What is claimed is:

1. A method of fabricating a semiconductor capacitor, comprising:
forming an impurity layer on a semiconductor substrate;
forming an interlayer insulating film on an upper surface of the impurity layer and the semiconductor substrate;
forming a contact hole through the interlayer insulating film to the impurity layer;
forming a conductive plug in the contact hole;
forming a metal film pattern on the conductive plug;
forming an irregularity on a surface of the metal film pattern;
forming a dielectric substance film on the irregular surface of the metal film pattern; and
forming a metal electrode on the dielectric substance film.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein a material of the metal film pattern comprises one of Ti, Zr, Co, Ni, Mo, W, Pt, Ta, Nb, WN and TiN.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein forming the irregularity on the surface of the metal film pattern comprises:
forming a polysilicon layer on the surface of the metal film pattern;
forming a silicide layer by a silicide reaction at an interface between the polysilicon layer and the metal film pattern;
removing the polysilicon layer; and
removing the silicide layer.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein a thickness of the polysilicon layer is greater than about 10 .
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein a material of the metal film pattern comprises W.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein forming the silicide layer comprises annealing at a temperature of between about 600 C. and about 1300 C.
7. The method according to claim 6, further comprising:
annealing the metal film pattern in one of an N2 plasma, an NH3 plasma, an N2 atmosphere and an NH3 atmosphere, after removing the silicide layer.
8. The method according to claim 4, wherein a material of the metal film pattern comprises Pt.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein forming the silicide layer comprises annealing at a temperature of between about 400 C. and about 1000 C.
10. The method according to claim 4, wherein a material of the metal film pattern comprises Ti.
11. The method according to claim 11, wherein forming the silicide layer comprises annealing at a temperature of between about 500 C. and about 1100 C.
12. The method according to claim 11, further comprising:
annealing the metal film pattern in one of an N2 plasma, an NH3 plasma, an N2 atmosphere, and an NH3 atmosphere, after removing the silicide layer.
13. The method according to claim 1, wherein a material of the dielectric substance film comprises NO.
14. The method according to claim 1, wherein a material of the dielectric substance film comprises a ferroelectric substance.
15. The method according to claim 14, wherein the ferroelectric substance comprises one of NO, BaTiO3, SrTiO3, PbZrO3, and PbTiO3.
16. The method according to claim 1, wherein a material of the metal electrode comprises one of T, Al, Mo, Pt, Ru, Ir, RuO2, IrO2, Os, Rh, and Pd.
17. A method of fabricating a semiconductor capacitor having a substrate and an impurity layer on the substrate, the method comprising:
forming a conductive plug in contact with the impurity layer;
forming a metal film pattern on the conductive plugs, the metal film pattern having an irregular surface; and
forming a dielectric substance film on the metal film pattern.
18. The method according to claim 17, further comprising:
forming a metal electrode of the dielectric substance film.
19. A semiconductor capacitor, comprising:
a semiconductor substrate including an impurity layer;
a conductive plug contacting the impurity layer of the substrate;
a metal film pattern contacting the conductive plug; and
a dielectric substance film contacting the metal film pattern.
20. The semiconductor according to claim 19, further comprising:
a metal electrode contacting the dielectric substance film.

1. A lubricating apparatus for an internal combustion engine, comprising:
a tank body attached to an end face of an internal combustion engine crankcase;
an oil pump case attached to an end face of the tank body, the oil pump case housing an oil pump; and
a tank cover attached to the tank body, the tank cover covering the oil pump case;
wherein an oil discharge passage extending from the oil pump is provided straddling the oil pump case and the tank body;
a direction of extension of the oil discharge passage is changed in the tank body such that the oil discharge passage further extends, in the tank body, in parallel with a junction plane between the oil pump case and the tank body;
an opening for pressure reception by relief valve is provided in the oil discharge passage portion extending in parallel with the junction plane;
an inside end portion of the relief valve is fitted into the opening in a direction in which the oil pump case is attached; and
by attaching the oil pump case such that an outside end portion of the relief valve is held by a portion of the oil pump case, the relief valve is fixed between the tank body and the oil pump case.
