1. A solar powered outdoor light fixture comprising:
an electrical circuit that includes a light module having at least one light emitting diode, a solar panel connected to a rechargeable battery device, a printed circuit board for distributing electrical power from said battery device to said light module; and a dimmer switch mechanism, which is electrically connected to said printed circuit board, and controls the flow of electrical power from said battery device to said light module so as to adjust the luminance of said at least one light emitting diode in said light module.
2. The solar powered outdoor light fixture as defined in claim 1, wherein the dimmer switch mechanism comprises a rotary variable resistor.
3. The solar powered outdoor light fixture as defined in claim 1, wherein the dimmer switch mechanism modulates the pulse width of electrical power provided to the at least one light emitting diode in the light module.
4. The solar powered outdoor light fixture as defined in claim 1, wherein the dimmer switch mechanism modulates the frequency of electrical power provided to the at least one light emitting diode in the light module.
5. The solar powered outdoor light fixture as defined in claim 1, wherein said electrical circuit further includes a light sensor, which prevents the flow of electrical power from the battery device to the at least one light emitting diode in the light module when said light sensor detects a predetermined level of light.
6. The solar powered outdoor light fixture as defined in claim 5, wherein the light sensor allows the flow of electrical power from the battery device to the at least one light emitting diode in the light module when said light sensor detects ambient light below a predetermined level.
7. The solar powered outdoor light fixture as defined in claim 5, wherein said light sensor is positioned to be isolated from the light module.
8. The solar powered outdoor light fixture as described in claim 7, wherein the electrical circuit is housed in a lampshade element having a bottom connected to a light diffusing lens so that the at least one light emitting diode is contained within the light diffusing lens and the solar panel and light sensor are configured on top surface of said lampshade element which is on an opposing end of the lampshade element from said bottom.
9. The solar powered outdoor light fixture as described in claim 8, wherein the dimmer switch mechanism comprises a rotary variable resistor which extends through the bottom of the lampshade element but is not contained within the light diffusing lens.
10. The solar powered outdoor light fixture as described in claim 1, wherein said solar panel is a crystalline solar panel.
11. The solar powered outdoor light fixture as described in claim 1, wherein said solar panel is an amorphous solar panel.
12. An electrical circuit for selectively controlling the luminance of a solar powered outdoor light fixture, said circuit comprising:
a rechargeable battery device;
a solar panel electrically connected to said battery device for charging said battery device;
at least one light emitting diode;
a printed circuit board for distributing electrical power from said battery device to said at least one light emitted diode;
a dimmer switch mechanism, electrically connected to said printed circuit board, which controls the flow of electrical power from said battery device to said light module

wherein said dimmer switch mechanism enables a user to manually adjust the flow of electrical power from said battery device to said at least one light emitting diode so as to adjust the luminance of said at least one light emitting diode.
13. The electrical circuit as defined in claim 12 further comprising a light sensor, which prevents the flow of electrical power from the battery device to the at least one light emitting diode when said light sensor detects a predetermined level of light.
14. The electrical circuit as defined in claim 12 wherein the dimmer switch mechanism comprises a rotary variable resistor.
15. The electrical circuit as defined in claim 12 wherein the dimmer switch mechanism modulates the pulse width of electrical power provided to the at least one light emitting diode.
16. The electrical circuit as defined in claim 12 wherein the dimmer switch mechanism modulates the frequency of electrical power provided to the at least one light emitting diode in the light module.
17. The electrical circuit as defined in claim 12 wherein said light sensor is positioned to be isolated from the at least one light emitting diode.
18. The electrical circuit as defined in claim 13 wherein the light sensor allows the flow of electrical power from the battery device to the at least one light emitting diode when said light sensor detects ambient light below a predetermined level.
19. The electrical circuit as defined in claim 12 wherein said solar panel is a crystalline solar panel.
20. The electrical circuit as defined in as described in claim 12 wherein said solar panel is an amorphous solar panel.

