13. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the moderation recommendation generated by the processor circuit recommends automatic moderation of the first media content item, based on the comparison by the processor circuit identifying the independent moderation policy of the second content provider as following the independent moderation policy of the first content provider, enabling the second content provider to automatically moderate the first media content item.
14. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the network interface circuit is configured for receiving a third notification from a third of the content providers that the first media content item has been moderated by the third content provider, wherein the moderation recommendation generated by the processor circuit identifies the moderating of the first media content item by the first content provider and the third content provider, the moderation recommendation based on the respective independent moderation policies for the first content provider, the second content provider, and the third content provider.
15. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the moderating of the first media content item by the first content provider includes at least one of restricting the network access or removing the network access to the first media content item
16. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the second notification includes a moderation recommendation enabling the second content provider to automatically moderate the first media content item.
17. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the processor circuit is configured for generating the second notification, for transmission to the second content provider, in response to receipt of the first notification.
18. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the processor circuit is configured for creating a log entry specifying that the first content provider has moderated the first media content item, wherein the processor circuit is configured for generating the second notification for the second content provider in response to receiving a query from the second content provider about the first media content item.
