1. An electrical apparatus comprising:
a base configured to be fitted to a holding rail, with opposing coplanar arms, and configured to accommodate a component member of the apparatus and fitted with a locking device having two opposing catches each intended to hook onto a respective arm of the rail, at least one of the two catches being joined to a slide configured to slide in a direction and which can be moved by a manual unlocking member,
wherein
the manual unlocking member comprises a lever pivoted around at least one bearing pin having an axis perpendicular to the sliding direction of the slide, and
the lever cooperates with the slide bar via a cam device guiding through a slide track having an axis parallel to the axis of the bearing pin.
2. The electrical apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the two catches are movable, and are joined to corresponding slides that are symmetrical in relation to a mid-plane of the base, and the lever cooperates with the corresponding slides via two cams and symmetrical axes.
3. The electrical apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the base comprises a rigid back wall and the corresponding slide is moulded with the back wall, and the slide is separated from rigid partitions of the back wall by slits.
4. The electrical apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the lever is held in its unlocking position and its locking position via a force-threshold securing system.
5. The electrical apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising an electronic module removably fastened to the base, the lever having a manoeuvring arm which is unobtrusive in a locking position and projects forward in an unlocking position, in order to cooperate with a rear side of the electronic module to prevent the electronic module to be mounted on the base in the unlocking position and enabling the module to be mounted in the locking position.
6. The electrical apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the holding rail is a top hat rail.
7. The electrical apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the lever is integrated into a cam sliding track and the corresponding slide comprises the axis guided in the sliding track.
8. The electrical apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the axis of the corresponding slide is guided in a slit or groove in the base, and which extends in the sliding direction of the slide.
9. The electrical apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the bearing pin of the lever is located near a, back wall of the base.
10. The electrical apparatus according to claim 9, wherein a return pin spring is associated to one of the corresponding slides.
11. The electrical apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the back wall offers two housing spaces configured to accommodate the opposing coplanar arms of the holding rail and the lever provided with the cam slide tracks projects backwards between the two housing spaces.

1. A computer implemented method, comprising:
receiving a search query;
determining that the search query is likely issued via a limited data plan;
identifying a plurality of documents that are responsive to the search query;
determining a first data measure for a first document of one or more of the documents;
wherein the first data measure of the first document is based on an amount of data usage in a prior retrieval of the first document; and

ranking the first document relative to other of the documents based at least in part on the first data measure and based at least in part on determining that the search query is likely issued via the limited data plan.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining that a second document is similar to the first document;
determining a second data measure for the second document, the second data measure of the second document indicative of an amount of data usage required to load the second document; and
ranking the second document relative to other of the documents based at least in part on the second data measure.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein ranking the first document relative to the other of the documents includes:
ranking the first document relative to the second document based on comparison of the first data measure to the second data measure.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein ranking the first document relative to the second document based on comparison of the first data measure to the second data measure includes:
determining the first data measure is indicative of less data usage than the second data measure; and
ranking the first document more prominently than the second document when the first data measure is indicative of less data usage than the second data measure.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising determining that the search query is non-navigational, wherein ranking the first document relative to other of the documents based at least in part on the first data measure occurs only when the search query is determined to be non-navigational.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein ranking the first document relative to the other of the documents includes:
determining an initial ranking of the first document, the initial ranking being independent of the first data measure; and
modifying the initial ranking based on the first data measure.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the initial ranking of the first document is an initial relevance score of the first document.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the first data measure is proportional to the amount of data usage required to load the first document, and wherein modifying the initial ranking based on the first data measure is based on multiplying the initial relevance score by the reciprocal of the first data measure.
9. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining that the search query is non-navigational; and
determining a weighting of the first data measure based on the search query being determined to be non-navigational, the weighting of the first data measure used in ranking the first document relative to other of the documents based at least in part on the first data measure.
10. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a second search query;
determining that the second search query is navigational; and
preventing determination of rankings of documents responsive to the second search query that are based on data measures of the documents.
11. The method of claim 1, further comprising providing a search result for display that is based on the first document and the ranking of the first document.
12. The method of claim 1, wherein ranking the first document based at least in part on the first data measure and based at least in part on determining that the search query is likely issued via the limited data plan comprises ranking the first document relative to other of the documents based at least in part on the first data measure only when the search query is determined to be likely issued via the limited data plan.
13. The method of claim 1, wherein ranking the first document based at least in part on the first data measure and based at least in part on determining that the search query is likely issued via the limited data comprises determining a likelihood that the search query is issued via the limited data plan, and weighting the first data measure in ranking the first document relative to other of the documents based on the likelihood that the search query is issued via the limited data plan.
14. A system including memory and one or more processors operable to execute instructions stored in the memory, comprising instructions to:
receive a search query issued via a computing device;
determine that the search query is likely issued via a limited data plan;
identify a plurality of documents that are responsive to the search query;
determine a first data measure for a first document of one or more of the documents;
wherein the first data measure of the first document is based on an amount of data usage in a prior retrieval of the first document; and