a substrate;
one or more electronic components mounted on the substrate;
a resin portion covering the electronic components; and
a frame member surrounding the resin portion, wherein
the frame member has (i) a wall portion fixed to the resin portion, (ii) a contact portion extending outward from the wall portion and in contact with a surface of the substrate, (iii) a raised portion extending from the contact portion and being spaced from the wall portion, and (iv) a recess between the raised portion and the wall portion.
2. The circuit board according to claim 1, wherein an electrically conductive adhesive agent is applied to an upper face of the resin portion.
3. The circuit board according to claim 1 wherein the wall portion, the contact portion and the raised portion are integral parts of the frame member.
4. An electronic apparatus comprising:
a housing;
a substrate disposed inside the housing;
one or more electronic components mounted on the substrate;
a resin portion covering the electronic components; and
a frame member surrounding the resin portion, wherein
the frame member has (i) a wall portion fixed to the resin portion, (ii) a contact portion extending outward from the wall portion and in contact with a surface of the substrate, (iii) a raised portion extending from the contact portion and being spaced from the wall portion, and (iv) a recess between the raised portion and the wall portion.
5. The electronic apparatus according to claim 4, further comprising:
a cover having a protrusion, the protrusion configured to engage with the recess formed between the raised portion and the wall portion.
6. The electronic apparatus according to claim 5 wherein the cover is a part of the housing.
7. The electronic apparatus according to claim 4 wherein an electrically conductive adhesive agent is applied to an upper face of the resin portion.
8. The electronic apparatus according to claim 4 wherein the wall portion, the contact portion and the raised portion are integral parts of the frame member.

A liner for a shaped charge having a composition formed from 90% or more by weight of powdered tungsten and 10% or less by weight of a powdered binder, the composition being formed into a substantially conically shaped body and having a crystal structure of substantially equi-axed grains with a grain size of between 25 nano-meters and 100 nanometers.
2. A shaped charge comprising a housing, a quantity of high explosive inserted into the housing and a liner according to claim 1 inserted into the housing so that the high explosive is positioned between the liner and the housing.
3. A liner as claimed in claim 1 wherein the liner composition is sintered.
4. A method of making a liner for a shaped charge having a composition formed from 90% or more by weight of powdered tungsten and 10% or less by weight of a powdered binder, the composition being formed into a substantially conically shaped body and having a crystal structure of substantially equi-axed grains with a grain size of between 25 nano-meters and 1 micron, wherein the composition is formed from starting materials comprising ultra-fine powders comprising nano-crystalline particles of less than 100 nano-meters, said starting materials comprising nano-crystalline powdered tungsten and nano-crystalline powdered binder material, and the liner is formed either by pressing the composition to form a green compact or by sintering the composition.
5. A method of making a liner as claimed in claim 4 wherein the liner composition is compressively formed as a green compact.
6. A method of making a liner as claimed in claim 5 wherein the binder comprises a nano-crystalline powdered metal.
7. A method of making a liner as claimed in claim 6 wherein the binder is selected from the group consisting of lead, copper, tantalum, molybdenum and combinations thereof.
8. A method of making a liner as claimed in claim 5 wherein the binder comprises a nano-crystalline powdered non-metal.
9. A method of making a liner as claimed in claim 8 wherein the binder is a polymeric non-metal material.
10. A method of making a liner as claimed in claim 4 wherein the binder material coats the tungsten.
11. A method of making a liner as claimed in claim 4 wherein the liner composition is sintered.
12. A method of making a liner as claimed in claim 11 wherein the binder comprises nano-crystalline powdered copper, nickel, iron, cobalt and combinations thereof.

15. A pharmaceutical composition comprising at least one compound as claimed in the claim 1 and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
16. A method of treating or preventing conditions, diseases andor disorders associated with tropomyosin receptor kinase A (TrkA) by inhibiting tropomyosin receptor kinase A (TrkA) activity in a patient comprising administering to said patient a therapeutically effective amount of a compound as claimed in claim 1.
17. The method of treating conditions, diseases andor disorders treatable or preventable by inhibition of Trk kinase activity as claimed in claim 16, wherein the conditions, diseases andor disorders selected from pain, inflammation, cancer, restenosis, atherosclerosis, psoriasis, thrombosis, psoriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, fibrosis, neurodegenerative disease, a disease, disorder, injury relating to dysmyelination or demyelination, infectious diseases, and infection caused by Trypanosoma Cruzi or any combination hereof.
18. The method as claimed in claim 17, wherein pain includes chronic and acute pain.
19. The method as claimed in claim 17, wherein the pain related to cancer, surgery, bone fracture, skeletal pain caused by tumor metastasis, osteoarthritis, psoriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, interstitial cystitits, chronic pancreatitis, visceral pain, inflammatory pain, migraine, chronic lower back pain, bladder pain syndrome and neuropathic pain.
20. The compound of claim 1 having TrkA inhibitory activity using TR-FRET assay of less than about 1 \u03bcM.
