sliding trajectory of the word.
8. The system according to claim 1, characterized in that, said processor is further configured to calculate a rough similarity between the ideal sliding trajectory features of each originally chosen word and said user-sliding trajectory features set by the following steps:
calculating a linear matching distance between the ideal trajectory of each originally chosen word and said user-sliding trajectory feature set.

The system according to claim 1, characterized in that, said processor is further configured to calculate a rough similarity between the ideal sliding trajectory features of each originally chosen word and said user-sliding trajectory features set by the following steps: performing trajectory segmentation on the ideal trajectories of the originally chosen words according to said user-sliding trajectory feature set.
10. The system according to claim 1, characterized in that, said processor is further configured to obtain candidate words according to the similarity by the following steps:
sorting the words obtained by the accurate similarity calculation according to at least one of the accurate similarity, word frequency, user input history information and the system-configured number of candidate words.
11. A method for implementing sliding input of a text based upon an on-screen soft keyboard on an electronic equipment having a memory device and a processor, characterized in that, said method comprises the following steps:
recording user-sliding trajectories;
converting the recorded user-sliding trajectories into a user-sliding trajectory feature set to be processed;
filtering in the memory device and originally choosing the words, wherein each of the originally chosen words has similar ideal sliding trajectory features with the user-sliding trajectory feature set;
calculating a similarity between the ideal sliding trajectory features of each originally chosen word and said user-sliding trajectory features set according to key points on said trajectory, characterized in that, calculating said similarity including the following steps: calculating a rough similarity between the ideal sliding trajectory features of each originally chosen word and said user-sliding trajectory features set; calculating an accurate similarity between the ideal sliding trajectory features of each word obtained from the rough similarity calculation result and said user-sliding trajectory features set; wherein calculating said accurate similarity including calculating an accurate linear matching distance between the ideal sliding trajectory feature of each word obtained from the rough similarity calculation result and said user-sliding trajectory feature set;
obtaining candidate words according to the similarity, wherein the ideal sliding trajectory of each candidate word contains at least one of the key points or at least one of the surrounding points of at least one of the key points on said user-sliding trajectory;
feedbacking the candidate words.
12. The method according to claim 11, characterized in that, said sliding trajectory features include trajectory lengths of words and an word key point sequence, wherein said word key point sequence is an ordered combination of key points on the sliding trajectory of the word.
13. The method according to claim 12, characterized in that, said key points include starting and ending key points as well as ordinary key points of the trajectory, wherein said ordinary key points are inflection points on the trajectory.
14. The method according to claim 11, characterized in that, said ideal sliding trajectory features for words are stored in a way of inverted index.
15. The method according to claim 11, characterized in that, said ideal sliding trajectory features for words are stored in a way of inverted index, wherein said inverted index is a Bi-grams inverted index.

The method according to claim 11, characterized in that, said ideal sliding trajectory features for words are stored in a way of inverted index, wherein said inverted index includes a mapping from a key point to a word node, and said word node includes word identification and the probability that said key point appears in the ideal sliding trajectory of said word.
17. The method according to claim 11, characterized in that, said step of converting the user-sliding trajectories into a user-sliding trajectory feature set to be processed includes substeps of:
performing a trajectory preprocessing operation on the user-sliding trajectory by the system;
performing a key point extraction processing operation on the preprocessed user-sliding trajectory by the system.

The method according to claim 11, characterized in that, said step of filtering in the memory device and originally choosing the words includes a substep of calculating a rough matching degree between words stored in said memory device according to the ideal sliding trajectory features and said user-sliding trajectory features set.
19. The method according to claim 11, characterized in that, said step of filtering in the memory device and originally choosing the words utilizes an incremental calculation method or a prefix matching method.
20. The method according to claim 11, characterized in that, said step of filtering in the memory device and originally choosing the words includes following substeps:
obtaining a corresponding character string set according to the key point sequence on said user-sliding trajectory;
inquiring in the memory device according to said character string set;
fetching out probabilities of all the inquired-out strings and obtain words corresponding to individual probability;
calculating a rough matching degree between those words and said user-sliding trajectory feature set.
21. The method according to claim 11, characterized in that, said calculating a rough similarity between the ideal sliding trajectory feature of each originally chosen word and said user-sliding trajectory feature set, includes a substep of calculating a linear matching distance between the ideal trajectory of each originally chosen word and said user-sliding trajectory feature set.
22. The method according to claim 11, characterized in that, said step of calculating a rough similarity between the ideal sliding trajectory feature of each originally chosen word and
said user-sliding trajectory feature set further includes a substep of performing trajectory segmentation on the ideal trajectories of the original chosen words according to said user-sliding trajectory feature set.

The method according to claim 11, wherein said step of obtaining candidate words includes a substep of sorting the words obtained by the accurate similarity calculation in the processor according to at least one of the accurate similarity, word frequency, user input history information and the system-configured number of candidate words.
