I claim

1. An inflatable and protective personal survival Vestpac comprising
A vest having a body portion adapted for the human torso including a back and a front, an inflated detachable portion adapted to cover the head and a said portion adapted around the back and the sides of the wearers neck with said back having a detachable backpack and extending laterally to a left side and to a right side of a said front extending vertically to a padded shoulder portion to the left side and to the said right side of front so as to define vertically extending front opening with said common fastening means as well as arm and neck apertures with said front including:
(a) A plurality of utility pockets with said reflectors and defined upon the exterior of said front and back including at least six front and six back zippered pockets having a water impervious lining.
(b) An inflated detachable padded hood portion secured around the neck aperture as an extension of the detachable neck guard.
(c) A neck guard secured around the neck aperture as an extension of the vertically extending front opening.
(d) A common fastening means secured to said front and left front outwardly of said front opening.
(e) A detachable exterior backpack having a waterproof impervious lining with said insertable tri-fold survival pack including at least eight zippered pockets on the left interior inner fold and at least nine zippered pockets on the right pockets in the center portion.
(f) A rollout shelter concealed in the lower portion of the backpack.

1. A biological composition comprising activated and conditioned yeast cells, wherein the yeast cells are characterized by their ability to retard the growth of lung cancer cells in mammals as compared to yeast cells not having been so activated and conditioned, and wherein the yeast cells are prepared by a method comprising activating the yeast cells, said activating comprising at least two steps selected from the group consisting of:
(a) culturing yeast cells in a first electromagnetic field having a frequency in the range of 8,046 to 8,056 MHz and a field strength in the range of 240 to 300 mVcm;
(b) culturing the yeast cells in a second electromagnetic field having a frequency in the range of 8,077 to 8,087 MHz and a field strength in the range of 226 to 285 mVcm;
(c) culturing the yeast cells in a third electromagnetic field electromagnetic fields having a frequency in the range of 9,907 to 9,917 MHz and a field strength in the range of 325 to 366 mVcm;
(d) culturing the yeast cells in a fourth electromagnetic field having a frequency in the range of 12,716 to 12,726 MHz and a field strength in the range of 386 to 412 mVcm; and
(e) culturing the yeast cells in a fifth electromagnetic field having a frequency in the range of 12,750 to 12,760 MHz and a field strength in the range of 295 to 315 mVcm,

and conditioning the activated yeast cells, said conditioning comprising at least one step selected from the group consisting of:
(f) culturing the yeast cells in a liquid medium comprising wild hawthorn juice and gastric juice of a mammal in a sixth electromagnetic field having a frequency in the range of 12,716 to 12,726 MHz and a field strength in the range of 380 to 420 mVcm; and
(g) culturing the yeast cells in a liquid medium comprising wild hawthorn juice and gastric juice of a mammal in a seventh electromagnetic field having a frequency in the range of 12,750 to 12,760 MHz and a field strength in the range of 280 to 320 mVcm.
2. A biological composition comprising activated and conditioned yeast cells, wherein the activated and conditioned yeast cells of claim 1 are subjected to at least one period of culturing in a liquid medium comprising wild hawthorn juice, jujube juice, wu wei zi juice, and soybean juice, and in the presence of in any order:
(h) an eighth electromagnetic field or series of electromagnetic fields having a frequency in the range of 12,716 to 12,726 MHz and a field strength in the range of 210 to 450 mVcm; and
(i) a ninth electromagnetic field or series of electromagnetic fields having a frequency in the range of 12,750 to 12,760 MHz and a field strength in the range of 145 to 400 mVcm.
3. The biological composition of claim 1 or 2, wherein the activated and conditioned yeast cells are cells of Saccharomyces.
4. The biological composition of claim 1 or 2, wherein the activated and conditioned yeast cells are cells of Saccharomyces cerevisiae Hansen strain IFFI1345.
5. The biological composition of claim 1 or 2, wherein the activated and conditioned yeast cells are at a concentration of about 107 to 1010 cells per ml.
6. The biological composition of claim 1 or 2, wherein the activated and conditioned yeast cells are dried and at a concentration of about 108 to 1011 cells per gram.
7. A composition comprising the activated and conditioned yeast cells of claim 1 or 2, wherein the activated and conditioned yeast cells are packaged in a solid dosage form.
8. The composition of claim 7, wherein the solid dosage form comprises 107 to 1011 yeast cells per gram.
9. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the activated and conditioned yeast cells of claim 1 or 2, and a pharmaceutical acceptable carrier.
10. A dietary supplement comprising the activated and conditioned yeast cells of claim 1 or 2, and one or more ingredients selected from the group consisting of vitamins, herbs, herbal extracts, minerals, amino acids, metal chelates, plant extracts, coloring agents, flavor enhancers and preservatives.
11. A nutritional composition comprising the activated and conditioned yeast cells of claim 1 or 2, and a food product selected from the group consisting of a fruit juice-based beverage, a tea-based beverage, a dairy product, a soybean product, and a rice product.
12. A method for preparing a biological composition comprising activated and conditioned yeast cells, said method comprising activating the yeast cells, said activating comprising at least two steps selected from the group consisting of:
(a) culturing yeast cells in a first electromagnetic field having a frequency in the range of 8,046 to 8,056 MHz and a field strength in the range of 240 to 300 mVcm;
(b) culturing the yeast cells in a second electromagnetic field having a frequency in the range of 8,077 to 8,087 MHz and a field strength in the range of 226 to 285 mVcm;
(c) culturing the yeast cells in a third electromagnetic field electromagnetic fields having a frequency in the range of 9,907 to 9,917 MHz and a field strength in the range of 325 to 366 mVcm;
(d) culturing the yeast cells in a fourth electromagnetic field having a frequency in the range of 12,716 to 12,726 MHz and a field strength in the range of 386 to 412 mVcm; and
(e) culturing the yeast cells in a fifth electromagnetic field having a frequency in the range of 12,750 to 12,760 MHz and a field strength in the range of 295 to 315 mVcm,