rank the first document relative to other of the documents based at least in part on the first data measure and based at least in part on determining that the search query is likely issued via the limited data plan.
15. The system of claim 14, wherein the instructions further includes instructions to:
determine that a second document is similar to the first document;
determine a second data measure for the second document, the second data measure of the second document indicative of an amount of data usage required to load the second document; and
rank the second document relative to other of the documents based at least in part on the second data measure.
16. The system of claim 15, wherein the instructions to rank the first document relative to the other of the documents include instructions to:
rank the first document relative to the second document based on comparison of the first data measure to the second data measure.
17. The system of claim 16, wherein the instructions to rank the first document relative to the second document based on comparison of the first data measure to the second data measure include instructions to:
determine the first data measure is indicative of less data usage than the second data measure; and
rank the first document more prominently than the second document when the first data measure is indicative of less data usage than the second data measure.
18. The system of claim 14, wherein the instructions further includes instructions to determine that the search query is non-navigational, wherein the instructions to rank the first document relative to other of the documents based at least in part on the first data measure are executed only when the search query is determined to be non-navigational.
19. The system of claim 14, wherein the instructions to rank the first document relative to the other of the documents include instructions to:
determine an initial ranking of the first document, the initial ranking being independent of the first data measure; and
modify the initial ranking based on the first data measure.
20. The system of claim 14, wherein the instructions further includes instructions to:
determine that the search query is non-navigational; and
determine the weighting of the first data measure based on the search query being determined to be non-navigational, the weighting of the first data measure used to rank the first document relative to other of the documents based at least in part on the first data measure.
21. The system of claim 14, wherein the instructions further includes instructions to provide a search result to the computing device for display that is based on the first document and the ranking of the first document.
22. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing computer instructions executable by a processor to perform a method comprising:
receiving a search query;
determining that the search query is likely issued via a limited data plan;
identifying a plurality of documents that are responsive to the search query;
determining a first data measure for a first document of one or more of the documents;
wherein the first data measure of the first document is based on an amount of data usage in a prior retrieval of the first document; and

ranking the first document relative to other of the documents based at least in part on the first data measure and based at least in part on determining that the search query is likely issued via the limited data plan.

5. The polyurethane according to claim 1, wherein the polyisocyanate comprises a mixture of 4,4\u2032-methylene-bis-(cyclohexyl isocyanate) and isophorone diisocyanate.
6. The polyurethane according to claim 1, wherein the polyisocyanate is a trimer of a diisocyanate selected from the group consisting of hexamethylene diisocyanate, isophorone diisocyanate, tetramethylxylylene diisocyanate, and mixtures thereof.
7. The polyurethane according to claim 1, wherein each of the polyol (ii) and polyol (b) is independently selected from the group consisting of glycerol, tetramethylolmethane, trimethylolethane, trimethylolpropane, erythritol, dipentaerythritol, tripentaerythritol, sorbitan, alkoxylated derivatives thereof and mixtures thereof.
8. The polyurethane according to claim 1, wherein the polyol (ii) andor polyol (b) is trimethylolpropane.
9. The polyurethane according to claim 1, wherein the components further comprise at least one polyol (c) different from polyol (b) or polyol (ii), based upon the about 1 equivalent of the at least one polyisocyanate.
10. The polyurethane according to claim 9, wherein the polyol (c) is selected from the group consisting of ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, tetraethylene glycol, 1,2-ethanediol, propanediol, butanediol, pentanediol, hexanediol, heptanediol, octanediol, nonanediol, decanediol, dodecane diol, octadecanediol, sorbitol, mannitol, cyclopentanediol, 1,4-cyclohexanediol, cyclohexanedimethanol, 1,4-benzenedimethanol, xylene glycol, hydroxybenzyl alcohol, dihydroxytoluene bis(2-hydroxyethyl) terephthalate, 1,4-bis(hydroxyethyl)piperazine, N,N\u2032,bis(2-hydroxyethyl)oxamide and mixtures thereof.