2. The lubricating apparatus for an internal combustion engine according to claim 1, wherein the tank body includes an AC generator cover for covering the AC generator, a forward projecting portion of a crankshaft and a driven gear for a starter.
3. The lubricating apparatus for an internal combustion engine according to claim 1, wherein said oil pump includes a scavenging pump case including a scavenging pump and a feed pump case including a feed pump being operatively connected to the tank body with a pump shaft extending therethrough, said pump shaft being operatively connected to a crankshaft.
4. The lubricating apparatus for an internal combustion engine according to claim 3, and further including an inner rotor of the scavenging pump being coupled to the pump shaft and being operatively provided within the scavenging pump case.
5. The lubricating apparatus for an internal combustion engine according to claim 4, and further including an outer rotor of the scavenging pump being coupled to the pump shaft and being rotatably mounted over an outer circumference of the inner rotor.
6. The lubricating apparatus for an internal combustion engine according to claim 3, and further including an inner rotor of the feed pump being coupled to the pump shaft and being operatively provided within the feed pump case.
7. The lubricating apparatus for an internal combustion engine according to claim 6, and further including an outer rotor of the feed pump being coupled to the pump shaft and being rotatably mounted over an outer circumference of the inner rotor.
8. The lubricating apparatus for an internal combustion engine according to claim 1, wherein the relief valve is installed by fitting an inside end portion substantially horizontally into the opening for the pressure reception by the relief valve and installing a scavenging pump case wherein an outside end portion of the relief valve is held by the scavenging pump case.
9. The lubricating apparatus for an internal combustion engine according to claim 1, wherein the relief valve is disposed to be offset a predetermined distance and not aligned relative to the oil pump.
10. The lubricating apparatus for an internal combustion engine according to claim 1, and further including an oil cooler operatively positioned relative to the tank body for cooling the oil disposed therein.
11. A lubricating apparatus for an internal combustion engine, comprising:
a tank body attached to an end face of an internal combustion engine crankcase;
an oil pump case attached to an end face of the tank body, the oil pump case housing an oil pump; and
a tank cover attached to the tank body, the tank cover covering the oil pump case;
an oil discharge passage extending from the oil pump and straddling the oil pump case and the tank body;
a relief valve;
an opening for the relief valve being provided in the oil discharge passage portion extending in parallel with the junction plane;
an inside end portion of the relief valve being fitted into the opening; and
an outside end portion of the relief valve being held by a portion of the oil pump case, the relief valve being fixed between the tank body and the oil pump case.
12. The lubricating apparatus for an internal combustion engine according to claim 11, wherein the tank body includes an AC generator cover for covering the AC generator, a forward projecting portion of a crankshaft and a driven gear for a starter.
13. The lubricating apparatus for an internal combustion engine according to claim 11, wherein said oil pump includes a scavenging pump case including a scavenging pump and a feed pump case including a feed pump being operatively connected to the tank body with a pump shaft extending therethrough, said pump shaft being operatively connected to a crankshaft.
14. The lubricating apparatus for an internal combustion engine according to claim 13, and further including an inner rotor of the scavenging pump being coupled to the pump shaft and being operatively provided within the scavenging pump case.
15. The lubricating apparatus for an internal combustion engine according to claim 14, and further including an outer rotor of the scavenging pump being coupled to the pump shaft and being rotatably mounted over an outer circumference of the inner rotor.
16. The lubricating apparatus for an internal combustion engine according to claim 13, and further including an inner rotor of the feed pump being coupled to the pump shaft and being operatively provided within the feed pump case.
17. The lubricating apparatus for an internal combustion engine according to claim 16, and further including an outer rotor of the feed pump being coupled to the pump shaft and being rotatably mounted over an outer circumference of the inner rotor.
18. The lubricating apparatus for an internal combustion engine according to claim 11, wherein the relief valve is installed by fitting an inside end portion substantially horizontally into the opening for the relief valve and installing a scavenging pump case wherein an outside end portion of the relief valve is held by the scavenging pump case.
19. The lubricating apparatus for an internal combustion engine according to claim 11, wherein the relief valve is disposed to be offset a predetermined distance and not aligned relative to the oil pump.

