1. A combined raingear and backpack including a pocket formed in the backpack and having an access opening in the backpack, said pocket for storing said raingear and being located in a position on the backpack that allows the wearer to gain access to the raingear so that the wearer can pull the raingear out of said pocket through said access opening so as to don the raingear and securing means for attaching said raingear to said backpack whereby the raingear remains with the backpack after the raingear is removed from the wearer so as to allow the wearer to return the raingear to said pocket.
2. A combined raingear and backpack as claimed in claim 1 wherein said raingear includes a back panel, a front panel and an opening for access to the face of the wearer.
3. A combined raingear and backpack as claimed in claim 2 wherein said raingear includes a visor mounted adjacent said opening.
4. In combination, raingear for protection against inclement weather for the wearer and a bag for supporting said raingear, means for attaching the raingear so that it is mounted on the back of the wearer, an access opening in said bag so that the wearer can reach over and grab the raingear and pull it over the wearer’s body, and means for attaching said raingear to said bag so that the raingear remains in contact with said bag after the raingear is removed from the wear’s body.
5. A pouch adapted to be fitted onto or made integral with a jacket or vest or the like that includes a cavity to store a raingear, said pouch being on the back side of the user and said raingear accessible by the wearer so that the wearer can remove the raingear from the pouch, don the raingear over the wearer and means attached to the raingear to assure the raingear will be returned to the pouch.
6. A combined raingear, pouch and backpack including a pocket formed in the backpack and having an access opening in the backpack, said pouch having an access port and being inserted into said pocket for storing said raingear and being located in a position on the backpack that allows the wearer to gain access to the raingear so that the wearer can pull the raingear out of said pouch through said access opening so as to don the raingear, securing means for attaching said raingear to said pouch and attaching said pouch to said pocket whereby the raingear remains with the pouch after the raingear is removed from the wearer so as to allow the wearer to return the raingear to said pouch whereby said pouch and said raingear is removably mounted in said pocket of said backpack.
7. A combined raingear, pouch and backpack as claimed in claim 6 wherein said raingear includes a back panel, a front panel and an opening for access to the face of the wearer.
8. A combined raingear, pouch and backpack as claimed in claim 7 wherein said raingear includes a visor mounted adjacent to said opening.

An optomechanical leveling device (1), comprising an external housing (2) having a bottom surface (4); a carrier frame (6) located in the external housing (2); damping elements (5) for elastically supporting the carrier frame (6) and elastically preloaded along respective tensioning axes (S); and an optics carrier (7) suspended on the carrier frame (6) so that it can be oriented by a gravitational field (G), wherein all of the tensioning axes (S) extend relative to the bottom surface (4) of the external housing (2) at an angle (\u03c6) greater than 30\xb0 and less than 60\xb0.
2. An optomechanical leveling device according to claim 1, wherein the damping elements (5) are compressively preloaded.
3. An optomechanical leveling device according to claim 1, wherein all of the tensioning axes (S) extend inside the carrier frame (6).
4. An optomechanical leveling device according to claim 1, wherein at least one of the carrier frame (6) and the external housing (2) has mounting elements (12) extending perpendicular to the tensioning axes (S) of the respective damping elements (5).
5. An optomechanical leveling device according to claim 4, wherein a mounting element (12) of the carrier frame (6) and a mounting element (12) of the external housing (2) are inserted, respectively, into an insertion opening (8) of the respective damping element (5).
6. An optomechanical leveling device according to claim 1, wherein a damping element (5) has two insertion openings (8).
7. An optomechanical leveling device according to claim 1, wherein the damping element (5) comprises a visco-elastic elastomer.
8. An optomechanical leveling device according to claim 1, wherein the optics carrier (7) has a laser radiation source (10).
9. An optomechanical leveling device (1), comprising an external housing (2) having a bottom surface (4); a carrier frame (6) located in the external housing (2); damping elements (5) for elastically supporting the carrier \u2019 frame (6) and elastically preloaded along respective tensioning axes (S); and an optics carrier (7) suspended on the carrier frame (6) so that it can be oriented by a gravitational field (G), wherein the damping element (5) has at least two zigzagging deformation areas (9) zigzag loops of which alternately engage in one another.
