I claim:
1. A method for advertising Internet web sites to a plurality of communication device viewers, the method comprising:
a) acquiring air time from a media provider, wherein the media provider transmits programming over a communication network for display on a plurality of communication devices;
b) marketing and selling advertising services to a plurality of web site proprietors, each web site proprietor having a web site address;
c) producing a media segment for display on a communication device comprising a combination of two or more advertising formats selected from the group consisting of a list of web site addresses for the plurality of web site proprietors, a video featuring a selected web site proprietor or service or product of the selected web site proprietor; a banner advertisement featuring one or the plurality of web site proprietors; and
d) transmitting the media segment over the communication network during the acquired air time for viewing on display screens of the communication devices.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the communication device comprises a television and the media provider is selected from the group consisting of cable providers, television stations, and satellite providers.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the communication device is selected from the group consisting of interactive televisions, non-interactive televisions, computers, mobile phones, video phones, and pagers.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the communication network is the Internet and wherein the media segment includes a video comprising a streaming video, and further comprising the step of providing a link between the web site proprietor’s web site and a separate web site operated by an advertising service provider that provides for accessing and running the streaming video.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising monitoring the streaming video to count a number of times the streaming video is viewed.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising charging the web site proprietor a fee according to the number of times the streaming video is viewed.
7. The method of claim 4, further comprising providing a second link to the streaming video at the advertising service provider’s web site.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the communication network is the Internet and each web site address is displayed as a hyperlink to the proprietor’s web site.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein one of the selected advertising formats is a list of web site addresses and further comprising scrolling the list on a display screen of the communication device.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein one of the selected advertising formats is a list of web site addresses and further comprising categorizing the web site addresses according to a type of business of the web site proprietor and displaying the web site addresses under a category heading corresponding to the type of business.
11. The method of claim 1, wherein one of the selected advertising formats is a list of web site addresses wherein each web site address has descriptive information associated therewith.
12. The method of claim 1, further comprising formatting the media segment to display each selected advertising format in a distinct segment of each display screen.
13. A method for promoting Internet web sites to a plurality of Internet users, the method comprising:
providing production services for producing a video comprising promotional information for a web site proprietor’s product or service;
storing the video as a video file on a streaming server linked to a service provider’s web site;
adding a hyperlink at the web site proprietor’s web site for linking to the service provider’s web site and the streaming server to play the video; and
providing means for counting a number of times the video is played.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein further comprising charging the web site proprietor an advertising fee that is proportional to the number of times the video is played.
15. The method of claim 13, wherein the video comprises an audiovideo presentation selected from the group consisting of a promotional pitch, an interview, a testimonial, and a product demonstration.
16. The method of claim 13, further comprising adding a second hyperlink to the service provider’s web site for accessing the video, wherein the second hyperlink comprises information identifying the web site proprietor or the web site proprietor’s product or service.

1. A refrigerator comprising:
a freezing compartment;
a freezing compartment door that opens and closes the freezing compartment;
an ice bin disposed at the rear of the freezing compartment door, the ice bin storing ice; and
an operating unit disposed at the rear of the freezing compartment door, the operating unit being operated to discharge the ice from the ice bin.
2. The refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein the freezing compartment door includes:
an outer case defining the front external appearance of the freezing compartment; and
a door liner connected to the outer case,
wherein the rear of the freezing compartment door is the door liner.
3. The refrigerator according to claim 1, further comprising a discharging unit operated to discharge the ice from the ice bin to an outside,
wherein the discharging unit is operated and the ice is discharged, when the operating unit is operated.
4. The refrigerator according to claim 3, wherein the discharging unit is provided within the ice bin to move the ice in the ice bin.
5. The refrigerator according to claim 3, wherein the discharging unit selectively communicates an inside of the ice bin with an outside of the ice bin.
6. The refrigerator according to claim 1, further comprising an ice dispenser for discharging the ice from the ice bin,
wherein the operating unit is provided on the ice dispenser.
7. The refrigerator according to claim 6, wherein the operating unit includes a body having a channel communicated with the ice bin and a lever extended from the bottom of the body.
8. The refrigerator according to claim 6, wherein the ice bin is seated on the top of the ice dispenser.
9. The refrigerator according to claim 6, wherein the operating unit has a button.
10. The refrigerator according to claim 6, wherein the ice dispenser includes an ice inlet, an ice outlet, an ice duct communicating the ice inlet with the ice outlet, and a closing member that opens and closes the ice duct.
11. The refrigerator according to claim 6, further comprising a support unit that supports the ice bin,
wherein the support unit is seated on the top of the ice dispenser.
12. The refrigerator according to claim 6, further comprising a support unit that supports the ice bin,
wherein the ice dispenser is provided on the support unit.
13. The refrigerator according to claim 1, further comprising a water dispenser disposed at the rear of the freezing compartment door, under the operating unit, to take out water.
14. A refrigerator comprising:
a freezing compartment;
a freezing compartment door that opens and closes the freezing compartment and having an outer case and a door liner;
an ice bin mounted on the door liner and storing ice; and
a dispenser mounted on the door liner to support the ice bin and having a channel through which ice discharged from the ice bin passes.
15. The refrigerator according to claim 14, further comprising a shelf disposed under the dispenser to receive water or ice falling form the dispenser, wherein the shelf is separably connected to the door liner.
16. The refrigerator according to claim 14, further comprising a discharging unit operated to discharge the ice from the ice bin to an outside,
wherein the dispenser includes an operating unit that operates the discharging unit.
17. A refrigerator comprising:
a freezing compartment;
a freezing compartment door that opens and closes the freezing compartment;
an ice bin disposed at the rear of the freezing compartment door and storing ice;
a discharging unit operated to discharge the ice from the ice bin; and
a dispensing space positioned behind the freezing compartment door, under the ice bin, where a vessel for receiving ice discharged from the ice bin is disposed.
18. The refrigerator according to claim 17, wherein a shelf is disposed under the ice bin to support the vessel, and the dispensing space is defined between the shelf and the ice bin.
19. The refrigerator according to claim 17, further comprising an operating unit mounted on the rear of the freezing compartment door to operate the discharging unit.
20. The refrigerator according to claim 17, wherein a water dispenser is disposed in the dispensing space to discharge water.