and conditioning the activated yeast cells, said conditioning comprising at least one step selected from the group consisting of:
(f) culturing the yeast cells in a liquid medium comprising wild hawthorn juice and gastric juice of a mammal in a sixth electromagnetic field having a frequency in the range of 12,716 to 12,726 MHz and a field strength in the range of 380 to 420 mVcm; and
(g) culturing the yeast cells in a liquid medium comprising wild hawthorn juice and gastric juice of a mammal in a seventh electromagnetic field having a frequency in the range of 12,750 to 12,760 MHz and a field strength in the range of 280 to 320 mVcm.
13. A method of making a biological composition comprising activated and conditioned yeast cells, said method comprising culturing the activated and conditioned yeast cells prepared by the method of claim 12 in a liquid medium comprising wild hawthorn juice, jujube juice, wu wei zi juice, and soybean juice, and in the presence of in any order:
(h) an eighth electromagnetic field or series of electromagnetic fields having a frequency in the range of 12,716 to 12,726 MHz and a field strength in the range of 210 to 450 mVcm; and
(i) a ninth electromagnetic field or series of electromagnetic fields having a frequency in the range of 12,750 to 12,760 MHz and a field strength in the range of 145 to 400 mVcm.
14. The method of claim 12 or 13 further comprising after the culturing step drying the activated and conditioned yeast cells.
15. The method of claim 14, wherein the drying step comprises:
(a) drying at a temperature not exceeding 65\xb0 C. for a period of time such that the yeast cells become dormant; and
(b) drying at a temperature not exceeding 70\xb0 C. for a period of time to reduce the moisture content to below 5%.
16. A method for retarding the growth of lung cancer cells in a mammal comprising administering orally to the mammal an effective amount of the biological composition of claim 1 or 2.
17. A method for prolonging the time of survival of a mammal with lung cancer comprising administering orally to the mammal an effective amount of the biological composition of claim 1 or 2.
18. The method of claim 16, wherein said activated and conditioned yeast cells in the biological composition are Saceharomyces cells.
19. The method of claim 16, wherein said activated and conditioned yeast cells in the biological composition are Saccharomyces cerevisiae Hansen strain IFFI1345.
20. The method of claim 16, wherein said activated and conditioned yeast cells in the biological composition are at a concentration of about 108 cells per ml.
21. The method of claim 17, wherein said activated and conditioned yeast cells in the biological composition are Saccharomyces cells.
22. The method of claim 17, wherein said activated and conditioned yeast cells in the biological composition are Saccharomyces cerevisiae Hansen strain IFFI1345.
23. The method of claim 17, wherein said activated and conditioned yeast cells in the biological composition are at a concentration of about 108 cells per ml.