1. A method of transferring data between a plurality of terminals that communicate via a common communication channel in a wireless network, each terminal being adapted to cover a coverage area, the method including:
a step of sending a request-to-send data signal, RTS, from a first terminal to a second terminal located in a coverage area of the first terminal to advise the second terminal that the first terminal is requesting to send data;
a step of sending a clear-to-send data signal, CTS, from the second terminal to the first terminal to advise the first terminal that the second terminal is available to receive the data;
a step of receiving the clear-to-send data signal, CTS, by a third terminal in a coverage area of the second terminal, the third terminal not having received the request-to-send data signal, RTS, from the first terminal; and
upon receiving the clear-to-send data signal, a step of sending a request-to-receive data signal, RTR, from the third terminal, to advise other terminals located in a coverage area of the third terminal that the third terminal is available to receive data from one of such other terminals during transfer of data from the first terminal to the second terminal, wherein the other terminals are terminals other than the first terminal and the second terminal, and
wherein the clear-to-send data signal, CTS, specifies the intended recipient of that signal, and the request-to-receive data signal, RTR, specified specifies the identity of the third terminal but no intended recipient of that signal.
2. The data transfer method according to claim 1, including, after the step of sending the request-to-send data signal, RTS, from the first terminal, and before a step of transferring the data from the first terminal to the second terminal, a step in the first terminal of waiting for a predefined time period sufficient for the steps of sending the clear-to-send data signal, CTS, from the second terminal and sending the request-to-receive data signal, RTR, from the third terminal to be completed before the step of transferring the data.
3. The data transfer method according to claim 1, wherein at least one of the request-to-send data signal, RTS, and the request-to-receive data signal, RTR, include(s) an identifier of the terminal sending the signal.
4. The data transfer method according to claim 1, wherein at least one of the request-to-send data signal and the clear-to-send data signal include(s) an identifier of a terminal that is an intended recipient of the at least one of the request-to-send data signal and the clear-to-send data signal.
5. The data transfer method according to claim 4, wherein at least one of the request-to-send data signal, RTS, the clear-to-send data signal, CTS, and the request-to-receive data signal, RTR, include(s) information concerning a time to transfer data between the first terminal and the second terminal.
6. The data transfer method according to claim 1, wherein at least one terminal is associated with a time parameter that is decremented over time and is unable to send a signal while this parameter has a non-zero value.
7. The data transfer method according to claim 5, wherein at least one terminal is associated with a time parameter that is decremented over time and is unable to send a signal while this parameter has a non-zero value and wherein, when a terminal receives a request-to-send data signal, RTS, or a clear-to-send data signal, CTS, of which the terminal is not the intended recipient, the time parameter is incremented by a value corresponding to the information concerning the time to transfer data so as to retain a non-zero value until the first terminal has sent the data in its entirety to the second terminal.
8. The data transfer method according to claim 1, wherein the first terminal sends the request-to-send data signal, RTS, only if the data to be transferred has a volume above a predetermined threshold.
9. The data transfer method according to claim 1, wherein the request-to-receive data signal is sent by the third terminal within a predefined time period at the end of which the first terminal will be able to send the data to the second terminal in response to the clear-to-send data signal sent by the second terminal.
10. The data transfer method according to claim 1, further comprising simultaneously transferring data from the first terminal to the second terminal and data from one of the other terminals having received the request-to-receive data signal, RTR, to the third terminal.
11. The data transfer method according to claim 1, wherein the request-to-receive data signal, RTR, includes information concerning a time to transfer data between the first terminal and the second terminal in response to the clear-to-send data signal, CTS, sent by the second terminal to the first terminal.
12. The data transfer method according to claim 1, wherein the request-to-receive data signal, RTR, is sent by the third terminal after a safety time margin following the sending of the clear-to-send data signal, CTS, by the second terminal.
13. The data transfer method according to claim 1, wherein the third terminal is available to receive data from these other terminals during transfer of data from the first terminal to the second terminal.
14. The data transfer method according to claim 1, wherein the other terminals are terminals having not received any of the request-to-send data signal, RTS, from the first terminal and the clear-to-send data signal, CTS, from the second terminal.
