1. An switching array comprising:
a substrate; a plurality of vertical cavity surface emitting lasers mounted on the substrate; and a plurality of phase-shifting mirrors located above the vertical cavity surface emitting lasers; and a plurality of beam splitters located above the plurality of vertical cavity surface emitting lasers.
2. The switching array of claim 1, wherein each of the plurality of vertical cavity surface emitting lasers has an output side located distally from the substrate.
3. The switching array of claim 2, wherein the output side is coated with anti-reflection coatings.
4. The switching array of claim 1, wherein each of the plurality of phase-shifting mirrors are double-sided.
5. The switching array of claim 1, wherein the plurality of phase-shifting mirrors and the beam splitters are alternating.
6. The switching array of claim 1, further comprising a plurality of lenses located proximate to phase shifting mirrors.
7. The switching array of claim 1, further comprising a plurality of lenses located proximate to the beam splitters.
8. The switching array of claim 1, further comprising optical fibers located above the plurality of phase-shifting mirrors and beam splitters.
9. The switching array of claim 1, further comprising a plurality of lenses located proximate to the optical fibers.
10. The switching array of claim 1, wherein the anti-reflection coating is made from a multi-layer dielectric stack.
11. A switching array comprising: a substrate; a vertical cavity surface emitting laser located on the substrate; wherein the vertical cavity surface emitting laser has an output side; wherein the output side is coated with an anti-reflection coating; and
a phase shifting mirror located proximate to the output side.
12. The switching array of claim 11, wherein there is more than one vertical cavity surface emitting laser.
13. The switching array of claim 11, further comprising a beam splitter located above the vertical cavity surface emitting laser.
14. The switching array of claim 12, wherein there is more than one phase-shifting mirrors and more than one beam splitter.
15. The switching array of claim 13, wherein the beam splitter is located proximate to the phase-shifting mirror.
16. The switching array of claim 11, wherein the output side is located distally from the substrate.
17. The switching array of claim 11, wherein the phase-shifting mirror is double-sided.
18. The switching array of claim 1, further comprising a lens located proximate to the phase shifting mirror.
19. The switching array of claim 1, further comprising a beam splitter and a lens located proximate to the beam splitter.
20. The switching array of claim 1, further comprising an optical fiber located above the phase-shifting mirror.

1. A sluice feeder comprising an inlet (1), an outlet (11), and a rotor (2), into which sluice feeder material to be fed from a first medium to a second medium sealed from the first medium is fed to the inlet (1), characterized in that the inlet (1) is directed towards the centre portion of the rotor (2), the rotor (2) and a cooperating stator (7), respectively, show at least a radial opening (5, 8) each and are provided so that at least one pocket (9) is formed by the opening (5) of the rotor and the stator (7), which pocket (9) alternating opens either radially inwards or radially outwards and seals either radially inwards or radially outwards, respectively, upon rotation of the rotor (2) relative the stator (7), whereby the material is thrown radially outwards by the rotor (2) to the pocket (9) to finally be emptied from the pocket (9) to the outlet at the same time as the pocket (9) is sealed towards the inlet (1) by means of the stator (7).
2. A sluice feeder according to claim 1, in which the rotor (2) comprises at least one concentric rotor ring (4) and the stator (7) comprises at least two concentric stator rings (15) provided so that an inner stator ring (15) may radially seal the inlet to the pocket (9) formed by the opening (5) in the rotor ring (4) and an outer stator ring (15) may radially seal the outlet from the pocket (9).
3. A sluice feeder according to claim 1, in which the rotor (2) comprises at least two concentric rotor rings (4) and the stator (7) comprises at least three stator rings (15) provided so that an inner stator ring (15) may radially seal the pocket (9) formed by the opening (5) in the rotor ring (4) and an outer stator ring (15) may radially seal the outlet from the pocket (9) and a stator ring (15) is provided between each rotor ring (4) for division of the pocket (9) into radially separate portion pockets (9).
4. A sluice feeder according to claim 1 in which the rotor (2) is provided with at least one conveying means (3) in its center portion for aiding the feeding of the material in radial direction.
5. A sluice feeder according to claim 3, in which a ring shaped valve (12) with at least one radial opening (14) is rotatably provided around the outermost stator ring (15).

receiving digital data;
extracting visual information from the received digital data using identifying (ID) information identifying the visual information; and
storing intra-coded visual information while displaying the visual information including the intra-coded visual information, wherein the intra-coded visual information is displayed based on a user’s sequential inputs with regard to a displayed item selection window.
16. The method of claim 15, wherein the digital data includes service information identified by the ID information.
17. The method of claim 16, wherein the intra-coded visual information includes intra-coded visual information associated with the service information.
18. The method of claim 16, wherein the intra-coded visual information is associated with entry information.
19. The method of claim 17, wherein the entry information is stored with the service information.
20. The method of claim 19, wherein the intra-coded visual information is accessed using the entry information.
21. The method of claim 18, wherein the entry information is an index representing an order.
22. The method of claim 16, wherein the service information includes a URL address.
23. The method of claim 16, wherein the service information includes icon image information identifying a product displayed in the intra-coded visual information.

