1. A device for the automatic regulation of the quantity of adhesive deposited in flexible film rolling machines (20), wherein said rolling machine (20) includes a coating column (21) and a bonding column (22), joined to each other by an upper frame (23), and wherein a quantity of pre-mixed adhesive is charged to a container (32) generally formed by a space formed between two cylinders set side by side (13, 14) and transported by the motion of one of said adjacent cylinders (13) to a film (31) dragging cylinder (15), characterized in that said adhesive is fed continuously from an automatic mixer (40), capable of varying the quantities fed per unit time depending on the pre-established basic weights, and on the instantaneous speed of the mentioned rolling machine (20), said adjacent cylinders (12, 13) having a speed which is automatically varied so as to increase or decrease the quantity of adhesive deposited on said film (31).
2. A device according to claim 1, characterized in that said flexible film rolling machine (20) includes at least one intermediate cylinder (12), where the speed of said intermediate cylinder is automatically varied so as to increase or decrease the quantities of adhesive deposited on the film (31).
3. A device according to claim 1, characterized in that a level sensing system (33) is provided for detecting variations of the adhesive in said container (32).
4. A device according to claim 2, characterized in that said level sensors (33) communicate said adhesive level value, which is present inside said container (32), to a control panel (26), which is capable of regulating the speed of said intermediate cylinders (12, 13).
5. A device according to claim 3, characterized in that a signal relating to the speed of at least one of said cylinders is fed by a control panel (30) of said mixer (40), so as to coordinate the regulation of the speed of the adhesive pumps, by using sensors (44, 45).
6. A device according to claims 3 or 4, characterized in that flowmeters (48, 49) are provided for generating a further adhesive flow signal, which is fed to said control panel (30) of the mixer (40).

1. A method of affixing a plaque to a solid surface comprising the steps of:
providing at least one opening in a face of the solid surface;
inserting at least one plaque support into the at least one opening, the at least one plaque support comprising:
a body defining a passageway therethrough and having a first end and a second end, the first end having a flange portion;
at least one outer tab member extending radially outward toward the first end; and
at least one inner tab member extending radially inward toward the second end,
wherein the outer tab member engages the solid surface when the plaque support is inserted into the at least one opening;
providing the plaque with at least one installation fastener; and
inserting the at least one installation fastener into the passageway of the plaque support such that the at least one inner tab member engages the at least one installation fastener.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the second end has at least one lead tab extending radially inward.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the at least one lead tab engages the at least one installation fastener upon insertion of the at least one installation fastener into the passageway of the plaque support.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the flange portion of the plaque support has an outer diameter larger than the diameter of the opening.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the at least one installation fastener comprises a plurality of threads such that the at least one inner tab member engages at least one thread of said plurality of threads.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of providing at least one opening in a face of the solid surface comprises drilling said at least one opening in the face of the solid surface.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of inserting at least one plaque support into the at least one opening comprises applying force to the first end of the at least one plaque support, wherein the at least one plaque support is inserted into the at least one opening.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of providing the plaque with at least one installation fastener comprises providing at least one opening on a mounting surface of the plaque and inserting the at least one installation fastener into the at least one opening of the plaque.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the at least one installation fastener comprises a plurality of threads and the at least one opening on the mounting surface of the plaque comprises a threaded opening, wherein the step of inserting the at least one installation fastener into the at least one opening of the plaque comprises threadably securing the at least one installation fastener to the at least one opening on the mounting surface of the plaque.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the mounting surface of the plaque comprises a circumferential lip surrounding a recessed area defined by the mounting surface, wherein the step of providing at least one opening on the mounting surface of the plaque comprises providing at least one boss on said recessed area having a threaded opening.
11. The method of claim 1, wherein the at least one plaque support comprises a material selected from the group consisting of steel and high carbon spring steel.
12. The method of claim 1, wherein the at least one flange portion of the at least one plaque support engages the face of the solid surface.
13. A system for affixing a plaque to a solid surface having at least one opening comprising:
a plaque support for inserting into an opening on a face of the solid surface, the plaque support comprising a body defining a passageway therethrough and having a first end and a second end, the first end having a flange portion for engaging a face of the solid surface, at least one outer tab member extending radially outward toward the first end, and at least one inner tab member extending radially inward toward the second end, wherein the outer tab member engages the solid surface when the plaque support is inserted into the at least one opening;
a plaque; and
at least one installation fastener for inserting into the passageway of the plaque support, wherein the at least one installation fastener is secured to the plaque, and wherein the at least one inner tab member engages the at least one installation fastener when the installation fastener is inserted into the passageway of the plaque support.
14. The system of claim 13, wherein the second end of said plaque support has at least one lead tab extending radially inward.
15. The system of claim 14, wherein the at least one lead tab engages the at least one installation fastener upon insertion of the at least one installation fastener into the passageway of the plaque support.
16. The system of claim 13, wherein the flange portion of the plaque support has an outer diameter larger than the diameter of the opening.
17. The system of claim 13, wherein the at least one installation fastener comprises a plurality of threads such that the at least one inner tab member engages at least one thread of said plurality of threads.
18. The system of claim 17, wherein the plaque comprises at least one boss, the boss defining a threaded opening, wherein the installation fastener is threadably secured to the threaded opening of said boss.
19. The system of claim 13, wherein the plaque comprises a mounting surface, the mounting surface comprising at least one opening, wherein the at least one installation fastener is inserted into the at least one opening.
20. The system of claim 19, wherein the mounting surface comprises a circumferential lip, wherein the circumferential lip surrounds a recessed area defined by the mounting surface.