The polyurethane according to claim 1, wherein the components further comprise one or more polyurethane polyols, acrylamides, polyvinyl alcohols, hydroxy functional acrylates, hydroxy functional methacrylates, allyl alcohols, dihydroxy oxamides, dihydroxyamides, dihydroxy piperidines, dihydroxy phthalates, dihydroxyethyl hydroquinones and mixtures thereof.
12. The polyurethane according to claim 1, wherein the components further comprise about 0.01 to about 0.5 equivalent of water per 1 equivalent of polyisocyanate.
13. The polyurethane according to claim 1, wherein the reaction product components are essentially free of polyester polyol.
14. The polyurethane according to claim 1, wherein the reaction product components are essentially free of polyether polyol.
15. The polyurethane according to claim 1, wherein the reaction product components are essentially free of amine curing agent.
16. The polyurethane according to claim 1, wherein, upon mixing, the reaction components are maintained at a temperature of at least about 100\xb0 C. for at least about 10 minutes prior to degassing, and reacted at a temperature of at least about 110\xb0 C. for at least about 6 hours.
17. A polyurethane comprising a reaction product of components comprising:
(a) an isocyanate functional urethane prepolymer comprising a reaction product of components comprising:
(i) about 1 equivalent of at least one polyisocyanate; and
(ii) about 0.1 to about 0.3 equivalent of at least one polyol having at least 3 hydroxyl groups, based upon the about 1 equivalent of the at least one polyisocyanate; and

(b) about 0.7 to about 0.9 equivalent of at least one polyol having at least 3 hydroxyl groups, based upon the about 1 equivalent of the at least one polyisocyanate,

wherein the at least one polyol (ii) can be the same or different from the polyol (b).
18. An article comprising the polyurethane of claim 1.
19. The article according to claim 18, wherein the article is a molded article.

The article according to claim 18, wherein the article is selected from the group consisting of optical articles, optical lenses, photochromic articles, photochromic lenses, windows, transparencies, windshields, sidelights, backlights, aircraft transparencies, ballistic resistant articles, windmill components, glazings, exterior viewing surfaces of liquid crystal displays, cathode ray tubes, films, sheeting, conductive films, microwave absorbing films, low resistance films, blast resistant panels, bullet resistant panels, and radomes.
21. The article according to claim 18, wherein the article is an aircraft transparency.
22. The article according to claim 18, wherein the article is a curved article.
23. The article according to claim 18, wherein the article is a flat article.
24. An article comprising at least one layer of the polyurethane of claim 1 and at least one layer of polycarbonate.
25. A laminate comprising:
(a) at least one layer of the polyurethane of claim 1; and
(b) at least one layer of a substrate selected from the group consisting of paper, glass, ceramic, wood, masonry, textile, metal or organic polymeric material and combinations thereof.
26. A coating composition comprising the polyurethane of claim 1.
27. A poly(ureaurethane) comprising a reaction product of components comprising:
(a) an isocyanate functional ureaurethane prepolymer comprising a reaction product of components comprising:
(i) about 1 equivalent of an isocyanate functional urethane prepolymer comprising a reaction product of components comprising:
(1) about 1 equivalent of at least one polyisocyanate; and
(2) about 0.01 to about 0.5 equivalent of at least one polyol having at least 3 hydroxyl groups, based upon the about 1 equivalent of the at least one polyisocyanate; and

(ii) about 0.01 to about 0.5 equivalent of water, based upon the about 1 equivalent of the at least one polyisocyanate; and

(b) about 0.1 to about 1.0 equivalent of at least one polyol having at least 3 hydroxyl groups, based upon the about 1 equivalent of the at least one polyisocyanate,