27. A system to display visual information comprising:
a receiver to receive digital data;
a decode device to extract visual information from the received digital data based on identifying information (ID) that identifies the visual information;
a memory to store the digital data including intra-coded visual information extracted from the received digital data; and
a control device to control the memory and the display so as to display the visual information including the intra-coded visual information based on a user’s input with regard to a displayed item selection window.
28. The system of claim 27, wherein the digital data includes service information identified by the ID information.
29. The system of claim 27, wherein the intra-coded visual information includes intra-coded visual information associated with the service information.
30. The system of claim 28, wherein the intra-coded visual information is associated with entry information.
31. The system of claim 30, wherein the memory stores the entry information with the service information.
32. The system of claim 30, wherein the control device accesses intra-coded visual information from the memory using the entry information.
33. The system of claim 30, wherein the entry information includes an index representing an order.

1. A method for forming a holographic image upon a decorative laminate, comprising the steps of:
stacking a decorative laminate sheet assembly having a top layer;
casting a polypropylene release sheet wherein a holographic transfer image is formed upon the polypropylene release sheet;
positioning the polypropylene release sheet on the top layer of the decorative laminate sheet assembly;
applying heat and pressure to the decorative laminate sheet assembly and the polypropylene release sheet sufficient to bond the decorative laminate and releasably bond the polypropylene release sheet to the top layer of the decorative laminate sheet assembly; and
removing the polypropylene release sheet from the top layer of the decorative laminate sheet assembly to reveal a decorative laminate exhibiting a desired holographic image.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the decorative laminate sheet assembly includes an overlay layer, a decorative sheet and a core.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of casting includes applying a holographic image to the polypropylene release sheet while the polypropylene release sheet is above the softening temperature of the polypropylene release sheet.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the step of casting includes applying a holographic image to the polypropylene release sheet while the polypropylene release sheet is above the melting temperature of the polypropylene release sheet.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the polypropylene release sheet has a melt flow index of 1 to 20 measured using ASTM D-1238.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of casting includes forming holographic images with a peak to valley height of 2.54 microns.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of casting includes forming a holographic image with a lenticular pattern.
8. A decorative laminate lay-up, comprising:
a decorative laminate sheet assembly having a top layer;
a polypropylene release sheet applied to the top layer of the decorative laminate sheet assembly, wherein the polypropylene release sheet is a cast polypropylene release sheet formed with a holographic transfer image.
9. The decorative laminate lay-up according to claim 8, wherein the decorative laminate sheet assembly includes an overlay layer, a decorative sheet and a core.
10. The decorative laminate lay-up according to claim 8, wherein the polypropylene release sheet has a melt flow index of 1 to 20 measured using ASTM D-1238.
11. The decorative laminate lay-up according to claim 10, wherein the polypropylene release sheet has a melt flow index of 7 to 12 measured using ASTM D-1238.
12. The decorative laminate lay-up according to claim 8, wherein the step of casting includes forming holographic images with a peak to valley height of 2.54 microns.
13. The decorative laminate lay-up according to claim 8, wherein the holographic image is formed with a lenticular pattern.
14. A decorative laminate manufactured by the process comprising the steps of:
stacking a decorative laminate sheet assembly having a top layer;
casting a polypropylene release sheet wherein the polypropylene release sheet is formed with a holographic transfer image;
positioning the polypropylene release sheet on the top layer of the decorative laminate sheet assembly;
applying heat and pressure to the decorative laminate sheet assembly and the polypropylene release sheet sufficient to bond the decorative laminate and releasably bond the polypropylene release sheet to the top layer of the decorative laminate sheet assembly; and
removing the polypropylene release sheet from the top layer of the decorative laminate sheet assembly to reveal a decorative laminate exhibiting a desired holographic image.
15. The decorative laminate according to claim 14, wherein the decorative laminate sheet assembly includes an overlay layer, a decorative sheet and a core.
16. The decorative laminate according to claim 14, wherein the step of casting includes applying a holographic image to the polypropylene release sheet while the polypropylene release sheet is above the softening temperature of the polypropylene release sheet.
17. The decorative laminate according to claim 16, wherein the step of casting includes applying a holographic image to the polypropylene release sheet while the polypropylene release sheet is above the melting temperature of the polypropylene release sheet.
18. The decorative laminate according to claim 14, wherein the polypropylene release sheet has a melt flow index of 1 to 20 measured using ASTM D-1238.
19. The decorative laminate according to claim 14, wherein the step of casting includes forming holographic images with a peak to valley height of 2.54 microns.