15. A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing a data transfer program, for transferring data between a plurality of terminals that communicate via a common communication channel in a wireless network, each terminal being adapted to cover a coverage area, the program comprising:
instructions for sending a request-to-send data signal, RTS, from a first terminal to a second terminal located in a coverage area of the first terminal to advise the second terminal that the first terminal is requesting to send data;
instructions for sending a clear-to-send data signal, CTS, from the second terminal to the first terminal to advise the first terminal that the second terminal is available to receive the data;
instructions for receiving the clear-to-send data signal, CTS, by a third terminal in a coverage area of the second terminal, the third terminal not having received the request-to-send data signal, RTS, from the first terminal; and
upon receiving the clear-to-send data signal, instructions for sending a request-to-receive data signal, RTR, from the third terminal, to advise other terminals located in a coverage area of the third terminal that the third terminal is available to receive data from one of such other terminals during transfer of data from the first terminal to the second terminal, wherein the other terminals are terminals other than the first terminal and the second terminal, and
wherein the clear-to-send data signal, CTS, specifies the intended recipient of that signal, and the request-to-receive data signal, RTR, specifies the identity of the third terminal but no intended recipient of that signal.
16. A wireless terminal adapted to communicate with other wireless terminals via a common communication channel in a wireless network, incorporating the non-transitory computer-readable medium according to claim 15.
17. A system for transferring data between wireless terminals communicating via a common communication channel in a wireless network, including at least one terminal according to claim 16.

1. A wireless communication device with motion blur detection comprising:
a transceiver configured to provide wireless communication with a remote device;
an optical sensor configured to capture an image;
a motion sensor configured to generate motion information associated with the image captured by the optical sensor;
a processor configured to control the wireless communication by the transceiver, the processor being further configured to control the identification and storage of the motion information associated with the image; and
a memory portion configured to store the image and the associated motion information.
2. The wireless communication device of claim 1, wherein the processor incorporates the motion information into metadata associated with the image and stores the metadata in the memory portion.
3. The wireless communication device of claim 1, wherein the optical sensor is configured to capture still image or motion video.
4. The wireless communication device of claim 1, wherein the motion sensor is an accelerometer, a gyroscope, or a second optical sensor.
5. The wireless communication device of claim 1, wherein the transceiver transmits the image and the associated motion information to the remote device via a wireless communication link.
6. The wireless communication device of claim 1, wherein the motion information includes translational motion information.
7. The wireless communication device of claim 6, wherein the translational motion information includes translational motion in at least two dimensions.
8. The wireless communication device of claim 1, wherein the motion information includes rotational motion information.
9. The wireless communication device of claim 8, wherein the rotational motion information includes rotational motion in at least two directions.
10. A method of a wireless communication device for motion blur detection, the method comprising:
capturing an image using an optical sensor of the wireless communication device;
generating motion information using a motion sensor of the wireless communication device;
storing the motion information in a memory portion of the wireless communication device; and
transmitting the image and the associate motion information to a remote device via a wireless communication link, whereby the image is processed based on the associated motion information.
11. The method of claim 10, further comprising:
determining whether the motion information is available; and
retrieving the motion information upon determining that the motion information is available.
12. The method of claim 10, further comprising detecting activation at a user interface of the method, wherein capturing an image and generating motion information occurs in response to detecting the activation of the user interface.
13. The method of claim 10, further comprising incorporating the motion information into metadata associated with the image before storing the metadata in the memory portion.
14. The method of claim 10, wherein transmitting the image and the associated motion information to a remote device via a wireless communication link includes transmitting the image and associated motion information while the device is not otherwise communicating wirelessly.
15. The method of claim 10, wherein transmitting the image and the associated motion information to a remote device via a wireless communication link includes transmitting the image and associated motion information while the device otherwise communicating wirelessly.
16. The method of claim 10, wherein the motion information includes translational motion information.
17. The method of claim 16, wherein the translational motion information includes translational motion in at least two dimensions.
18. The method of claim 10, wherein the motion information includes rotational motion information.
19. The method of claim 18, wherein the rotational motion information includes rotational motion in at least two directions.