wherein the at least one polyol (2) can be the same or different from the at least one polyol (b).
28. A polyurethane comprising a reaction product of components consisting of:
(a) about 1 equivalent of at least one polyisocyanate; and
(b) about 1 equivalent of at least one polyol having at least 3 hydroxyl groups, based upon the about 1 equivalent of the at least one polyisocyanate.
29. A polyurethane comprising a reaction product of components comprising: (a) an isocyanate functional urethane prepolymer comprising a reaction product of components comprising: (i) about 1 equivalent of at least one polyisocyanate; (ii) about 0.1 to about 0.5 equivalent of at least one polyol having at least 3 hydroxyl groups, based upon the about 1 equivalent of the at least one polyisocyanate; and (iii) about 0.01 to about 0.2 equivalent of at least one polyol having 2 hydroxyl groups, based upon the about 1 equivalent of the at least one polyisocyanate; and (b) about 0.1 to about 1.0 equivalent of at least one polyol having at least 3 hydroxyl groups, based upon the about 1 equivalent of the at least one polyisocyanate, wherein the at least one polyol (ii) can be the same or different from the at least one polyol (b).
30. A polyurethane comprising a reaction product of components comprising:
(a) about 1 equivalent of at least one polyisocyanate;
(b) about 0.1 to about 1 equivalent of at least one polyol having at least 3 hydroxyl groups, based upon the about 1 equivalent of the at least one polyisocyanate; and
(c) about 0.01 to about 0.2 equivalent of at least one polyol having 2 hydroxyl groups, based upon the about 1 equivalent of the at least one polyisocyanate.
31. A polyurethane comprising a reaction product of components consisting of:
(a) about 1 equivalent of at least one polyisocyanate;
(b) about 0.1 to about 1 equivalent of at least one polyol having at least 3 hydroxyl groups, based upon the about 1 equivalent of the at least one polyisocyanate; and
(c) about 0.01 to about 0.2 equivalent of at least one polyol having 2 hydroxyl groups, based upon the about 1 equivalent of the at least one polyisocyanate.
32. A polyurethane consisting of a reaction product of components consisting of:
(a) about 1 equivalent of at least one polyisocyanate; and
(b) about 1 equivalent of at least one branched polyol having at least 3 hydroxyl groups.
33. The polyurethane according to claim 30, wherein the at least one polyisocyanate comprises a mixture of 4,4\u2032-methylene-bis-(cyclohexyl isocyanate) and isophorone diisocyanate.
34. A poly(ureaurethane) comprising a reaction product of components comprising:
(a) an isocyanate functional ureaurethane prepolymer comprising a reaction product of components comprising:
(i) about 1 equivalent of an isocyanate functional urethane prepolymer comprising a reaction product of components comprising:
(1) about 1 equivalent of at least one polyisocyanate; and
(2) about 0.01 to about 0.5 equivalent of at least one polyol having at least 3 hydroxyl groups, based upon the about 1 equivalent of the at least one polyisocyanate; and

(ii) about 0.01 to about 0.5 equivalent of water, based upon the about 1 equivalent of the at least one polyisocyanate; and

(b) about 0.1 to about 1.0 equivalent of at least one polyol having two hydroxyl groups, based upon the about 1 equivalent of the at least one polyisocyanate.
35. A process for preparing a polyurethane article comprising:
(a) heating a mixture of about 1 equivalent of at least one polyisocyanate and about 0.01 to about 0.5 equivalent of at least one polyol having at least 3 hydroxyl groups, to a temperature of about 110\xb0 C. to about 130\xb0 C. for at least about an hour to form a reaction product;
(b) mixing the reaction product (a) with about 0.3 to about 1 equivalent of at least one polyol having at least 3 hydroxyl groups, based upon the about 1 equivalent of the at least one polyisocyanate, until the mixture reaches a temperature of at least about 110\xb0 C. to about 130\xb0 C., optionally heating if necessary;
(c) casting the reaction product into a mold preheated to a temperature of at least about 100\xb0 C. to about 130\xb0 C.; and
(d) curing the reaction product at a first predetermined temperature of about 100\xb0 C. to about 120\xb0 C. for at least about 0.5 hours; and then at a second predetermined temperature of about 140\xb0 C. to about 180\xb0 C. for about 15 to about 30 hours.

A wind noise rejection apparatus comprising a plurality of omnidirectional transducer elements, means for receiving the outputs of the elements and for adding the outputs together, and an acoustically resistive material, wherein all the transducers are exposed to the wind, and the plurality of omnidirectional transducer elements are contained within a housing comprising one or more holes, wherein the transducer elements each comprise an input port and each input port is arranged to point in a direction away from the one or more holes, and said at least one input port is arranged to point in a direction away from the plane of the surface on which the hole is provided, and wherein the acoustically resistive material is at least placed over the one or more holes to cover the one or more holes entirely.
2. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein there are at least three transducer elements located in an array forming part of an imaginary sphere or parabola.
3. The apparatus according to claim 1 wherein the elements are mounted at the appropriate angle and orientation by use of an over-moulded high temperature polymer which will be placed by the standard SMT process.
4. The apparatus according to claim 3 wherein the plurality of elements are manufactured using semiconductor micro fabrication techniques.
